I had high hopes since this place changed hands a while ago. NEVER again. The nail tech I had was very sweet but not at all professional and did a terrible job. I got a gel manicure and jelly pedicure. My gel manicure ended up so lumpy, uneven, and chipped on day two. The pedicure was fun, but not relaxing at all. My toenails are uneven and rough. I’m not sure if the tech was new but I won’t be returning. Huge waste of $70.

My sister and I went in and it costs 40$ for acrylics (which is normal) but the lady asked for 50$ and then gave herself a 10$ tip without our consent.Would not recommend

NOT recommended. 60 min Deluxe Spa Pedicure lasted maybe 30 min. Appreciated the nice service but it was clearly a Bait and Switch. Alternative nail salons highly suggested.

Lebanon Nails and Spa are always great! I started going here after a bad experience with Gel Nails at another salon in the area. They do not disappoint. I am so glad that I started going to Lebanon Nails and Spa!

I’m very self conscious about my eyebrows and I am not a huge fan of getting them waxed, but I decided I would go to Lebanon Nails and Spa to get them done. I was amazed with the final product. I had the luxury of having Tia wax my eyebrows and she did amazing! Exactly what I wanted! I will be returning for all future eyebrow needs.

I decided to go to a new place and honestly it was the best decision. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and the girl who did my nails name is Tia and she is so gentle and obviously a perfectionist. The acrylic is not too thick and not too thin, it’s perfect. I definitely recommend you come here.

The lady was nice and my toes look good but my dip nails look awful. I don’t even want to go to prom anymore because of how bumpy they are.

My friend and I waited for 2 hours after our scheduled appt time. A lady started working on my friends acrylic refill then stopped half way through to take a client that just walked in. Then when the nail tech couldn’t do the design my friend wanted, the nail tech picked out a color my friend DIDNT want and painted that instead. My nails aren’t as bad, but are very uneven and not completely painted. I opted for no design after seeing the lack of talent from this place. It was also very dirty and and gross in there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money

I always enjoy going to the spa. The girl that did my pedi today seemed to be in a hurry and I had to tell her twice to cut my nails short. And she left a good bit of dead loose skin on my feet. She massaged my legs but not my feet.I cant get to my feet and thats why I come and pay someone to do my feet.

The girl was absolutely horrible at doing nails. I don’t understand how she got her license or certification. She didn’t even grind down the acrylic so now the nails are extremely thick. So much so that they protrude from my actual finger and get caught in my hair. There are spots on my nails that have barely any nail polish on them and I can see the acrylic. The edges of my nails she spontaneously put nail polish on but only in some spots. She was extremely messy with the acrylic and got it on my actual skin multiple times (completely missing where my finger nail stopped at one point). She never even bothered with my cuticles or making the nail blend into them so now the nails look as if I’ve had them for over a week when I just got them done. there’s also bumps in my nails because again SHE DIDNT GRIND DOWN THE ACRYLIC SHE JUST PUT IT ON AND LEFT IT LIKE THAT. One of my nails is literally a different shape and is shaped close to a talon because she decided to take a nail file and file the top of the edge down ward. LITERALLY ONLY FOR THAT NAIL. The girl also decided to start turning around while filing my actual nail and because she wasn’t paying attention she started filing by skin and gave me a brush burn from how hard she was grinding. on top of that they made me pay 35 dollars for it when the sign said 25 for an acrylic set. Keep in mind I went in for an ombré but none of the stuff worked.

So we came here for my cousin in laws prom and they were terrible. Very unclean and very rude. The yell back in forth in their language but cant speak any English to communicate with you. Will not give you what you want and the lady I had cut me and didnt seem to care except for the fact that I was bleeding on her towel. There is no sanitation and it was gross and unrelaxing.

The younger girl did my nails and I was absolutely blown away. She made me feel welcome comfortable and she was Very meticulous about her work and I was very pleased.

I took 3 of my nieces to this spa and when my one niece came out i looked at her nails they were horrible!!They were mad lumpy, and crusty. Some of the workers were also inexperienced. Go there to get your toes done but not your nails🤦🏽‍♀️

Best around! Gel nails are always flawless and perfectly done. I leave other salons picking off extra gel. This is the only place around that I leave without having to pick off extra product. Their product lasts for weeks without chipping or breaking. Another review mentioned they are too expensive but for the quality of the product and how long they last the cost is very good.

Anna gives a really nice pedicure and the last one I got (3 weeks ago) has remained in excellent condition! That says a lot because Im very active with running and hiking.

Its always buzzing with clients and the massage chairs are nice. Everytime Ive been in its been clean and tidy. The techs are nice too, but not too chatty. Never been to the back rooms for the extras. Ive never had a bad experience here.

I use to go here and got gr8 service for awhile. Stopped going after she stopped caring about my nails. I paid more for the lcn gel. Went today after a year or so absence, the owner ignored me. No 1 spoke to me through the service. They spoke among themselves. Also their stations were gross! Not clean at all. Will not go back.

The workers did not give me what I asked for. I said I wanted gel nails and they gave me a different type of nail. I honestly have no idea what type it was! Then, they charged me for something i didn’t even ask for. I definitely do not recommend going here.

ZERO STARS!! This was by far the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. Nobody greeted me, I stood directly in front of the owner without him turning his head from the computer, so finally when I asked if I sign in he simply said yes, without directing me as to where. When I finally got sat down the lady just kept talking about how long it would take to take off my old nails, acting like she wouldnt be able to do it. She kept insisting I get a pedicure or my eyebrows waxed while the nail polish remover sat. She finally figured it out and got them off, but to buff them she used a nail file and kept getting my skin, which really hurt. She used the electronic thing even after the polish was off, which ended up just thinning my nails. I needed two fake nails due to breaking them, and she seemed really confused and kept making sure she knew which two I needed, even though there were two nails that were clearly MUCH shorter than the rest.... The first fake nail she put on came right off, so when she realized that she redid it completely sideways, and forgot to cut my real nails down so I now have a huge gap underneath my nails between the real and fake, and everything gets caught in there. When I chose a color she kept holding more than one in her hands asking this one? And pointing to the wrong one... When she finally got it right she brought me THE WRONG COLOR STILL. During the dipping process she painted the base on EXTREMELY sloppy and uneven, and kept accidentally touching the wet polish with her arm before dipping them. After they were all dipped and coated I had to point out bumps and messy spots about 8 times to her for her to fix. HERES THE WORST PART: SHE CONTINUED TO TELL ME HOW THEY ONLY GET COMMISSION AND TIPS AND THEYRE CHEAPER THAN MOST PLACES SO THEY BARELY GET PAID, AND SHE KEPT POINTING OUT HOW HER COWORKERS HAVE HAD 3 CUSTOMERS DURING THE TIME SHES ONLY HAD ONE.... She even yelled at me for locking my finger because it took her extra time and was harder for her. I could not believe that she was basically begging me for a big tip because I was taking too much of her time. While she was doing my nails I also heard many other unsatisfied customers, including a lady getting a pedicure right next to me whos water was literally ice cold. She asked the lady next to her how her water was and she said its just barely warm. When she finished, my nails have indents and sloppy painting over the skin and are all different shapes... They even have black dots on them from a dirty brush. Theyve never looked worse. I went to pay for this tragedy and after running my card the owner gave me my receipt without a tip section. When I asked him if I could tip on the card he barely shook his head and didnt even look at me... I didnt think he heard me. I asked again, and got the same response. At this point I was very irritated, so I said hello??? And he finally looked at me and said no. Oh, and both him and my nail tech were standing over my shoulder staring at my wallet as I went to take cash out to watch how much I was going to tip. My entire experience there was extremely terrible and uncomfortable, and I will definitely be spreading the word because of how extremely unsatisfied I am.

I utilized the Nail service. I can highly recommend Julie as an excellent nail technician. She does what I consider a great job with my nail fill and polish.

I had a schedule appt for a facial,when i get there,i was waiting for like 30 minutes before somebody decides to talk to mei explain to her that i have an appointment for a facialshe just reply that she cant do it with no explaination.i will never go back to that place

First i have to say that some of the girls are nice....i went there for my nails none of my nails match one is longer one shorter. The style i wanted far from it. I did my nails and a week after all of them are coming off. They charged me 60 dollars plus tip. They fixed one of my nails and the lady told me my nail was coming off because i bumped it...not true......nails are coming off because the cheap work....the girl was in a rush and she asked someone else to help. Cant believe i pay 60 dollars for a cheap job on my nails. Think twice before going there. One star because they took me on time.

Made an appointment through the app since I know theyre always busy. I get there a few minutes before my appointment. The front desk makes me sign in even though I show him the appointment confirmation. He states the technician is on the way. Ive been waiting over 20 minutes now. Why have an online appointment option if theyre not going to use it and customers will wait. Do not recomend unless you have time to sit and wait.

I do not recommend this nail salon. The nail tech did not give me the correct color that I wanted. I asked for an acrylic fill and she instead gave me a gel fill without telling me. The nail tech was rushing and not taking her time. I was upcharged for something I did not want. And was very unprofessional to be on the phone while doing my nails.

First my sister had requested a certain nail length with which they charged her 5 extra dollars for.then she cut the nail short on one hand and left them at the full-length on the other hand. Two then turn around and leave a glob of nail paint drying on her hand to then walk away to touch another clients feed then returning without even washing her hands. She was rude unprofessional. this is one of the worst nail salons that have ever been to and they are very bad at what they do.

Very expensive and I went on Friday and I already have my nails lifting. She barely put any arcrilic powder on my nail and then filed them down thin. Each nail is a different shape. I got a gel color and its already chipping off. I paid for a simple pedicure, fill in and eyebrows wax 75 dollars oh and if you dont leave a tip they get upset. I will never go in there again.

Update: 2/14/19. Ive now been going here over 6 months. I swear some of these reviews are confusing this shop with the one nearby. Yes, on occasion you might get a knick, theyre using power tools, lol. I have yet to have a bad experience. My nails last for 3 weeks easily (gel & gel color). The staff is always nice and the older gentleman who answers the phone has helped me numerous times. While I think in comparison, theyre prices are on the higher end, they do good work, the shop is clean, my appointment is always on time and my nails look good.I had gone to another local nail salon that did an unsatisfactory job. I went to Lebanon Nails who redid my nails and theyve never looked better. Im definitely going to be a return customer.

Heard great things about this place so I decided to give them a try. Went for a fill for acrilic nails on a Sunday afternoon and by the evening I already had a broken nail. I looked the other ones over and the fill job was terrible. I could see this because I didnt have them painted. I do that myself at home so I dont get them messed up. Monday when they opened I called and that was a joke. The one who answered the phone transferred me to someone in charge and when he got on I started to tell him about my issue and he was just talking away to the person at the desk. Anyways he then gave me to a woman who told me to come back and they would fix them. That was a start, by the time I got into them on Wednesday, I had another broken nail. Three of them were lifting, it was the worst service I ever had. So I got them fixed for free but she wasnt much better. She rushed me through, did a terrible job and I will never go back.

I had a great experience at Lebanon nails and spa. I had no appointment and was greeted and immediately taken care of. It was clean and my nail tech (thida - I hope I spelled that right) was very pleasant and helpful. The service was prompt and I would return again.

Never really satisfied when I go here. Its pretty average. There are some nice people that work here and a couple really good nail artists. However, the worst part is definitely when u walk in the door and the male owner, Im assuming owner just sits there staring at his computer screen without acknowledging your presence ever! I dont know where else to go so I go there. Never a good start to your visit to be ignored.

Completely disappointed by owners... my girls wanted nails done before school started. We selected the nails and cost was 25$ each. I shopped next door and came back to pick them up only to find both girls upset. They up-sold them gels and extras. The price doubled because of the deceptive sales tactics.The owners lied and showed me that my girls selected the items on the computer. The staff is horrible. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

2nd time here, 1st was a gift from daughter-in-law. Brittany, never again! I walked in, checked the prices, Reg. manicure was $12.00. As the manicurist was filing my nails, one of the women came and stated that prices were going up. My manicure would be $15.00! I complained, too expensive. Also, false advertising. They didnt care! Two signs, the one said $15.00. Their website states how they care so much about their customers. BS! They said I didnt need to come back! I could have made a big scene but I just WALKED OUT!

I made an appointment to get my nails done here knowing they are really busy. Even with an appointment I waited an HOUR until anyone even noticed or talked to me. While I was waiting 3 people walked in and were seen first without appointment. No apologies or anything.

The technician who did my acrylics was absolutely abysmal. Slapped huge chunks of acrylic on my nails and barely filed anything down. The acrylic was so thick up to my cuticle that as it grew out it looked like someone glued M&Ms to my fingers. That technician either didnt give a damn or has no idea what hes doing.

I have been going here for several months, the girls who do nails are great... it is getting a 2 star review for bad owners/bad business... the owner showed no interest in fixing a wrong that they made, to lazy to check records, to lazy to call a customer back, to lazy to make it right.... well bad business just lost a customer and possibly got themselves into more issues that could have been avoided... advice: pay in cash and you should be fine...

It’s only been over a week and my nails are lifting they are to thick NEVER AGAIN. When the nail tech did them she didn’t even take the time to cut out old lifted Acrylic she just put the new stuff right over it and that is why my nails are already lifting.

I have had one to many bad experiences with this place. The people are rude, the owners are unprofessional and isnt acrylics have been done incorrectly more than once. They are cheap and you definitely get what you pay for.

Writing this as my friend is getting her gel manicure fixed since it completely peeled off 7 fingers 2 days after she got it done. Her gel pedicure peeled too from just wearing her sneakers. She called when they peeled and they said theyd redo the manicure and pedicure but when we went in, they only fixed the severely damaged nails. She asked to just have the 3 nails, that didnt peel completely off, redone but that would cost 15$... the cost of a full manicure... considering they messed it up in the first place this is ridiculous. 10/10 do not suggest, 10/10 will not return. Dont waste your time here.

I told the lady that I wanted sporty and squoval shaped nails. I walked out with a shape that I cant even explain. Two of my nails had a corner filed off. Some of my nails were partially Square some were partially oval some were kind of round. Also my nails were so short then you wouldve never known I had gotten the tips put on. Plus she stopped twice in the middle of doing my nails. One of the times was to fix somebody elses nail. It was an awful experience, I will NEVER go back!

It seems like the owner doesnt care about the customers. So little in fact that she frequently gives poor service herself. If youre not on top of them to do your nails correctly then they wont. Doesnt make for a relaxing experience. A terrible way to spend $60.

Im from our of town and I was visiting a friend. I needed a mani, pedi and eyebrows waxed. It was really hopping during the lunch hour on a Friday, but they worked fast. The technician was very thorough, paying attention to my callus heels and rough finger cuticles. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and the massage chair was great (my stress settles in my shoulder blades and it hit the spot)! The only reason Im not giving it five stars is because I would have liked warmer water for mani/pedi and a little deeper massage for both. Overall, a great experience!!!
