I was very happy with the service for SNS nails at Deluxe Nail Spa in Lebanon! I walked in, barely had to wait, and they were so quick doing my manicure/SNS. I was in and out within an hour and my tech, Kim, did an amazing job! Plus it was a great price for what I got! I will definitely be back, and highly recommend!

I loved my nails! I got the SNS dip powder. Picture was taken a week after they were done, after a wedding and honeymoon and they still looked perfect.

If I could give no stars, I would. What is the use in making an appointment, well in advance, if you aren’t going to uphold that commitment? Absolutely rude. Had a 6:15 appointment and waited 30 minutes with zero acknowledgement from a single staff member. We ended up leaving and will not be back. When you are a small business and have customers trying to support you, the least you could do is offer basic courtesy and service. Shame on you Deluxe Nails.

My daughter and I dropped in, no appointment, and asked to have gel manicures. We were greeted courteously and began our services quickly. Our technicians, Victor and Vicki, explained about a new service that they offer that is better for the nails than the usual gel polish and claimed that it would last longer. Daughter and I both got the new polish and I have to say... IT ROCKS!. Two weeks today and the only sign of wear is a tiny bit of cuticle area growth. Absolutely no lifted edges and nails are rock hard. Love this! Victor and Vicki were pleasant, chatty enough to be enjoyable but not so much that... well, weve all been with that tech that just talks too much. English was spoken and we never wondered if they were talking about us in their Asian language... weve all been there, too. The facility was very nice, the polish selection the best Ive ever seen, and the prices were right. We live 25-35 minutes away and will now be loyal customers to this nail spa because of the fantastic services we received.

I just got my nails done there yesterday evening for the very first time and I am beyond impressed! I get SNS dip manicures and the woman who did my nails took her time and she really paid attention to detail, which I appreciate so much. I have tried numerous salons in the area and I think my search for the best one is officially over and I will definitely be going Deluxe from now on!

I had a friend who had went showed me her nails and they looked amazing so she recommended this place. So I went and I left very displeased... The shape they gave me was the complete opposite of what I asked for and every time I asked him to fix it nothing changed. Not only was the shape bad but the blending in the ombré was terrible. There were chunks of color instead of it being blended properly. If you like to get ombré nail I DO NOT recommend this place!

Very friendly and they have enough staff that you don’t have to wait a long time. This is by far the best nail salon I have been too. I wanted something simple but specific and my nail tech asked the others about how and what colors. She nailed it! No pun intended lol!

Best nail salon ever I love it so much people are so nice I had an appointment for 10 and they got me earlier! Vicki is the lady who did my nails she did a wonderful job and was very kind!

I chew my nails then my skin when nails are super low. Kim added tips and did Pink and White SNS and they were PERFECT!!! When I come back to Ohio I will 100% go see her again!!

We had to wait 45 minutes even with an appointment but once or pedicure was started, they took their time and did a wonderful job. The price is good as well.

My first time here and it is absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had. I feel fabulous. All the staff are friendly, kind and courteous. This is now my nail spa of choice!

First time being here and it was a great experience. The salon was very clean, but did have a slight chemical smell. The service was friendly and my nail tech really seemed to take his time with my pedicure. I received the deluxe pedi and the massage portion lasted quite long! I would recommend this business!

I’ve been coming here for several months, and they always do a fantastic job. The salon is clean, the technicians experienced and friendly, and even if there’s a wait, they are able to accommodate me. I’ll keep going back!

This place was awesome. I got right in and the lady who did my nails took her time and did a beautiful job. Not only that they only have pink powder, not acrylic AND its not an extra $10 for the pink. Plus, they have the powder nail color that my nail salon here in Grandview OH, which is known as a high end place to live, doesnt offer. Love this salon. Ive done the SNS multiple times and will never go back to gel. My nails look amazing and it lasts over 2 weeks if you use a light color. The staff is kind and does a fantastic job!

I would like to have been able to actually give a review of the nail salon, but when I arrived at 7:10pm, they were already closed. Apparently this Google business listing is not accurate in terms of their Hours of Operation, as they close at 7:00pm every night not at the listed 8:00pm. I attempted to check out a website before driving over here, but the link provided does not appear to link to a site for the actual salon either. And the Facebook page also says 8:00pm closing time. I didn’t think I would have to be a detective to verify the hours a salon was open. I guess a lesson learned.

Horrible experience. I went in hoping to find a new place to get my gels done. They yelled to us from half way back and asked what I needed then pointed to the table in the back and told me to sit down. After about ten minutes they finally gave me a bowl of hot acetone to soak my nails in and made me remove my gels myself. After I had finished, someone finally came over and rudely asked if I had to have a manicure too. I said yes. The woman proceeded to not only remove my cuticle, but roughly remove skin further away from my nails. Now my skin is red and torn up. She then used a nail file that was much too rough for finger nails - should have only been used on coarse toe nails. (I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I’ve been trained in this - and I even said that while I was there.) To top it all off, my polish is so thin I can still see my nails. That was a complete waste of time and money. I will never return.

They always do a fantastic job, SNS dip lasts at least a month. I live in Florida and can’t wait to get my nails done during the summer!!

Made an appt for my daughter, friend, and myself. I guess appointments don’t matter. They took people who didn’t have appointments ahead of us and then my daughter sat for 30 mins in cold water.Pretty sad since this was her first time coming with me, and this was supposed to be an exciting experience for herMultiple people sitting waiting.If you don’t have the time or staff then it may be better to ask people to come back .

This is the first nail salon Ive gone to and had an enjoyable experience. Ive been to a few other places and had negative experiences. I let them know this and they were very understanding. They were very polite and sat me down very quickly, on a friday morning even. My shaping is very even as well as length. Only minute differnces if I stare hard and long enough. My nail technician was very careful around my cuticles and checked with me regularly on length and shape. I dont get my nails done often, but I will definitely be returning!

I work in a factory, so i never wantes to get my nails done. I did the gel a long time ago and it lasted 2 days. I was talked into just trying the sns, I get them done EVERTIME now. Whenever you go in, the whole staff focuses on just you and what would best fit your needs. Ive brought both my sisters, my grandmother, best friend, AND 3 of my sisters friends with me, and none of us have ever been disappointed.

I had an appt for 9:45 for a manicure. The woman who manages here didn’t take me until 10:05. She rushed through so she could get to the next person. I just wasn’t impressed on any level and from the looks on other customers faces, either were they.

Was very disappointed with the service here. I walked in at 10:05am on saturday and was told the wait time would be 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes i was finally sat at a seat. I told them i just wanted a gel french manicure on my own nails. I ended up getting SNS powder, which I didnt want. My nails look fake and the powder is way too thick. Also the man that did them told me it was hard to work with black powder, thats why they look messy. After spending $60 in an establishment and leaving unhappy, I had to give one star. I will not be going back
