We got a a pig processed and the cuts were Awesome and the scrapple receipe was outstanding now a friend made their deer dogs(hotdogs) just as yummy you do a great service I will use you again thank you😃

Good butchering service

Ebersoles does good work. Our meat is vacuum packed and stays that way. The buildings are rough looking. There is no fancy store front to attract your attention. They put down your animals on delivery, so dont expect to be able to drop them off a day before.As with most butchers, they are busy with deer during hunting season, so plan your animals accordingly.They dont sell meat on the side. They are only for people who are taking their own meat from their own animals.

I have been dealing with them for years and I always get a good product.
