Great little place friendly home town folks go check them out. They do pork, deer, jerky sausage beef
Not only was it very expensive, packaging was terrible and silver strip was left on backstraps. Almost 70% waste. Deer was 98lbs dressed-got 33lbs of meat back. Cost us $220! 5lbs deer burger, 2backstraps, 9 2lb ish summer sausage rolls and they did package up the small tenderloins as well. Packages were not airtight-not even close. We also had ordered there to be jerky, didn’t get any and was told the gentleman didn’t hear us I guess. Very disappointed, I will try to post pics. Just beware!
Very reasonable prices good service
If I could give these guys a negative I would! Do not waste your time with these guys!! They ruined 2 large deer that we took in to them which turned out to be 8 months of meat for our family. 1. The deer were not bled out. It was way too gamey. 2. Everything was wrapped in butcher paper, but it was facing the wrong way so it stuck to the meat once frozen. 3. After the paper incidents, we asked for vacu-sealed. The seals were not tight enough and most of the meat was freezer burned. 4. After thawing the roasts, we learned most if them were spoiled or had bacteria from the processing. Most if us were sick after eating the meat. NEVER GOING BACK! Dont waste your money!
