They sell processor bar and chains. Thats a big deal for loggers in the area. Makes life much easier knowing you can walk out with the parts you need to keep you running. Thanks guys.

I brought my 10yo Craftsman riding mower into them for repair. It wouldn’t run and it needed oil change and new blades. They found so many things wrong from previous “repairs”. Even a new Spindle shaft! All this, and I MEAN ALL THIS FOR $249.00. are you kidding me! Outstanding. Talk about reasonably priced! Brought in a large leaf vacuum that I brought used, a number of years ago. It never ran quite right, and last year took it to a shade tree mechanic, and after he was through, it ran exactly the same, only worse, in that on sitting, gas would fill the engine cylinder. This year, 2020, took it to Outdoor Power Equipment, and WOW, what a difference! It not only runs like a new machine, but it looks like a new machine! Did I say WOW? What I meant to say was Double WOW. I had thought to get a cheap Harbor Freight engine and slap that on myself, but instead I have a quality american made Briggs & Stratton engine running great at no greater cost, and they did all the work. Great service always willing to go the extra mile

I have shopped their exclusively for 11 years. I have purchased 3 Stihl Chainsaws (professional models) I did not haggle. I wished to support the local guys. They have now lost me as a customer. I have been treated horribly. I brought in my Troy-Built rototiller and did not haggle the repair estimate. I just wanted it to run decent and I explained as usual cost was not an option. I loved this tiller. I turned this in to them at the beginning of Dec and was told they were not busy and I would have it back in a week or two. I stopped in after three weeks because I had not heard back from them. They apologized and said they would get it to me soon. Long story short and after stopping by over 6 times to check on it. They called me the first week of April and assured me it was good to go. I picked it up and paid in full the $230.00 for the repairs. I got it home and it would not start. I finally got it started and it would only idle. Then it would randomly die. I took it back they apologized again and said they had way to many hour in it and it is hard to work on. I mentioned I was willing to pay what it took to fix it right. They again stressed it was a hard one to fix. It is a standard Briggs and Stratton tiller engine.I only took it in cause it would stall when running.Well I took it back as I mentioned and now here it is the end of April and I have not heard from them at all. I showed up today and they still had not even begun to fix it. They jumped right on it. They got it to start, with starting fluid. They said again this is a tough one to make run. I have officially lost confidence now as it will not idle, it will not rev up, the selector for the throttle does not work, it now take starting fluid and over ten pulls to get a sputter, it hunts when it idles, after about 3-5 minutes it shuts down.There is black smoke now coming out below the exhaust.When I took this in it only needed a tune up and new belts. I asked them to spend up to $300.00 if needed, to make it right.They failed to install a new reverse belt, the failed to install the drive belt on the right pulley. You have to literally run to keep up with it when it idles and you put it in gear. They have worked on it minimally and made it 100% worse than when it went in.I feel like they used this tiller as a trainer for several new employees.At one time I too felt like the other reviews. All happy.Well now Im gone and I do not wish them well.I put my real name on here cause I did no wrong. If you are experiencing this poor type of customer service, you too should post on here.Did I mention they stood there and did not even offer to make this right?11 years and over 12K spent at their shop. They should have offered a refund or asked if I would be willing to put the amount spent on the tiller towards the purchase price of a new one. Youd think that would have been the right thing to do.Now I have to find another outfit who will sell me my chainsaws, and a rototiller.....still shaking my head in disbelief.....

They dont work on John deer tow behind sprayers! Went there and they said they would come out to talk to me! They close there shop doors and locked up the building and not one word to me if they would work on my sprayer! I dont recommend this place!

These people really pay attention to detail. Very nice. Three years ago I bought a FS110R weedeater. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The sales rep put it together for me, filled it with gas, stringed it and started it right in front of me before I gave him any money. So much better than at Costal Farm or Linn Benton Tractor. I was also given a free 50 hr first service. Very nice indeed.
