Loved working with Absolute Kubota in Lebanon for my Exmark purchase. Purchased a new Exmark in April 2021 and the guys at Absolute were great to work with. Upon receiving the mower there was actually an electrical issue from the factory. The folks at Absolute Kubota went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help after I reached out about the electrical issue. Meant to post this review in April, but just realized I had not done so. Wanted to take the time to express how much the folks at Absolute Kubota did to help me out with my unique situation. These people are great to work with!

Everyone is super pleasant to deal with. All the way from the ease of purchasing a new tractor to dealing with the super knowledgeable parts dept and service department. Awesome experience!!!!

Came in to look at a mower. No one could look up from their phones long enough to really help us. Also, called to get a price and nobody called us back.

I got the 60 inch bad boy eXMark from these fine folks. A friend of mine is a John Deere dealer and it was a few thousand dollars less so I was inclined to give him a shot at the business and I did. But my comparisons and talking to an awful lot of people who around both let me too stick with the one that’s been doing zero turn much longer.This mower is a beast. Could not be happier with the purchase or the people I did business with.

I didnt stop by for a tractor but the employees here were really nice.

Hard to do business with, communication is non existent.

Just did a quick drop in to get an idea on a subcompact tractor and pricing. Sales staff was very helpful and not high pressure at all. If all works out we will be coming back for the purchase of our tractor. Also very interested to see how their rentals work.

Purchased new mower in April. Cutting several acres of very rough land. The mower has had a couple of issues, which Absolute Kubota repaired under 100% warranty. Excellent Customer Service and repair center, very friendly staff. I highly recommend doing business with Absolute Kubota in Lebanon.

Awesome company and excellent customer service. Everything about my purchase of a Kubota BX2680 was great. Had a minor warranty issue, which wasnt much of an issue but, was ready to take care of it at a moments notice. I already know where Im getting my next tractor from. I wish other companies (pay attention Sera Chevrolet) would treat their customers as well as Absolute Kubota does. Thank you Absolute Kubota! You have a customer for the foreseeable future!

The folks at the parts counter are pretty knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Their prices are high but I suppose thats to be expected due to the brand name. I was recently in the store looking for a specific oil for the hydraulics on my Exmark mower and was told that Mobile1 no longer produced this and the only alternative would be an Exmark specific brand that goes for $14/qt (!!). As usual, I should have consulted Google first...The oil for the hydraulic system for my Exmark mower is sold in a 5 qt jug at Walmart for $23. 😳
