Im not sure where to start. From the moment I walked in this business, they first acknowledged me, and they took care of my every need. He even gave me some tips, as its the first time Im working on my first zero turn mower.. I walked away knowing more about my mower then when I walked in. I had driven by this shop for 6 years and Im not sure why I never attempted to go in. I learned about a batterys CCA, I had no clue. . I walked away definitely feeling more confident that I could do the repairs that needed to be done, without too much a problem. My second trip was even more delightful, I walked in and was asked what I needed, and he told me to have a seat and they just took care of everything. They have been so polite. You just dont get that kind of service anymore. So it was much appreciated. I have had outstanding service. I can go there with confidence knowing they will takes care of my every need. Also, the prices are way cheaper then anywhere I compared prices with. Even if they werent cheaper, Id still go there.

Took 4 months to get my rototiller back. When asked what the hold up was after 2 months got run around and was rude to me. Called a few times after that to make sure I was getting taken care of. Run around and blame game each time. Finally after 4 months, I called and they said it was fixed. Didnt even call me to let me know it was done. Charged over $350 to fix. Could have bought a new one for $400. Rip off, will not recommend to anyone

If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would!! ABSOLUTE CROOKS!! Last June I took my self-propelled push mower to them because the self propulsion part was broken. They kept it for 2 MONTHS, and by the time they were finished repairing it, there was only time to mow my lawn twice. It seemed to work those 2 times... I then moved to Hilham TN in August. I used it for the 1st time this year today, and the self propulsion unit is again NOT WORKING!!! A perfect waste of $90.00 and 2 months of my time! Avoid these crooks if you like your money!

Overcharged for a carburetor service $550 & did the service prior to pre authorization from us. Would not use again. Staff was rude when questioned about the price! Weve used them before on simple services and been happy. Not sure if they have changed ownership or what happened. They lost a customer today.

Place says its open as does the sign, but it was closed. Plus, theyre backed up for weeks. Unprofessional.

Attempted calling them to see if I could get a part and got no answer, ended up ordering part on Amazon

Barry was wonderful to work with. He came out to my house, tried to fix my Husqvarna zero-turn on the spot to save time and money, but it needed more parts than we anticipated. They had it fixed and dropped off at my house the next day in perfect condition. I will go to them for all services from here on out.

JR Mower Repair is AWESOME. Ive been to the other two local guys and JR is by far top notch down home boys just doing what they do best. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY GUYS!

I called JR’s because my generator was leaking gas. I really need the generator as our neighborhood was hit hard by the tornado. Barry tells me to come in. I get there and he has a cup of coffee and breakfast ready for me! We unload my generator and he lends me his generator until mine is fixed. Incredible act of kindness. And, they are working to fix mine right away! I would never go anywhere else. Also, the breakfast was delicious!

Extremely disappointed.I brought in a seized motor on pull behind Bush-hog. I never was able to speak to a mechanic. The mower sat for over 35 days with no communication from anyone.I called after waiting patiently and was unable to speak with a mechanic or owner. I was told that the motor was seized..... um, yeah... like when I brought it in and WHY I brought it in. The employee I talked to was rude, cursed about being too old and hating his job. Very unprofessional.I drove by multiple times and never saw the mower move.I DO NOT recommend. Awful service and organization. A scam.....

The guys at JR.mowers are not some normal shop. They are a true definition of pure hearted people. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. Not to mention they where cheaper than anyone around. And believe me I looked a lot. Got a used Cub Cadet from them to replace my 17 year old Yard Machine this past spring. The Cub was like brand-new and it has run faithfully and very well all summer, doing double duty on my yard and my neighbors when his mower went down. Talking 6 acres total. Cant say enough good things about JR Mowers. Honest dealers, you cant go wrong with them.

Their prices are fair but they are very slow. Ive taken my mower here twice and both times they had it for over a month. Theyre also poor communicators. Theyll give me the impression that it wont take more than a week or so but after a couple weeks go by I call up there and no one has any idea which mower is mine or what its status is. They take my number and tell me theyll call me back in a couple days (DAYS, not hours) but then another week goes by and I dont hear anything. I call back and its the same story. No one knows anything but theyll call me back. And no one ever does. This last time I was told on 5 different occasions that someone would call me back and not once did anyone ever do it.Also, the price on the bill may be reasonable but it doesnt include any costs associated with making other arrangements for mowing the lawn.

I went to JR Mowers Sales & Service to order parts for my sons go-kart, which has a Tecumseh engine which can be extremely difficult to find replacement parts for since Tecumseh is out of business. They were able to have the parts I needed the following day! I was very impressed and the staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this shop and will be going back for any other parts or service I may need in the future.

The gentleman (Berry) that checked in my Tiller was very knowledgeable. ..

They have no idea what they are doing. I took a running mower because the PTO would not engage. When I brought it back home it wouldnt run over 30 minutes without shutting down. Some how they messed up the charging system which causes the fuel to the engine to shut off when the battery runs down.

They did exactly what I asked them to do plus mechanic showed me what he did and all were very nice that I met

Best place for getting service or parts for your lawn mower. Also honest and dependable people

Dropped off two mowers for service, was told it would be a few weeks. A month and a half goes by with no word from JR Mowers. Go by to see what’s going on and find out they haven’t even been touched! Had to buy a new mower regardless. Total waste of time.
