The service was fantastic and he served me as quick as he possibly could. Ignore the one star review from the tool who cant spell. I asked Mr. Shepp about that as I was skeptical and he told me it was simply a matter of conflict and she was unreasonable with him. Overall would recommend to absolutely anyone who needs a service like this.

Very unprofessional. Asked a question and that since we looked into another bail bonds first, he replied he cant help and its not his problem before hanging up the phone rudely...Horrible experience especially when one is going through such a tough time...youd be better off with someone else!

I was very new to this process and did not have any experience. Mr. Shepp explained everything to me in such a way that I could understand it and was very professional. He helped me tremendously and I am very grateful.

Nothing at all was likable.... I never bailed anyone out so I was new at this whole situation but What I did know was I wanted to get him out the soonest I could, This man was very rude to me told me do not call again and he said he cant help me he dont know what I want him to do for me I told him I wanted a bail bondsman and he said dont call me again I only called 3 times all day and the first two times I called were simple questions. He told me he was gonna call back and he never did.! And now its to late I have to be wait till tomorrow morning which Im very upset about So he is not a 24 7 bail bonds man and who knows if hes even one at all bc he couldnt help me at all he couldnt even answer simple questions any bail bondsman should know and he was very rude to me about it all and didnt help me one bit Im very disappointed.. I hope ppl dont wait around and waste time like I did for someone who dosnt even know what to do it even how to help. He picked the wrong career choice most definitely u have to atleast know somewhat about ur field ur in so bail bonds isnt the thing for you buddy if ur reading this ur customer service skills suck ass.

Its for my son they put him in jail for giving a false name, the truth is his name is pedro witch its peter in english he just gave a different last name. he is mentally challeged and he lived a long time with this family one his girlfriend thier last name is ramirez and he started calling him self peter ramirez. he had brain surgery.
