I found my go-to towing co..... Joe was amazing, he was able to park my broken down vehicle into a parking spot without having much room to maneuver the tow truck. They are fast and reliable and very responsive, I will definitely keep them in mind for whenever I need a tow.

Wonderful experience with this company today! Called for a tow to the repair shop and Bobby was able to just give my car a jump. He even took the time to follow me out to the repair shop to ensure I made it there and free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone in need of the services they offer!

Joe was awesome and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. Pretty much knew exactly what he was talking about with the car. One of the only companies that answered their phone after hours, gave a quote, and then was timely and friendly. Will definitely use them again, but hope I never have to.

Its never a great day when you have to have your car towed, but S&S made everything so easy! They are so friendly & helpful! Towed my car to a repair shop, but the shop said it had to be repaired by Hyundai itself. So I called S&S to have it towed to Hyundai and they said they would take it there free of charge. Such a great company!! Highly Recommend!!

The BEST tow service around!! Towed my vehicle at night when I broke down to the shop, & towed it bk to my house when we realized it couldnt be fixed rite then, for 1 low charge. Would recommend this company for everyone!!! The lady that answers the phone is so nice & very willing to work with you.

Our vehicle had brake issues and only need to go about 2 miles for service. We were uncomfortable trying to drive it and knew the best option was for a tow. They were able to come out within the hour and went beyond in service. The gentleman was able to get the truck out of the yard without damaging the grass. I only had 20s so I overpaid $5. He called and left my change in the vehicle. Doesnt get more honest than that. Highly recommend!

Good Samaritan Wrecker Service I hit a deer last night on HWY 10. Came out of no where. I hit it with the left front bumper fender and the fender lodged against front left tire on my truck. Billy with S & S Towing and Wrecker Service in Lebanon just happen to pass by shortly after the incident. He turned around pulled up in front of my truck to see if he could help. Sure enough he could. He was able to attach a hook and chains to the front bumper and fender and pull it away from the tire so I could drive the truck. I ask him what I owe him. He said you dont owe me anything, I was glad to help. Well it so happens I have another vehicle that the master brake cylinder has just gone out in and I will need it towed to a Toyota Dealership. Fast response time! When truck arrived I was asked what was going on with it which helped me feel like the vehicle was being treated with care. Not only that, they were familiar with the shop it was being towed to, they were aware that it had a drop box and I didn’t feel like I needed to coordinate anything and it was all taken care of. Great people and great customer service when you call ! I plan on using them for all my towing needs going forward!

They where on time and professional. When he came to tow my car he asked what was wrong and I told him. It was nice to know that he cared. He was polite and you tell that he was just a good guy. He was very nice and understanding. It was a breath of fresh air that someone was showing empathy for my situation. I used them twice in two days and they both were very nice. When I say they I mean the tow truck driver and the woman who answered the phone and scheduled my tow. I called the day early in the morning and when she answered the phone she was glad to help at 6am in the morning. I have nothing bad to say, they a great. As long as I live in Wilson county or the Lebanon area S&S towing will be my guys! I really appreciate you both. I would say names but I’m horrible with names! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

PROMPT response! Courteous. I would highly recommend this company! Saved an old woman in distress (ME!) who had locked herself out of her car....probably saved my marriage (LOL) as my husband would have had to travel 1.5 hours with the spare set of keys. The wrecker service arrived in short order, opened my car and I was on my way. Marriage saved! I will add that the gentleman that opened my car was courteous and very professional.

Matt was kind, courteous and professional. He took a few extra minutes to answer my 3 year olds questions (watching from a safe distance), and honked the truck horn for him when he drove away.

Michael was WONDERFUL! My father 83 (who is in 02). Was with is girlfriend and they got a flat. When I told S&S the situation they said they would tell the driver. It just felt like a blink of an eye Michael was out and at the car taking the rim off. Blink again and he was done. I would say to S&S this guy needs a raise he was very professional.

Although I wasnt thrilled that my truck had broke down on the side of the road and coasted into someones driveway, and AFTER speaking with the land owners of the driveway assuring me that my truck was no issue sitting there for 2 days until my machanic was able to come fix it, they in fact lied to my face and had my vehicle towed!!! However, little did they know..they used the most compassionate towing service Ive ever come in contact with!! Thank You S&S Towing for being very understanding, reasonable, fair, professional, and kind to me and my family during this experience!!

I had my car towed to a shop to get fixed. I was not present when it was dropped off. However when I went to pick up my car the spoiler was ripped off it and the wires to the 3rd brake light we neatly tucked up. They not tell me when it was dropped off and never contacted us afterwards. They towed it from the back which would explain the torn off spoiler that was probably damaged by the wind. We have called it them no less than 4 times and they will not take responsibility for the damages. Its well over $500 in damage that we have to pay for out of pocket. UPDATE: Just got an estimate for the repairs. $1600.

I have used S&S Towing several times now, and each experience has been exceptional. However, they raised the bar with the most recent service. I had a vehicle that was not running. So, S&S towed it to a local shop. When additional service was needed from a second shop, S&S towed it to the second shop without charging me again. This level of service is above and beyond in my option.

No business was done with this company, just cut off on 386 with no turn signal and towing a car behind them almost took my truck out. Learn how to drive!

They can thread that truck like needle. Asked if they could get close to garage so I could push the rest of the way in, since I had to work. Driveway can be a little tricky for some people.. Looked like I pulled up and parked it. Very professional

The best towing service in Lebanon!I have AAA, they dispatched S&S to come get my daughters car. It being a VW, he knew just how to tow it. They will take great care in consideration in towing your vehicle. They would be my first choice and highly recommend them!

S & S goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They have picked our vehicle in Nashville and Lebanon and taken good care of it, getting us back on the road safely.

I had a bad experience with S & S Wrecker Company and would not recommend them to anyone who had a requirement. I had sold our house and needed to move an antique tractor to clear property for new owner. I called a day a head of time to get a flatbed to move an antique tractor from Nashville to Lebanon. No problem. They would come the next day at 10 AM. The next morning they called and said they couldnt do it, they were too busy. I ask when? They said they couldnt schedule it. They set the day and they set the time and still cancelled me out because they were too busy. I had thought I was a customer who was scheduled rather than nuisance. I had to make emergency plans with another company which cost over $400 to make up for their lack of service. In my book, if you cant keep you word, you dont need my business. If they didnt want to do it, then they should not have scheduled it.

Earlier this month, my husband and I left a hotel and started out on a return trip home (10+ hours). Our water pump broke one exit away from the hotel. AAA dispatched S&S to tow our vehicle to the designated repair shop. I am a Customer Relations Manager for a dealership in Eastern NC and interact with wonderful tow/rollback drivers, but am happy to report that we dont have them all. Matt was exceptional! He was very skilled with the placement of our 2003 Suburban with wheelchair ramp (and power chair strapped on) and showed great care helping my husband into his cab. Such a personable guy, immediately gaining your trust and putting you at ease. S&S you have a great ambassador, who represents you well. Thank you, Matt, for your help!

I dont know what the best time to have a breakdown is on I-40 east at 109... but I am pretty sure the WORST time is at 5:00 on the Friday night of the opening for the Wilson County Fair (8/16/19)! What started out as a lousy break with a mechanical breakdown in near 95 degrees... sitting in a car with no air or power to even roll the windows down... turned into a very pleasant time watching Billy (the tow truck driver) do his magic. He had me loaded up and on our way in a matter of minutes. Thank you Billy for an outstanding job!!!

We hit a coyote on I40 around 8:15pm. Totaled the undercarriage of the car; smoke and leaking fluids everywhere. We called them and they were quick to respond...even beat the highway patrol officer. He (I only remember Jr.) was very friendly and helpful, giving us several options for what to do with our car, where to rent a car, and where to stay for the night. The next day, someone met us at their business (it was Saturday) so we could clean out our car. She was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

The best service i ever seen

Flat tire on I40 E at 645 pm. From our call to back on the road with flat repaired 40 minutes. Courteous, prompt and efficient. Its scary sitting on the side of the road with traffic wishing by. S&Ss overall support exceeded our expectations and made an unfortunate situation manageable. New truck and equipment. A+ from us. Thanks S&S!

They were called out on the 4th of July for my dad and I when we broke 2 1/2 hrs away from home. They were very accommodating. They towed us to Mt. Juliet to our hotel and then the next day come and got us and the car and towed us to Nashville to dealership. They are very nice people. Highly recommend there company.

Have had to use them twice in the last year to haul my car to the shop, they are super efficient, reasonably priced & nice people to deal with. If my car leaves me stranded (again) I wouldnt consider using anyone else.

Highly recommend calling if youre in need of assistance. I was on my way home from work when my truck broke down. I called my husband and he came to see if he could figure out what was going on. Needless to say, it wasnt driveable. Called and Bobby was there within 10 mins. He towed it the shop we needed. Good to know theres helo when you need it most!

I am a AAA customer, and had dead battery with my car. Took towing company over two hours to come to my house. They said it would take less than an hour. Then they said 30 minutes, then they said 30 minutes.
