When AAA let me down, Eddie B took care of me. I broke down on my motorcycle on I95 and called AAA. After 3 hours of standing next to the guardrail, AAA told me the best they could do was to tow me to a service area about 5 miles up the highway and keep trying to get someone who would tow me from there to my home, I called Eddie B. He understood how frustrated and upset I was and he clearly wanted to help. He called his employee, Mike, who had already left for the day, and Mike came back to work, picked me and my bike up within an hour and delivered us to my home. He even stopped so I could get something to eat and drink! It was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with AAA but Eddie B. and team saved the day for me. I cant thank them enough or recommend them highly enough. Now, if only AAA treated customers the same way Eddie B. does . . .

No one likes seeing that truck show up in the wake of bad plates or stickers. Lucky for my son Ryan was working. We were told by police it would be $800 to get the car out of impound...$450 with Ryan. He was so pure and patient. He verified plates could be returned. He stay after work to wait for my sons. And the vehicle was subsequently towed to my sons home. What could have been a frustrating and super difficult night was an easy did with Ryan. Thank you Ryan for your kindness start to finish. On Saturday 1/9/21 I got my truck stuck on a hill up against some trees and over the edge of a hill. Rayn showed up with a great can do attitude. He talked me through what he was going to do before he started. Very professional intelligent and knowledgeable man. He had my truck out of the trees and on the pavement in a timely matter. Let me tell you just how great Ed is.. I have a push button start Nissan Juke. It suddenly wouldnt start. Had been out shopping, came home dropped of my Mom and got ready to go wash my car. Pushed the button nothing. Key light kept coming up on the dash. Called my Nissan Dealership, talked to the service Dept. He said to try to get the car to them. Really. Its in a garage in park.. How?? So I called my favorite Towing Company. Eddies to the rescue. Mind you this is about 4:00pm Saturday afternoon. At that hour I get Ed the owner.. He took the time to talk me thru how to get my Juke to start from an App he had installed on his phone. Success.. His wife told him to tell me to go buy batteries.. Lol.. They are the best. I ride a custom motor cycle, featured in bagger magazine & found myself needing a tow. Imagine my stress level knowing I didn’t have straps, wraps or the like when calling AAA! To date no one I know has had a positive experience in this area concerning motorcycles let alone high valued ones. I locked my key to my can-am spyder in my front truck. They were able to tow my spyder to my house on a Sunday evening for a decent rate. Ryan was very professional on the phone and Pete was an excellent driver and very personable and friendly. I would reccommend them for all towing needs.

Was hit by a drunk driver in a stolen car, a wrecker was called by the police, Immediate $200 charge because it was called in by the police. I had my car brought to the lot at maybe 1130/12? still charged full days worth of storage $60 per day. Car was towed 0.9 miles from the crash site:$100. Called the company to ask about picking up my vehicle, person on the phone assured me that I should leave my vehicle there because it would be covered by insurance(Towing company makes more money this way).They claim they just talked to the insurance company. To double check I called my insurance company as well as the other vehicles insurance company, they urged me to retrieve my vehicle because nothing would be covered. $542.00 later out of pocket I have my vehicle that I cant drive and a mess of future lawsuits. Spoke with the owner who did seem friendly, but this seems like they were just trying to get as much money out of me as possible.

It was May 17th. I had called AAA to have my car towed to the ford dealer ship . Mr. Mad mike came out to pick up my car . It wouldn’t start and we couldn’t get it out of the spot it was in . I witnessed Eddie Bs driver Paul slam into my shared mailbox post with my neighbor (at a high speed, in reverse, at a dangerous blind spot) on 8/12 and the company has refused to take responsibility. I trusted the company to do what is right, and have only been met with denial and belligerence from both the driver and owner. Neither mailbox closes now without force, the hand welded post is twisted, and the post is very loose and wobbly in the ground. This could have been an easy fix, but after trying to take the high road, I guess I am reduced to their tactics.

My wife ran over a nail the other night. Called and in about 40 mins or so Ryan was out to my house. He changed the tire, which by the way was not an easy task. One of the lug nuts happened to be stripped. He was very kind and courteous... I highly recommend Eddie B if you are in a jam.

Was towed during parking ban in a spot not posted as such and are charging outlandish prices to get the car back after only a few hours of the actual towing. This place is a rip off what if the person has children and cant just drop 250 cash only to get the only car we had back. Let alone tow it out of the state its from.
