1st and foremost they performed maintenance on one of our vehicles for right at $500 less than another local shop quoted us for... Exact same maintenance exact same labor however Tommys total was right at $500 less than the other place and Tommys had our vehicle done in just a few hours. After that we ended up taking a second vehicle to them and will be returning for more work that needs to be done on another.Very honest and upfront about everything we needed done. They did nothing before speaking with us and also told us the most cost affective way to go about fixing our vehicles. Which might I add took money out of their pockets. But that is what makes a Great Business!!! I will definitely take all my vehicles to them from now on and tell everyone I know about their shop. FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give them more I would! I took my car there this week after I was told I needed a transmission by 2 other shops in Lebanon. Was looking for a cheaper price and got much more. Tommy offered to do diagnostics on my 2006 GMC Envoy and I was shocked to learn that I didnt need to spend 4,800 on a transmission. Tommy ended up doing some wiring that was bad from I guess an animal that had eaten it up.I will take my truck there from now on. Honest shop who could have lied like the other mechanics did. Highly recommend them.

My van had New tires, brakes, alignment and wheel bearings put on elsewhere and it never fixed my problem. I called Tommy’s shop and Lisa, his wife answered, I told her what was going on and she told me to bring it on in. I told them I wasn’t picking it up til it was fixed. Tommy had a diagnosis in 2 hours and spent 6 hours on a 2 hour job due to the ignorant mechanic before him. They had my van fixed the next day and it runs better than when I bought it. Very honest, nice people. Definitely recommend!

I Posted the review in hopes you or someone would answer, or return my call....Still no return call, but ...At least you did reply to my REVIEW ....3 WKS AFTER CALL...But ...Youll still be my first attempt to getting car repairs, even If I cant afford, BEST MECHANICS IN LEBANON....
