Very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen. It seems like it only took 5 minutes to let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and he fixed it and got it back to working. Very reasonable bill and I highly recommend him for any appliance repair job.

Richard Kirby is honest and helpful. If its something he thinks you can handle without his help, he will advise you how to do it over the phone. If he needs to do the repair in person, he utilizes his knowledge to solve the problem in the most efficient and less expensive way. Weve always been impressed by his knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help solve our problem.

Very honest ! I called completely clueless about my refrigerator making a loud unusual sound. No one local could help me because its a Samsung, I guess Samsung is too high tech ..I called Richard and he immediately helped me over the phone and did not try to rip me off.He explained in detail what I needed to do and told me to call him only if what I did doesnt solve it. So many crooks today will try to capitalize and gauge you.Its a relief to know people like him still exist

Two very nice gentlemen. Only took two seconds it seem to let me know what was wrong with refrigerator, got it fixed and me back to work. Even swept my floor, lol. I will highly recommend them to family and friends

Prompt, courteous and friendly service. I called on Monday and they came on Tuesday and fixed our problem. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Price was very reasonable.

Came to home on Tuesday said part would be in in two days. Six day later still haven’t heard from them and they won’t answer my call. Avoid at all cost. My wife is gunna kill me now because of his lack of professionalism !
