Great communication! Called that they would be early which was great since I needed to take my son to work. Would definitely recommend!!

Had a service call set up for this morning. Arrival time between 8-12 I called at 8:30 because I had missed call and wanted to see if it was from them. They informed again of my apt.and said my tech would call me. As I tried to get off the call as I was driving and my blue tooth didnt work she continued to ask me again and again about some free consultation. After that at 9:48 someone called me to cancel my apt because the tech was sick. This is after I took off work and couldve gone in if they would have told me the first time I called. Also the lady from the second call got nasty with me. Horrible communication and terrible costumer service. Wouldnt recommend.

Very prompt, repair was made the same day. Very happy.
