I got on line Sunday night to pay my rent of 903. The site said I owed 1550 dollars. I freaked. Wrote a one star review. I am happy to say I called John this morning. He told me he would take care of it. Deleted the computerized errors. I paid rent is 903 a month. I chose to pay on line so I paid 923 including the service fee.I big load off my shoulders.

Went to look at these apartments a few days ago. I did not have an appointment but the manager greeted me immediately & was polite & thorough. It’s a little far from my work but the community is beautiful. I’ll keep it in mind.

I met the new manager the other day & he’s great. A maintenance man was not available so the manager left the office to fix my water heater. It’s nice to live somewhere that cares.

Very clean and well maintained. Management and maintenance are very friendly. Quite neighbors and great location makes this a wonderful place to live.

Met the manager the other day when i came to look at an apartment. He was polite & very helpful. We were talking about my new car & added tire pressure to all my tires.

Deerfield Apartments is located right on the bike path. The newly renovated units should be called NEW apartments because they have replaced everything. They are beautiful.

I went to look at these apartments with a friend and it seems really nice. When im ready to move i hope its just as nice or better.

I have loved living at Deerfield Crossing for the past two years. It has been safe, quiet, and comfortable. Ive only had very few maintenance concerns, just small routine things, but they were handled very quickly by the maintenance staff. Cindy in the office has always been a pleasure to talk to, and very helpful. Ive had no neighbor troubles, theyve all been friendly and considerate. I would recommend this complex to anyone needing a Lebanon apt!!

My husband and I have lived in this complex for approximately 3 years. The apartments are nothing special and average at best. I have no complaints about the maintenance staff but the office manager, Cindy, has been rude and passive aggressive since day one. The fact that she continues to be disrespectful is not shocking but it is very disappointing that she feels the need to do so, especially to good tenants who always pay rent on time and never cause problems.

Ive lived at Deerfield Crossing for many years and I have nothing but great things to say about how this community operates and is maintained. The management team is kind, courteous, and professional. They are always willing to address the concerns of their residents.
