Seriously a great place to go for your car needs. Was super last minute calling them to schedule for a tire rotation and they took care of me no problem! AND they didn’t charge me! As a woman I don’t take that lightly because every time i have gone into a tire/auto shop, I get up charged or an estimate of things I need to “fix” on my car. These guys are the real deal and keep it straight with you. I will definitely be going back. Can’t wait to do more business with them. John, Will & Ernie were especially awesome! :)

I went there to have my tires patched up and John even tried to have me come in the same day even though i called last minute. DO NOT go here if you do not speak car. Our son took his car to be inspected and they told him he needed to spend $250 to fix his serpentine belt or it was going to fail. We took it down the road and they said the belt was perfectly fine and passed the car with no problem. They evidently feel they can pile on fake services and none will call them out. Id give them 0 stars if I could.
I went the the Leander, Tx store and these guys are hands down the best!! The customer service was amazing! They weren’t condescending to me being a woman with car troubles. Just the opposite. They explained the problem and fixed it with a reasonable wait time. Thank you guys and I will for sure be back!!
The service at Lambs was excellent. The woman who answered the phone and took my car in at the front desk was extremely courteous! She let the guys in the back know I was in a hurry and they took care of things significantly sooner than estimated. Ill definitely return to Lambs in the future!

I have been a loyal lambs customer for over 12 years. I always appreciate their attention to detail and devotion to clients that they have. I have used many, many different locations over the years. My only negative comment is that for this particular location (lake line & crystal falls) they seem to always be short staffed so services take 2x as long. I dont know if this is because they are a new location and havent found the right staff yet or if its just an unexpected level of volume but its not the same quick efficient lambs service I have received at previous locations. That being said, I did appreciate that the staff were honest about their staffing and the wait time up front due to that. They even got my car done 30 minutes earlier than they predicted. I love lambs and will continue to take my vehicles to them. I just wish they would address the staffing issues at this new location.
My daughter dropped a family heirloom necklace between the seat and the console under and it fell under the carpet and so far down we couldn’t reach it. They were able to remove the passenger seat and retrieve the necklace! I am so happy!! They did it quick and for a fraction of the price of the dealership have quoted for the work. I am so thankful for their service. Thank you Lambs!!

I took my Tahoe in for a tire that kept loosing air, and the guys found a screw in the side wall which couldn’t be patched... (That tire had been doing that for a few months; I had taken it in 3 times before that to get checked at other shops, yet they never could find the problem!) We ended up deciding to just get all four new tires that matched to be safe for driving my kids around. Gilbert is the guy to ask for; Friendly, knowledgeable, & gets the job done! He was able to order the tires to be delivered by the next day. He also took care of getting my inspection done in the same time frame! My Tahoe drives amazingly better now, and looks new again! Thanks Gilbert, & any other guys that helped work on it!
I did get my brakes done here a few months back and have gotten my oil changes here the past handful of times. I am a converted Lambs faithful client. They know more about my car and it’s needs than the dealership at times and they always shoot straight. Also the rewards programs have saved me probably 100$ in just six months of routine maintenance services. I do drive a lot so I needed to find a place I could finally trust when I get home off of the road...Thank you Lambs of Leander!
To get a simple oil change it took 1 1/2 hours, The car was returned to with all the protective paper still in it. Won’t be returning to this business
Highly recommend and will continue to use. Will and his Team were able to fit me in to a rather busy schedule to replace my wheel bearings and hubs. Not only were they able to order the parts that morning but also service my vehicle the same day.

I found out that I had a flat tire on the way to work this morning. I zipped in, handed over my keys, and grabbed some coffee (they have a keurig). They also have wifi and a TV (which was helpful last time I came. My daughter was able to watch cartoons while we waited). The men that work here are super friendly and polite. 🙂👍

The service and timeliness was great. I have dealt with this store before and had a great experience with the employees. However, today I worked with Josh, who spent the entire time while I was setting up service and paying complaining about other employees and people calling for service on the phone. He was rude to someone who worked under him as I was waiting. He even complained straight to me about a person at another store who was trying to take his commission. Thankfully he was manager from another store only filling in for the day or I would not be back. I have great pity for the people who work under him at whatever store he works at, because he did not have a positive word to say about anyone. It was quite sad and unprofessional, really.
Outstanding service! DiscountTire gave me the song and dance about balancing my tires and Lambs nailed it. Lambs also sorted out an alignment issue that started 3 years ago after a Toyota of Cedar Park “alignment”. My rig now drives straight Dow the road and doesn’t rattle when I hit 70mph! Thanks Lamb! I’ll most certainly be back!
These guys did a good job of assessing all that needed to be done. And we appreciated that.It did take a awhile to get it done. They are short staffed, and one Tech was sick, leaving them with just one. That would be tough, so we were patient and glad to get it back on the third day after bringing it in.
I requested an appointment at 10am and my car was brought back for service within minutes of checking in. They were thorough in checking on all services needed and explaining pricing and time frames. This particular location is very convenient and gives that neighborly feel when being greeted and taken care of. I would highly recommend them to any family or friends!
I emailed and called in advance to have my inspection and have a review of my vehicle, as there had been lights on the dashboard. Literally nothing was reviewed on my vehicle. I asked, specifically to address the lights and tires. All that was mentioned was an air filter, which was not replaced. I had to wait 10 minutes after being advised my car was “good to go” because, while the air filter was ordered, the guy that didn’t install it was out getting a Dr. Pepper. After waiting 10 minutes to make sure I didn’t drive away with a fictional filter, I was allowed to drive my car away, sans new filter, which I asked to be replaced. 100% unprofessional and irritating.This place was SO much better before Lambs took it over. Legit: go anywhere else.Not cool guys.
Lamb’s Leander did a fantastic job of diagnosing and repairing my brakes. They kept me informed and did what they said they would do for a fair price. I live in the neighborhood so was able to walk to drop off and pick up my car. Thanks Lamb’s Leander.

Took my car to a dealership for service and got it back with a terrible vibration from out of balance wheels. Brought it to Lambs and they got it back on the road good as new. Dealership alternative is absolutely right!

I came here to get help ordering a tire and putting a new tire on. I almost DIED! The tire was bulging and everything else. I didnt have the money for a new tire at the time so they put the spare on but didnt charge on. Scott and Andrew ordered me a tire in good faith. I took 2 weeks to get back to them. (Had a breakup) and they werent upset. They were very helpful. Dont trust other shops. So far so good 👍

I made an appointment several days in advance and was assured that the tires I selected would be there. When I arrived the tires were not there. I was then told that the tires would be there before they could even take my old tires off. So they took the front two wheels off and then started working on another vehicle while they waited for mine to arrive. They finally showed up but the employee finished the other vehicle before getting back to mine. While waiting I could hear the two employees working at the front desk comparing each others sales numbers like selling parts and service was a competition. I was eventually told that I needed a new part to complete the alignment. This made sense after just hearing the competition to sell things to customers. After the new part arrived, a different employee determined that I did not need the new part to complete the alignment. I was glad to not need the new part, but should never have been told that in the first place. They drove the truck once done and assured me that it was good to go. It was not. I had to take it to another Lambs location to get it rebalanced. Oh, and they left black footprints on the carpet and floormat, and black smears on the door. Whatever happened to putting down those paper mats.
This place is a joke. I called ahead to get an inspection, they said to bring it in. When I got there I filled out the paperwork and the guy said it would take 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I hear tires screech and see my truck fly by. They hadnt even started, tires screeched as the guy hit the breaks, then screeched again as he was backing up because he flew by the bay he was aiming for. I just took my truck and left with no inspection. These guys dont care about your vehicle or your time and it shows.
Gilbert is amazing! I had been emailed a reward that didnt show up on their system. He went above and beyond to help me out. Seriously, Ive never left a mechanic shop in such a good mood. Im pretty sure Gilbert is a new employee at this location since the last time I brought my car in, and he is a fabulous addition to the team.Andrew also helped me! I had a question about my reward he wasnt familiar with yet. He was quick to find someone to help and eager to learn how to do it himself going forward.
Scott was quick to take my car and get the oil change and he informed me that there was a nail in my tire that I had no ideas about and they took it out and patched it up free of charge. Very friendly and timely here. Thanks Scott for a great first time experience here!

They were short on staff due to some complications around the holidays, but the person at the counter who was filling in (sorry I didn’t get your name..) was very apologetic and did his best to get my car looked at. Issues do arise but it was handled very professionally. Definitely will return!
I called location to see if my appointment was approved that I did online. When I called they said they dont take 5:30 appointments because they close at 6. Why is there an option for that time is my question.i didnt use them this time and i always remember why I dont even thou theyre 2 blocks away from me

Got my car inspected. Scott checked several additional parameters such as the need for a new air filter and battery starting to go bad. He even pulled a car fax (car is new to me with unknown maintenance history) He was informative but not pushy about any additional services.
I been going to Lambs Tire & Automotive before the name change. It was good then and it remains just as awesome. Had a plugged tire done by a on location service. It began to leak slowly. Went to a different repair shop, stated they cant touch it because responsibility would fall on them if something happened. Went to Lamb they were up front, said maybe let us take a look. They more than happily, with magnificent customer service said, we got-choo fam (paraphrasing of course). Will never go to a different tire/oil/filters repair/change/replace place.
Personally staff, attentive and kind... But I went in for a scheduled oil change and it took 1.5 hours, when usually it takes 30-45 minutes.Great service, poor timing.
Took my wifes car to get looked at because it was real shaky when driving. They looked at it for a few hours and when I called them they said that the control arms needed to be replaced. I had my brother-in-law look at it and in 15min he told me that they just needed to be tightened because the bolts were loose. He tightened said bolts and now my wifes car drives fine. They also said that they could not find the control arms in the area and we found them in less than 5 min at an OReillys. Completely unprofessional and a shining example as to why techs and mechanics have a bad reputation for being untrustworthy.
Professional and friendly. Didn’t try to push extra unnecessary service, which was surprising as most places do when you go in for something small. They’ve earned a life long customer!

I have never been to this place before,but let me tell you after this experience I will be back, and so will everyone I know. I took my car to get an alignment done after I hit a median in the rain. I delt with Andrew who was very nice. Ive had experiences at other places where they try to tell you everything is wrong with your car, and the thousands of dollars it would take to fix it. This was not the case. Andrew updated me on everything. He was very honest and didnt try to pressure me into doing things. The car was taking care of quickly. I had a very pleasant experience and wanted everyone to know if you want an honest place to take your car where you wont be pressured into things. This is the place to go!!

I’ve been to many shops and it’s always had one or two issues whether it be the shops messing up my wheels or lugs or not doing a good job. I contacted them and Andrew was there to help. Responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. I am glad I brought it here and knowing that my car is well taken care of. No more searching for tire shops, found the one and I’ll be coming here for my tire needs.Transparency with them is unmatched, happy to be bringing my car for maintenance with them!
I have used Lamb’s for years and have always received great service. Scott at the Leander store gave me “ over and above” service with a warranty check on my brake system. They really do honor their warranty. I appreciated that!

Lambs has done my yearly inspection and regular oil changes and they are always very polite and timely. The one time there was a problem (they didnt have my oil filter, so it took extra time), they made it right with a coupon.

Theres a huge cost difference between selling products and services based on the manufacturers recommended mileages and whats actually needed for top preventative maintenance by seeing, touching, and smelling the parts and fluids (even high-mileage ones like mine).Lambs/DriversEdge, like many places, has a history and current policy of recommending products/services from the sheets, but if you have a little extra time and FIND SOMEONE WHO ACKNOWLEDGES THIS DIFFERENCE - it pays off. ANDREW at their Leander location gets it. Ill follow him wherever he goes. I spent $100 more than I expected to when I went in for an oil change (brake fluid was black), but $200 less than the sheets said was needed, but wasnt when you actually see whats there (transmission fluid). Well done!
Really no stars thay lazy wouldnt eavin try to alighn my truck said parts wer bent and i pit the parts on myself so know thay wer straight just dont have an alighnment machine to finish off frunt end but thay sent me outa thare without eavin tyrin to alighn it thats just sry 0 stars guys you couldof atleast tried to help me

I have been a customer at this location for five years. Before it was Drivers Edge and now Lamb’s. Unfortunately I will no longer be doing business at this location. Recently I brought my wife’s vehicle in for an oil change. I met Scott upfront who was very nice. I inquired about flushing the brake fluid to which he offered to first inspect and then change if needed. I trusted him and said to do the service if it needed. He then offered a $20 coupon for doing the brake fluid flush. When I got a call about the car being ready I was told that it had also been recommended to replace the engine and cabin air filters. Also that one of the rear tires was missing weights and that they could balance them for an additional charge. He also suggested a fuel injector flush as preventative maintenance and offered the $20 coupon if I did both. I was shocked at first since I had personally changed both air filters in May of this year and the vehicle has been driven approximately 5,000 miles since. My wife has a work car and doesn’t drive this everyday. How could a mechanic say these needed to be replaced already? When I went to pick up the vehicle Scott charged me full price for the brake fluid flush and said that the $20 coupon was only good if I had also done the fuel injector cleaning, as mentioned on the phone. When I reminded him that he offered the coupon at drop off before speaking about the fuel injector cleaning he did take the $20 off but he made it seem like I was making it up. I told him that he offered the coupon when I dropped off the vehicle and I asked him to correct me if I was wrong, he did not. By the way I checked online for this coupon when I got home and sure enough it is for $20 off a single flush. Why was I told in store it had to be used with two flushes? Driving home my wife called me and said that the oil life indicator had not been reset and that there was not a new sticker on the windshield to remind her when the next oil change was due. I called the store and Scott told me that was a mistake and to bring it back and he would make it right. How can I even be sure that the oil was changed at this point? The sticker and light are not catastrophic, however, this is something we should expect from a $80 oil change. Right? Maybe everyone at this location was having an off day? Maybe it was a fluke? With the history of inconsistent prices for oil changes and now this experience we will no longer be doing business with Lamb’s.

A one stop shop! Honest, professional, efficient service. Am new to the area and was due for a state inspection for vehicle registration renewal, so after noticing their high google reviews, texted them to ask if an appointment was needed, and they said no, and if I came now, there was no wait. Since my 4Runner was due for routine maintenance, asked if they did oil changes, front end alignment, wheel rotation, and routine service maintenance and they said they did it all, even brakes. They said they could do the routine maintenance while I was there for the inspection and could preschedule the routine service maintenance. After noticing they sold tires, while my vehicle was still up on the rack, asked if they thought my tire treads were ok since they were getting close to 50k, but they said they were at about 50% and still had life left on them. After noticing they also had Bosch windshield wipers, since mine were not working, purchased those and they installed them for me. The total was more than reasonable considering all that was done, and got a first time customer discount on top of that. I’ll be back!
I went in for 3 things - State inspection, tire repair and oil change.When I went to pick it up I asked about the nail only to find out they had not fixed it. They then fixed it and I left.I went to renew my sticker only to find out that the inspection was not showing up.I returned to inquire about that to find out that they also had not done the inspection.So - 1 out of 3 things done right the first time......... then - I see this response and I am thinking - ok, maybe they will try and take care of this somehow and I can update the review.Instead, nothing - no email, no call and no text....So - I have updated the review - 1 starI will not return to this place.

They say they rotate your tires with the oil change but they don’t list it in the paperwork. Maybe I’m being paranoid but the tires didn’t look like they were rotated, I should pay better attention.
I had a separated belt on one of my truck tires and took it in to the N Lakeline location to replace 2 yesterday morning. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The facilities were clean. Social distancing procedures were posted on the door, clearly marked inside and were being followed by the staff. The waiting room appeared very clean and well attended to. My tires were changed in a timely fashion and I was on my way. I gladly recommend these folks.
