The short story is that these guys impressed me with their quality of work that was done very quickly and at a fair price. Their shop is extremely clean and well organized. They will be my go-to shop for future work on my Mini Cooper.They root caused and fixed a coolant leak (bad thermostat and water tube) and had me back in my car within 24 hours. The price was exactly what they had estimated. They showed me the bad parts and where the coolant leak was occurring. They also inspected my car for any future needs and they replaced a burned out license plate bulb at no additional cost.

These guys are great! Walking into their new and extremely clean shop reminded me of when I was a kid and mechanics were true professionals. I love my wifes BMW, but I used to dread having even basic service work done because most shops that know what theyre doing with European cars also charge an arm and a leg, are difficult to deal with, or both (including the dealership). Dovlet and his brother are a real breath of fresh air! Honest, open, extremely knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Im actually looking forward to the next time my wifes BMW needs service.

These guys are the most professional crew I’ve ever dealt with in the auto industry. When I call they say “hello Travis”. They are there waiting for me at my scheduled time and get started immediately and are done very quickly. They did quality work at a great price for what normally would be a ridiculous charge because of my German Saloon. The only thing I’m upset about is that I’ve lived here for 7 years and only now that I’ll be moving to another state in two months that I finally have someone like them to worn on my car here.

I’ve looked for a shop with good value and integrity for years and finally came across this shop. My car originally came in to replace starter and oil change. They made a couple of recommendations but didn’t put pressure on me to get it done. After evaluating the cost and need I decided to get it done especially at the repair value. The shop also replace a couple of bulbs on my my bmw 328i which would have cost me 185.00 dollars for free as a welcome and to earn my business. To top it off they clean my solenoids on the engine for free before replacing them which would have cost another 400.00 dollars. I have never had this experience with an automotive shop in 37 years of owning a car. Better later than never. Beautiful clean shop and waiting area also. I definitely recommend these guys!!! Ive had my Volvo S60 serviced at EuroMotorGroup twice now, once for a timing belt replacement and once for a PCV valve replacement, and Ive gotta say, these guys are legit. Both times Ive had outstanding service. Not only was my car repaired in a timely fashion, but both Dovlet and Gurjap gave honest, fair assessments of the problems and offered fair, reasonable estimates. They did quality work on the car, seeing that Ive had no issues since either repair. Whats more, EMG uses an app called ShopMonkey which allows you to see a written breakdown of your estimate and an option to approve, modify, or ask questions. You can even communicate in real time for follow-up or questions as needed. EMG is the real deal, and I would 100% recommend them over anyone else in the area.

I went to this new service shop to get my car fixed because I had heard they were excellent. The service was amazing. I arrived there and someone was literally waiting for me to service me without getting out of my car. I was quickly checked in, While I was waiting, I meet the Manager/Owner by the name of Dovlet. This man was such a blessing to me and my service with an extreme amount of knowledge about cars in general. I will be returning to his shop for repairs in the near future.

Made an appointment the have my Check Engine light diagnosed. While the light was not on when I arrived, I wanted it to get checked anyway. Needless to say Dovlet is a stand up guy. Brought me over to show me the fault codes and reviewed everything in detail. Provided recommendations on what should be done, could be done and did not need to be done. Integrity like that is hard to find anymore. While I didnt ultimately schedule anything with EuroMotor Group immediately, I feel that I now have a trusted shop I can go to for future maintenance.

Great customer service! I got my annoying engine warning light fixed on my 2018 BMW 3 series, they fitted me in really quickly and last minute (much appreciated by the way). Comfortable reception with WiFi and a big TV, soft drinks so you can work easily or just relax if you have to wait. You really made our day, and this attention to detail and customer service will not be forgotten!

Dovlet provided great communication and is very professional. These guys know European cars inside and out. They do quality work and use only quality parts. I had a complete brake overhaul on a 2017 VW GTI Autobahn, full brakes and rotors. I have tendency to ride my car hard as these cars were meant to and the brakes are working beyond my expectation. Extremely happy with the performance and quality of the job done and I have plans to coming back once its time for my clutch job. This is my shop now.

I own a 2005 Audi A6. My Check Engine light was on, so I went to a different nearby mechanic who specialized in European cars. They said that this car needed a new catalytic converter and a list of other hoses/parts to be replaced, and came up with an expensive quote which didnt make sense for me to spend, considering how old/high mileage my car is. My options were to either scrap the car altogether, or get a second opinion. Thats when I found EuroMotorGroup in Leander, TX. The owner (Dovlet) requested me to leave the car with him so that he could diagnose the issues in a detailed manner. I found that Dovlet and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are so lucky we have Dovlet as our mechanic.He is very reasonable compared to Dealerships,Honest,Straight-Forward, Well-Mannered,Very knowledgeable about his work and very Efficient.He maintains our 2018 Mercedes S550 and 2017 Porsche Cayenne GTS and they are both running very well with no problems.During maintenance and check-up visits,He would replace only what was necessary.That gesture itself tells me He is not out to make money of me if there was repair needed for instance, He would give a quote,deliver the service,minus other “little surprises”.Being a women,I’ve had my share of bad experiences charges to scare tactics to unnecessary repairs.Now being older and smarter,I know for sure that Dovlet is a Keeper.Can not highly recommend him enough.He is Wonderful.
