I had scheduled my hail repair in April of 21 and they did not have anything until July 21 (understandable). The day of my scheduled drop off they called and said were backed up 2 weeks, come back in August. Again, the day of my scheduled day to drop off, they called and said were cancelling you due to a Covid situation. All fine, until I asked the woman on the phone if I could reschedule and she said no. She was rude and did not have any care in the world that this was the 3rd time to get rescheduled. It was very frustrating seeing as I had been trying to get my hail damage fixed since April. I ended up finding a company that fixed my car in less than a week, and waved my deductible. Poor customer service if you ask me. The manager never reached out to see why I did not reschedule. It does not seem like they care.

This was my third repair on my (I call my vehicle, Bertha! 😂) 2013 Ford Escape. (1. Rear ended repair 2. Rodent repair on headlights and 3. Someone at shop stole items from my glove box while doing front fender work. When informed items were stolen the business points out a non responsibility waiver. Seemed like they didnt care things were stolen from an area nobody should have been in anyway.

In 2020 we used their AMM Collision - Cedar Park location for a previous Hail damage claim via State Farm for an estimate. We never got around to getting the repairs performed where we had selected AMM Collision - Leander for our State Farm Select Service program location. In April of 2021 we had used AMM Collision - Leander for our State Farm Estimate of Hail damage on the very same 2019 Kia Sorento S...which now had been combined damage from TWO different storms! After they completed what they referred to as their Preliminary Visual Inspection, which they also stated is essentially your estimate is a transcription of the PDR scope sheet provided to us by the hail team (their hail team mind you)...we noticed a SIGNIFICANT and LESSER difference in the total estimate of damage compared to our initial inspection from the previous years hail damage estimate from their Cedar Park location. So, after the combined damage of two hail storms...their most recent estimate was significantly less...where it should have been much much more...as there was even more damage before including a cracked windshield! Well, when confronted about the significant lesser difference in these estimates...they were rude about it and tried to fist blame the initial Cedar Park location for the Labor hours they claimed. Next, when I strongly urged them to correct and find and combine the differences...they stated I dont think that the impetus is on us to find or add additional damage to match or exceed an estimate written for a different storm, by a different scope sheet almost a year ago. Mind you, same company, AMM Collision...just 2 different locations...which also mind you, they force you to use their Leander location for estimates as Cedar Park no longer does them...according to both locations. My wife and I find this completely ridiculous and just absurdly unprofessional. For them to state they do not want to find and figure out why the previous estimate would have been significantly more than their own estimate nor figure out a way for them to actually reflect the fact that there was much more damage on the vehicle than before...just...well...pretty self explanatory on their part for lack of customer service and professionalism. We had also learned ourselves that the differences in the estimates also showed that they left out certain previous needed repairs that were initially included on the previous estimate and new repairs they forgot to add on their recent estimate...like oh...a windshield...not damaged previously! What!? Well, moving on... Back in June...because well...it took that long to finally get a finalized estimate (still preliminary until they get in and start doing actual repairs)...for the windshield to get repaired, the earliest appointment with their windshield company to get repairs done was not until October 2021. We waited 7 patient months, praying no further issues arise for our appointment. I contacted the Leander location to find and confirm our appointment. They told me that they had computer problems and lost their customers appointments. I was told by a receptionist who answered the phones we could just make a new appointment...but it turned out this was not for the windshield repair...it would be for as if it was a whole new estimate to start with. What!? Well, I asked to speak to our estimate agent named Derek...who then also confirmed the issues with the computer fault and that their IT was supposedly trying to rebuild the appointments...and he would contact me sometime that day before the end of the business day. Did not happen! I called the next day...same comments from him...and guess what? No call by the end of the day! During the calls, Derek, did recommend and strongly urge we take our vehicle somewhere else for the windshield repairs...and that even if we were to make a new appointment it would be another 6 months away because of how busy they are. Again, WHAT!? Thus, Yes, definitely going to take our business elsewhere! Unfortunately, there are many other things left out due to character limits. ZERO

I am very pleased with the repairs to my minivans rear liftgate and front fender damage. The quote from AMM - Leander was well below two other quotes that I had received from other area collision repair service centers. The quality is great, no complaints. I feel like I got a really good value.

Picked up my car and the fender and headlight didnt match up so theres a gap in it. So, Will said they would take care of it. When I picked up the vehicle Ryan the manager was very nice. I had a chip of paint missing on the hood after having a repair done at AMM Collision Cedar Park. And Ryan of AMM Collision Leander repainted the hood which he didnt have to and polished my headlight which was dull. And replaced the front bumper where the gap was. IM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIRS THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMM COLLISION LEANDER IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE AND THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK. I WILL TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK TO AMM COLLISION LEANDER.

An animal hit my car and ruined my front right bumper, I went through my insurance and they recommended this place. This place is the best! I got my car in the week of Thanksgiving and they assessed the damage and kept me updated on the whole process. Some parts came in wrong along with surprise technical complications, but they kept me informed on everything and triple checked to make sure everything was in tip top shape with my car before I drove it. This place has great customer service and made me feel informed on my car instead of me calling them all the time. I recommend this place.

They were helpful. Ended up taking my car else where due to they wouldnt be able to deal with the hail damage to my car until June. But I did go where they referred me to.

It’s simple, I’m giving a one star review because as an individual who has never been in a car accident and had no experience of how the process works. The shop didn’t tell me what to do, gave me no direction and answered very little questions. It led to me being frustrated with the whole process on top of that the insurance company did the same exact thing.The shop took all of my frustration personal. Instead of explaining the process, he simply said, “we’re not comfortable doing your repairs now.”

I had the best experience at AMM Collision in Leander. The manager, Ryan, was kind and worked hard to keep our cost down. The work on my truck was done quickly and they cleaned it up beautifully. I was rear-ended on Thurs, car in shop by Wed. and car back in perfect condition by Fri. These guys are super fast, friendly and had my rental car ready to go. Loved this place. I went to this place cause a rock hit my head light. They were fast and courteous they delt with the insurance and cleaned my car before I got it back they even noticed damages that I didnt notice from the rock.

Dont select this collision Center. Horrible service. Incomplete orientation. They un -assembly your car to make an estimate and then they are going to bill you to re-assembly your car again again if you decide to request other quote from other collision center. Very expensive!
