Took my car here for a wreck. I had never been in a wreck before and I loved how the team was very professional and leaneant with me. They walked me though the process of repairs and the entire trip of what and where my vehicle was going. They kept me updated and were very nice and patient over the phone when I had questions. When it came to payment and COVID-19 precautions, they knew what they were doing. No hidden fees and no surprises. They cleaned the exterior of my vehicle and made it look brand new. In addition to cleaning the exterior, they also cleaned the interior and gave me plenty of time to check and make sure the repairs were 100% concise and functional. I would highly recommend this location to anybody !

I went to their location after my wife called them because our front bumper was coming off after going over a low crossing.An Estimator came out to the parking lot, looked at the car, took some photos and told me that they were going to email me a quote later in the day.I received the reasonable quote, and scheduled an appointment. When my wife went in to drop off the car, they asked if we were using insurance and we told them No. They immediately told me that it was going to cost more. I feel that it was a bait and switch. They said they had to do a better job in our case and that it would cost more. I wont take my car to a place that doesnt do the same great job regardless of insurance or cash.

At Service King service is definitly king! I brought my wifes new SUV in that I had partially ripped the bumper off, broke the headlight and dented the quarter panel.Service King was a delight and professional to work with from begining to end. When we got the SUV back it looked brand new! All the panels lined up perfect, the paint was blended perfect.From begging to end I got daily texts detailing the process AND whats even better, they finished the vehicle 4 days early! Driving the vehicle was as normal as it ever was. No weird noises or handling issues. I would reccomend Service King!

I’ve had three vehicles repaired here. I was quite pleased with the first one. My second trip required a few return trips because they put the wrong pinstriping on the side of the car they repaired. Last week, I decided to give them another try. I had to take the vehicle back because they didn’t address the wheel well covers. I specifically mentioned them when I dropped the car. The folks there are very nice and they want to do well, but it is a pain to go back for return visits.

I just left the Leander Service King and I will never be returning to this location nor would I ever recommend anyone to go here! I went in a little over 3 weeks ago, for the second time, to have a noise fixed on the front end after a repair a few months ago. I explained very clearly what was going on despite Blake not truly listening. I had to stop in to the store twice because he couldnt pick up the phone and let us know what was going on. He just let me know our insurance was not going to cover the claim because it looked like a possible blow out or another accident with damage on the rim. As I explained clearly, I had the tires rotated per normal maintenance requirements and that tire ended up getting a screw in it and was slowly losing air. Discount tire across the street replaced the tire because the screw was too close to the edge and they couldnt safely patch it (they can confirm this). All the rims on our car have curb rash from the previous owner and has been there for years. Im FURIOUS that he would lead them to believe this should be a new claim and not advocate for the customer. There is nothing worse than a business that wont advocate for their customers!

In 45 minutes spent with Tammy Pena, I went from being really excited about doing business with Service King #081 to hoping they go out of business. She even included Matt in our conversation it was apparent they have no respect for potential customers.I was in a fender-bender. The other partys insurance accepted liability and asked me where I wanted my repair. I chose Service King. I called Matt, told him I was being referred to them and set up an appointment to bring my car in.When I got there, one of the first things Tammy said was, Im not even sure the insurance will pay. Later she nodded over towards the Enterprise counter and said, They dont even have any cars left. I said, I hope they saved one for me. She said, Why? Were not doing your repair today. Were just giving you an estimate.When I said I expected to have my car repaired, she pulled Matt into the conversation and together they condescendingly lectured me about how it works. They do an estimate, they turn it in, the insurance company may or may not approve it, blah blah...Then she crunched the numbers, SHE said, Yes, we can repair it. She called the insurance company and verified they accepted liability. Everything would be a go - except for the fact that are no rental cars available.I asked why Matt didnt set one aside for me when I called the day before and got to hear the second verse of let me explain to you how things work....Heres how I see it. If I had merely wanted an estimate, I wouldve come in last week when the accident happened. I waited a week for the insurance company to accept responsibility because I wanted a repair.Maybe Matt just didnt get that when I called. But instead of owning up and making things right, they wanted to turn things around a lecture me about how things work.So in 45 minutes I went from being very excited about getting my car repaired and giving business to a company down the street to thinking that these have to be some of the most thoughtless, inconsiderate and condensing individuals in Leander, Texas.

Straight away, from the day I brought them car to the day I got it back, as soon as soon as i entered everyone was just so helpfull. I got text updates on the progress-quite speedy. Granted it took 3 additional weeks to get my car back because of customs, cant really blame them for that, but it wasnt too bad of service. If I ever wanted an update on my car they were quick to oblige. The only downside is that my side view mirrors are messed up. I cant seem to be able to use the controls to move it. A worker will be out to replace one item on the car and hopefully can fix my mirrors. I just hope I dont have to give it back, I just had it returned to me.

My Expedition was brought in after hitting a deer, immediately that day I received a text indicating they have started to tear it down in preparation of the Geico Insurance adjuster. I received an estimate and time of completion and they have been amazing. Brittney at the shop emails me daily and even worked with me if all parts came in to get it a few days early. I just got a call that my car is done! So happy with the service! In on 11/12 and now ready for pick up 11/20.

Ive been waiting a week for these people to send collision photos to my insurance company. I always have to call them for status updates as I have yet to receive a single phone call from them. So I finally get a date that my insurance will finally be brought into the loop and when I call they say that they were to busy to email a couple of photos. Now I get to wait another day without a car and miss out on making some extra overtime at work.

Disappointing experience with the Leander location of Service King. Matt R. needs to work on his people skills and customer service accumen. His attituede was dismissive and condescending. The overall vehicle repair was average. Be careful if you get a repair quote with vs without your insurance company involved. They will High Quote you if you dont want to run the repair through your insurance. Many other repair shops to choose from that are friendly, helpful and provide better quality service

Sitting here at Service King for the fourth time since I got my car back. We had our bumper replaced a couple months ago. After I got the car back the first time, the AC didnt work. They fixed that but then my bumper kept popping out at the corner. Back again for the third time for the bumper after they didnt return my 3 phone calls. This time they told me they had to get the insurance adjuster involved! I told them that Im not getting an insurance adjuster involved for a repair they didnt do correctly.

They are a rip off and joke. They had my car since Thurs lied and said they didnt get it till Friday. Now they are telling me they cant get an estimate for me for another week or so. Look my car is an 08 kelly blue book value at 7k both airbags deployed, my frame is bent, my wheel axes is bent, it isnt rocket science that the estimate is more then car is worth. Not only that but they are calling junk yards for a car they havent even looked at.

Sucked they took 1 month to fix a rear quarter panel swipe gave my car back to me filthy inside it was somewhat dirty insideto begin with but gave it back in worse dusty condition the repair was good my passenger door key hole is loose and hung out they blamed that on previous repairs and offered to super glue it my stick shift is bent and not shifting right feels way off and pending fix they delayed and delayed and delayed 4 times wish I cold say I had a good experience with no issues
