Feel so refreshed after their pedicures! Everyone is always so nice :)

I got these done yesterday and it looks like I have to get a Refill.... these were 56 bucks. They weren’t my Desired length. The woman who did my nails couldn’t communicate clearly. She just stared at me every time I asked a question, which made me feel very uncomfortable. NEVER GOING BACK !If I could put zero stars I would.

Very nice people. Im 8 months pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable and could relax. Ive been there multiple times.

The prices are outrageous I got regular paint on my toes abs charges me $50 dollars and the water for my feet was cold it wasn’t a very good pedicure. The nails were mediocre we couldn’t have got the same outcome if we would have done this at home. Don’t recommend.

I got acrylics done and the lady put the acrylics over my nails and on to my skin. She then tried to file the acrylic off of my skin which led to her cutting my skin around my nails then she got upset that I was bleeding. It’s been three days and the acrylic is already lifting. Definitely not worth the $60 I paid. I will not be going back.

Best pedicure Ive had in awhile!

Went there and will never go again. First they were rude when. They were basically empty. They are unsanitary to the point they nicked my cuticle and I now have an infection.... Their light dryers are broken. And while there my nails got messed up. They fixed it said I was good. By the time I got home my nails were so jacked up I had to take the polish off. I paid because I am too nice but seriously dont waste your money.

I went to this nail spa and was very disappointed, I was taken between three of the nail techs and they didn’t even do what I wanted. I showed them a picture and they said they could do it, but when it came down to actually doing the design, they let me know they couldn’t do the pattern or even the color. I left unhappy with nails that were uneven, and paid more than full price!! I’m never going back again!! I would tell anyone else, if you want to pay a lot for plain acrylics and nothing else that are uneven and not what you want, this is the place!!

I have been to Paris Nails at Layton mall several times now and Ive had mani, pedi and nail fill in. My index finger nail was also broken in half before she started.This is the 3rd day out btw. They have always done a great job, not sure where the bad reviews come from but Ive always had a good experience. Thank you ladies, did great on my nails again.

Went there for the first and last time. The nails do look nice but theyre not honest with their prices. While I was there another customer was complaining because she was paying the same as a previous time even though this was only a refill and last time she had nail art done on several nails. Instead of taking care of her the staff kept speaking back and forth in a different language then insisted she paid the full amount. When I went to pay for mine they charged me ten dollars more than what they quoted me. The lady insisted thats the price she gave me but my husband who was sitting next to me heard the same as me. I guess if u want a nail shape that its not square its an extra five dollars. Plus they apparently put on some gel thing I never asked for. Again, instead of fixing it I had to pay for the full amount. For lying about ten dollars they have lost me as a return customer. I really wish I wouldve saw the reviews before because apparently charging more at the end its a thing there

Amazing service!!!!Ive only gotten my pedicures from here and each time Im NEVER disappointed. My husband had an emergency at the same time as my appointment so I had to take my baby in with me. They treated him so good and made me feel so comfortable about it. 10/10 recommend. ❤

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! everyone is so sweet and they really know how to get the job done. I was reading some of these reviews and they aren’t as true as they are suppose to be. Everything was great quality and everyone upstairs and downstairs were wonderful. I definitely recommend coming here if you need good nails. Lily from downstairs does a really good job on my nails every time I go there. Their prices are really worth it and I will go to this place again and again. They always clean their supplies every time they work on someone new. The place is quite sanitary and overall a good environment. There is really good customer service. They even play music when you get your nail done It is such a relaxing experience. My daughter always goes there to get her nails done and it always comes out amazing. 100% recommend don’t go anywhere else.

If i could give 0 stars i would. i’m way too nice to say anything but i left with nails completely different shapes/lengths, some nails not even all the way painted, she didn’t even clean out the leftover acrylic from under my nails, and i have burning cuts all over my hands which isn’t okay with all the things going on right now. i called to tell them i wanted to get them fixed or money back and they HUNG UP ON ME.

I got “dip nails” for the first time and there’s no way this is how they’re supposed to look. Nancy did my nails and she was in such a rush and did the sloppiest job. The entire place was cluttered and dirty. I really should have walked out. She charged me $40 and it just made me sick paying for this. This is how my nails look the next day. Already peeling and looking awful. Never never go to this place! These pictures were taken less than 12 hours after I got my nails done.

My sister and I went to get our nails done today as we don’t see each other often. I asked for square nails and mine got done Crooked and only 3 are square. The lady was very rough Cut my finger really bad I asked her to be gentle and she kept going at her pace smh My sister asked for coffin my sister asked for coffin and two of hers are square. We got done and was time to pay they ran our credit card and it declined we asked them if we could go to the ATM and they told us we had to keep our phones there then they told us one had to stay then as I was sitting there they had called security on us all because their machines weren’t working this is a very horrible place to get your nails done I don’t suggested to anybody it feels like my nails are going to pop off very soon

This salon is a joke. They lie about their prices and what they do for you. I was sitting next to my wife when they quoted her a price for her nails. But when we went to pay they gave us a price 10 dollars more than what we were quoted with no additional services. All while another guest was fighting with the manager for the same reason. Being quoted one price but being charged another. This place is full of thieves and you should never go here.

I went last month for the first time to get my big toes re-done from another place that really didnt do a good job. They took me in, fixed them, no problem. So, I made sure Id come back to do a full pedicure. I had Kayla this time and did I ever feel pampered. There are different levels of pedicures to fit any budget or needs. I always try to go in to businesses with a positive attitude and lots of times it is not reciprocated. Not here. Holly and Kayla couldnt of been more friendly. I always feel if you try and meet people halfway hopefully they will do the same. They have been very respectful and today I had so much fun with them. Thank you again Holly for making me feel so welcomed there.

So overall I would love to give more stars but being a licensed Cosmo I know state rules... And this place broke safety rules! Using items after they fell in the floor, using thecheese grater which can not be properly disinfected. And performing extra to the service only to up charge at the end.

My daughter went here with some friends and spent her hard earned babysitting money to get acrilic nails. They rudely strong-armed her into a color that she didnt want. Within two days one of the nails chipped and broke off up to the top of her finger. She called and the only English speaking girl told her to come in and get it fixed for free. I went with her to make sure she was taken care of. They couldnt match the color, it was significantly shorter and they even tried to charge us for the fix! My daughter and all of her friends will never come here again and I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for getting any service done.

My daughter and I got there at 9am when they opened to get our nails done, along with two other women. The two ladies working started working with the two other women and told me that someone was on their way-no problem except we ended up waiting till 10 for that one person to show up to do both our nails. She gave my daughter cold water to soak her fingers in and I had to request it be warm water. Then, she began to do my full set, and it is hands down the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. The gel paint is all over my fingers, the nail shapes are all off and bumpy. It’s terrible. I’ll be calling them to see if another person will fix them.

Got a couples pedi! They were really great!We enjoyed everything about it. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

They charged us for gel and we go a regular coat. My friend did not want a design and the nail lady made her get one. In the end we got charged for $188. I suggest not going there.

Absolutely horrid. i got there and asked how much they would charge for a full set of nails. and they said $40. i showed them a picture. She ripped my nail off and made it bleed. then half way into it she changed the price to $50. ? took forever. sat and talked to her boyfriend on the phone the whole time doing my nails. absolutely ridiculous. the nails fell off all within a week.

The service is always great, friendly, timely, and they do a really quality job. Ive been helped by several of their team members with several things and I always get great service. My gel nails last too! No premature lifting. My favorite nail place!!!

I went and got a fill today and they did a ridiculously bad job. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and the results couldn’t be any more different. The texture of the nail isn’t even. The paint job is the worst paint job I’ve ever seen, would not recommend.

My experience was just fine. This isnt a salon so it will not be as super sanitary as some would like. Me personally, Im used to that atmosphere and setting. I got the shellac nails with french tip and it cost $30. I told the lady that I like my nails short and so she cut them for me and squared them off. They also did the french tip the way I like - they paint the white tip & use a brush/acetone to shape the tip. Everything went fine. If you use a credit card, they charge a $2.10 service fee but thats on the sign on the desk. I went home and filed my nails the way I like it and now they look perfect. Overall, not bad for the price. Theres room for improvement but theyre not a complete waste of money.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. In less than a week, I had three nails completely pop off. When I went back to ask them to fix it, they told me it was my fault and that they are too long. I’ve had my nails on for two years and never had a problem until I went to them. They are very rude and they do not care. Even if I was desperate I will NEVER go back to them!!

They made my nails look splotchy and made one shorter than the other and they didn’t leave it to dry long enough and my nails have bubbles and there’s a hole in one and there price is too high. i got nails done for 35$ at walmart and they did a better job.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!! WORST PLACE! Walmart does a better job and they treat you a lot better. They only care about money here not their customers needs. The owners are rude and judge you for the length of your nails like if theyre the ones wearing it.

Dont waste your time. I went in to get a fill for my acrylic nails. Their fill costs $18 which is fine... EXCEPT THEY CHARGE ME $47! Not to mention the acrylic was all over my nails. The man who helped me was very kind and funny but by the time I left there was acrylic all over my fingers. My nails easily lifted and they hurt. I had to ice one of my fingers because it was throbbing and swollen. Should have gone to my normal salon.

I took my granddaughter with me today for a pedicure, and we had such wonderful service. Both ladies were very attentive, and I could not be happier. Thank you for a relaxing experience! We are feeling very pampered today!!

FUNGUS...I would have given a negative review if possible. I made the unfortunate decision to come here when I was in Layton getting my car serviced and had some time to kill...Initially happy with the mani/pedi I received. After 2 weeks I filed the gel off myself only to find fungus on hands and toes. That had led to a co-pay for my doc, lab draw to check liver function before starting 12 weeks of antibiotictherapy with ANOTHER lab draw mid way through treatment... Thank you, Paris Nails..can I bring you my bills and get a refund???

Me and my 3 in laws can for mani-pedi and it was fabulous!! All the workers were so nice and joking with us. We all felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our visit! Our nails came out great! Loved the service!!!

Nancy is awesome, great at multicolored acrylic nails and good artwork. Holly the owner is good too. Nancy has been doing our nails foe several years we love her. We will not allow anyone else do our nails here. If Holly or Nancy is not available make an appointment for Nancy and come back later.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Absolutely revolting quality. Half of my nails didnt even have acrylic on them, the polish came off literally 10 minutes after getting them done. I gave the lady a picture of a rose on the nail and I got a Hawaiian flower. So bad, they offered to fix them, but did a terrible job in the beginning. 100% would recommend getting $20 set from the most ghetto nail place opposed to spending $60 for trash here(:

Do not go to this place for nails. Took my little sister here today to get a full set of nails for her graduation. Her nails are bumpy, crooked, and flat out not good. The board said $25 for full set of aryclic nails. They were saying $50 and my mom is like that is not what the board says. We finally got the pricing right. When the lady was done with my sisters nails, my sister told them she was not happy. My mom had already paid and all the guy said was he got his money /she got nails and nothing could be done. They do not care about customer service. Save your $ and finger nails and go some where, where they know how to do nails. We are now removing the nails the same night:THEY WERE THAT BAD

Besides four out of the ten nails breaking within the first week, the customer service is awful! They are always so rude and are very pushy! When I went in to show them my nails were broken completely off, the lady that sits at the front left desk told me it was my fault and that she wouldn’t fix them. Said they were too long for me and I would have to pay $30 for a different girl to fix them. So needless to say, I will NEVER go back.

My toes were perfect ! But my nails came out like trash! They were uneven and not even covering my whole nail. The lady at times wasn’t even looking while she filed my nail. Never again for nails.

I was just looking for a place to remove my nails and this was by far the worst. The guy removing my nails was upset i didn’t want anything more he could up charge me on. While taking off my nails he was super ruff and absolutely destroyed my natural nail. He cut my cuticles and had them bleeding and didn’t buff out or clean up my nails and i still had to pay for them!

Should have listened to the reviews but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I wish I hadn’t. Went in to get a full set acrylic nails and I was not happy at all. The acrylic was left over lapping my cuticles and were to thick. The thickness of the acrylic I can deal with but not the acrylic over lapping my cuticles because my nails keep getting caught in my hair every time I comb it. It’s the most annoying thing ever having your hair pulled every time. With that said, definitely NOT going back.

Customer service wasnt great they were short staff and dont speak very much English so it is really hard to communicate and know how much the nails will be. They do a great job on your nails.

I took my daughter there for nail done for prom. One lady did great on mine but this other lady did awful on my daughters and i felt bad. I dont think we will be going there. Also they would tell us the price then at the end it changed to higher price. Not very happy. Kinda not really friendly. I felt they dont care but do their good enough job

There are 2 Paris Nails in the Layton Mall and we went to the one upstairs. It was the worst pedicure and shellac my daughter and I have ever had! Do not waste your money or time!

She cut off the corners to my nails that I spent months growing out. Im very susceptible to ingrown toenails, and both of my big toes got them within a few days. They also sped through our pedicures, and charged us 85$, just for painting our nails. My toes had paint all over the sides. She put me under a gel lamp? Even though she didnt use gel on my toes? (Theyve already chipped, and its only been two days) idk, I dont think ill ever go back. My feet are in worse condition now... and my Ingrown toenails hurt...

Nancy always takes care of me and makes sure Im happy with the results.

AWFUL. Did not even massage my legs OR FEET. Didnt get the dead skin off my feet (hey didnt even try) they had the cheapest nail polishes and my polish job sucks! The massaging chairs were the worst. And positive they werent up to sanitary qualifications. Gross,small, overpriced, dont even speak English WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

All my nails ended up crooked. I told this lady named luke kim or something that they were crooked 12 times and they STILL ended up crooked. They over charge for a fill. Not worth it.

Ive been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old and Ive had some bad experiences but this is by far the worst Ive ever experienced in many years. The tech who did my nails wasnt even worried that the powder was literally dripping from the tip and crooked. she didnt even bother to shape them I had to tell her that they looked thicker on one side than the other. even after she tried fixing them they looked awful. I dont know how they are still in businesses

I love how my nails look after every time. I have been going here for over a year and Raymond always hooks it up. I am extremely picky about my nails. I lived in California all my life and have had nothing but the best nail technicians and here I found the ppl that can get me the same results. I love the ppl here

I had my nails done here and my nails were so uneven, bumpy, polish on my skin. The nails were so thin I went back in for a refund and showed them that they were bending and they told me it’s policy they do not refund but I got my refund back. I wont be back and I’ll be sure to let everyone i know, know how horrible this place is.

Super disappointed. Wanted a simple full set and got all different shapes and sizes of nails. Some were lumpy and uneven, some longer than others and some with lines in the color due to bad application of color coats. She also applied the glue and powder awfully - getting it all over the sides of my fingernails and underneath the nail and not cleaning it off. I would never go here again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

If you’re thinking of going to a place to get your nails done I recommend the one upstairs by T-Mobile, (Layton hills mall has 2 nail places that is called Paris Nails-FYI) ive been going here for about a year now and I’ve lived it each and everytime I went in! I go see a guys named Raymond and he’s the best! It is a little pricy but I say it’s definetly worth the money!

This place is overpriced!!! I went in for a pedicure and asked for gel polish and she did a horrible job. The polish was overlapping the cuticles and she didn’t even shape my nails. This was the worst $46 dollars I spent. Don’t waste your money or time.

Its kind of good.. jus depends who does your nails & pedicure. Nancy is tha best. I get my nails dun & pedicures oh & waxing eye brows. But its a bit pricy.due to location. Its in tha mall.

Over priced, not sanitary and they do a poor job. I was unfortunately already in the chair getting my pedicure when I saw how unsanitary there practices were. First they reuse their files and they are not cleaned. Second I watched a nail tech suck the acetone back up into the bottle after she soaked her clients acrylics. Third, and to me the nastiest, after using what looked to me like a cheese grater on my heels she cleaned it off in the foot tub WHILE MY FEET WERE STILL IN IT!!!! I doubt they actually sanitize anything, it looks like they just rinse it off in the tub and toss it back into the basket to be used again. I will never go there again, I will wait for a better place to have an opening next time.

Worst service ever! They have a bunch of designs and colors displayed in the window that when you ask for them they say ( we don’t have those colors) then why even display them? My nails were suppose to be coffin shaped, they ended up a mix of almond shape on some nails and coffin shape on the others, my friend went with me also and they total destroyed her nails as well, both of our nails looked awful!!! Don’t waist your money here!!!

HORRIBLE! I took my 2 teenage daughters here for what they were told was a Full Set of nails for $25. I dropped them off, and they called me 30 minutes later, crying! Their nails were crooked, bumpy, and looked like a toddler painted them!! No one spoke a word of English!! Go ahead and try to complain! They tried to charge me $100 for dollar store press ons. What a joke.

I went in and the lady was upset while doing my nails. She was rushing through them. I got a gel manicure yesterday and the gel was melted into my finger, I scratched my head and my nail chipped because my hair got stuck on the gel that was melted into my finger. I want to go in to get it fixed but I dont want to drive 30 minutes for them to not want to do it or want to charge me more when it was their fault .

The girl I usually go to was very flaky so I needed to find a new nail teach, and was referred to go to Paris nails by someone for the only person there that speaks English. Well, my friend decided to tag along so she ended up getting her, I unfortunately, got someone who didnt speak any English at all. I was told a fill would be $18. $36 later, I had bumpy, uneven nails, my cutical was gushing blood (pinky still hurts 4 days later) AND my nail came off that same night. When I went back the next day, the other nail tech I got was going to send me on my Mary way after only filing the nail polish off. NOT fixing the nail. All of my other nails are brittle and will come off within days. Maybe other services are cheap, but they charged an extra $25 for me to do my nails color, which to me is ridiculous, the only part of my nails I actually like, was the part my nail tech did not do, nor knew how to do. All in all, if youre going in for any sort of color, expect to be charge ALOT extra. And also dont be surprised if you are gushing blood by the time you leave.

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.. The guy did not use under coat so I said something so he started over. My toe nails look grainy under the polish . Totally not happy . Will not ever use them again.
