I walked in with dehydrated nails and neglected feet. Despite being pretty busy, they were able to get to me fairly quickly. I got the deluxe pedicure and the technician took her time with everything. I also got an ombre acrylic done. The tech made sure the artificial nails matched my natural nails in length and shape. She was very diligent with the requested details.

I originally got my nails done by Cindy. After two weeks I had significant regrowth and some of the nails were coming up. I’m pregnant so my nails are growing faster than normal. I’ve always experienced some of the nails coming up near the regrowth, so overall she did a good job and was quick. I went to have a fill done today and was seen by Mike. He was also really quick but he was a little rough on the machine where it burned my nails a little bit when filing. He also didn’t do a good job at blending the regrowth and the new nail. It’s easy to see where the nails were filled, which I haven’t experienced with other salons. I have some specs in both thumbs. If you were getting your entire nail painted you probably wouldn’t be able to tell, but I just get the tips done.*Update: I went back to get my nails fixed today based upon the response to my review. I saw Tracy. She did a great job. I’m a little disappointed I was charged for a new full set to get them fixed. I was expecting to pay for a tip, but was a little surprised I was charged again for them to fix a bad job. If I go back I will request Tracy. I would not recommend Mike to anyone.

The staff is super friendly, inviting, funny and easy to get along with.They made my daughters feel at ease through every step of the way.They did a nail 💅 art they have never done before with acrylic and it came out great. They work super fast while showing great attention to you first before moving onto the next customer waiting to be seen.

First of all I wish I would have stopped my service when I asked for a squoval nail shape and instead I got an almond/oval shape. I wish I would have take a picture before I went home and tried to reshape them. All my nails are uneven, the acrylic doesn’t even cover my whole nail and each of my nails are a different length and it’s hard for me to file them to the same length because they are not all symmetrical.I also left with the acrylic color all over my fingers and super glue covered the whole tip of my thumb.I would not recommend this place for the lack of quality they give you. It seemed to me they do quantity over quality.

Booked a Mani and Pedi for my boyfriend and I. Pedicure was a complete rip off, they barely take and dead skin off your feet and i was cut on my toe with nail clippers not even sanitized.just stored in a basket along with other dirty tools. My toe was nipped and the guy working on my nails took about a full minute before he noticed after my blood was pooling on my toe nail. He sprayed it with alcohol and used nail glue to glue my skin back together. Had to go to Walgreens after to buy some anti bacterial ointment because my toe hurt so bad. Bottom line, Id go to a different salon. One that stores and sanitizes their tools properly unless you want an infection.**1 week update**I booked a Mani and Pedi and the guy talked me up on getting acrylic dip nails since I didnt want to get tips and wanted my original short length. After a few days I could see them chip and after a week of them theyve significantly outgrew and can see the cuticle showing. I paid too much for this.

Tammy-Lyn nails is great. I’ve been going to Tracy every two weeks for my acrylic nails. She always does an amazing job! Everyone there is super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for your nails and pedis.

It has been at least five years or longer since Ive had my nails done.I wanted a simple short pink & white set and this place did not disappoint! Tammy Lynn Nails has excellent friendly customer service skills plus they have a large selection of nail products to choose from. Im already looking forward to my next visit. I LOVE MY NAILS!

I’m so sad to leave a bad review . This place is so pretty clean and quick! But my nails look terrible. They are all uneven and some are longer then others. I’ve came here many times and the last few have been well not what I was hoping for . Now I have to go pay more money to have my nails taken off and redone .

Zero stars should be an option. I went in to get a gel pedicure and a black ombre set.. The shape of my acrylic nails came out somewhat decent, I did end up having to redo my nails completely at home. The ombre I wasnt happy with at all. The original outcome I absolutely hated. They did redo them which I appreciated but at that point I wanted to get out the door and not waste more time. As a nail technician, Im disappointed in the service and the solution. I will not be returning.

My sisters nails looked decent-ish. They look about as good as I could do. The other thing I have to say is that they were terrible at grooming the cuticles. She got literally butchered. View attached picture. So go if you want a decent (kind of) manicure and butchered cuticles.

I had Anh do a gel manicure and pedicure for me. She was so nice and did such a good job. This was my first time and I am definitely going to go there from now on. I have super short finger nails due to my nail biting habit and she managed to make my nails look good.

I’ve been looking for a place to do my pedicures because the business I was going to was pretty rough with my feet and I noticed they didn’t use new utensils when scrubbing my feet and clipping my toes. It’s important to me to be sanitary and gentle because I am diabetic and I’m prone to infection easily. I was referred to I went to Tammy-Lynn Nails and Spa and I went for the first time. To say the least I was very pleased with the quality of service I received. They are so friendly, they talk with you and laugh with you and make sure you are feeling comfortable and they bring you water to drink. The majority of staff working was surprisingly to me. At least 12 staff members doing pedicures and nails. The bonus part was when my manicurist pulled out the utensils to use on my feet, she had a sealed package of new utensils! ❤️👏🏼

Went in with my daughter got 2 pedi’s and a full set..the pedi’s are ok but the full set my daughter got was done beautifully Traci did an amazing job with her nails she is so happy

I love the Layton location they are very nice & clean. Ogden’s location was such a horrible experience. The work made fun of one of my fingers that I smashed, they were not helpful when it came to my moms first pedicure experience. They were switching her off as if they didn’t want to assist her. I didn’t get the full service, my service lasted about 20-25 mins, they were super rough on us. I have never had such a bad experience like this. They didn’t use clean tools, they were reused, they were no help at all

The shop was easy to find. The interior well laid out, clean, and inviting. I had called ahead so knew I could get in immediately. Very pleasant staff. My nail tech was a sweetheart and the job she did was excellent.

My best friend is getting married so we decided to get mani-pedis the week of the wedding. The original spa we chose fell through so we last minute went to Tammy-Lynn. They got all 5 of us right in. Minimal wait time. They were so kind and they didn’t rush our experience. The price was so much more affordable for the same experience at the spa we originally chose anyway. I feel like the techs at Tammy-Lynn always do a good job, and this time was no different. It was an amazing way to relax in between the stress of wedding week. :)

Excellent service! Didnt feel rushed and they took time and care of my nails unlike so many places that rush you through. Got a drink while I was doing my pedicure and was offered another for my manicure. Really nice ladies working there. Highly recommend!

To start they Didnt ask for my name when making the appointment, appointment was at 1 but nobody even egnolaged me for 20 min, only to just hand me the Swatch of colors. Them ten minutes later the guy came up. He put my tips on cliped them barlie filed them. Then said hell be right back, and went to go do a pedicure. Ten minutes later. Once he finally started on my nails honestly things got better. He still left glue all over the backs of my fingers and didnt clean it up.  I asked him to do the same disign on both of my thumbs but going different direction. He seemed to just ignore me and did it the way he wanted it.

I went to Tammy-Lynn for a pedicure last summer (2020) when I was visiting the area. It was the best pedicure I have ever gotten. Now I come back whenever Im in town. The take their time, they are gentle but thorough and really pamper you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting a Deluxe Pedicure. Its 35 minutes of absolute relaxation. First time here! Got the delux pedicure and really enjoyed it! Everything was very clean and they opened and used all new things on me which is super important to me because I’m a hairstylist (they teach us about all of the things you can get from dirty tools) . Didn’t have to wait to long which was really great! Also the have little pedicure chairs for kids so I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 highly recommend!

My nail polish isn’t even. So so dirty- used an old scrub that was used on everyone on my feet, a dirty brush, and I’m pretty sure the fingernail clippers weren’t cleaned bc if how visibly dirty they looked. The nail buffers were even brown. Wish I would’ve just walked out. Waited in my chair for 20 minutes for him to come put my topcoat on and he never did. And I started waiting for so long that I just left and didn’t even get my manicure. Paid for our services and left as fast as we could.

Again, I’m very impressed, they always do an amazing job. I’m never disappointed! ❤️

This was my first time at Tammy-Lynn, my second mani/pedi experience. I chose the Deluxe pedicure, it was amazing, never had anything like that before. My legs and feet are so smooth. I will be getting that done more often. Tracey did my nails, I had a pedicure in Missouri last month for my sons wedding and Tracey told me they were really thick, which I thought so after they were done a month ago, but I have no experience with gel/shellac so I thought it was normal. Now, my nails look natural!! Im very pleased with them. Tracey did a wonderful job and so did they sweet lady who did my pedicure. I will be returning and probably bring my husband for a pedicure 😊

Most amazing pedicure Ive ever had in my life!! Everyone was super friendly!! It was my youngest daughters first pedicure and she loved it!!

I went in today for a walk-in appointment, and they got me back fairly quickly considering how busy they were. I got a full set of acrylic nails with some nail art, and Tracy was amazing! She is so nice, and she does an amazing job! She makes sure that you are happy with your nails before finishing the service, and goes out of her way to make sure that your nails look perfect before you walk out the door. I ended up getting a gel pedicure, too, and I will definitely be back.

As a walk-in I was immediately taken to a pedicure chair and didn’t have but a 3 minute wait before my technician started doing my pedicure. It was amazing and exactly what I needed. There is an up charge for gel but that’s standard and definitely worth the extra $16 because it lasts forever vs nail polish.

Ive gotten a pedicure here before and had a good experience. I called ahead and asked if they had time for a manicure on a weeknight and they said they accepted walk-ins and it wasnt very busy. I got there and it was busy and i ended up waiting an hour before i walked out... without getting my nails done. i wouldve been okay to wait 30 minutes since i was a walk in. The person who was going to do my nails was taking their time with another client, which is fine. But people who walked in after me for a pedicure had someone helping them before i was taken care of. IF i ever come again, Ill make an appointment.

Tracy was amazing. My last set of nails were thick and bulky. Tracy got rid of the bulky nails and I have new, thin, perfectly shaped nails. I also got a pedicure that was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I will be back and I will be requesting Tracy!! Thanks for making me love my nails again, Tracy!

I have been going to Tammy-Lynns Nails and Spa for well over a decade and I always have a wonderful experience. Suzy is my favorite technician but it doesnt change how lovely you will be treated and how beautiful your nails will look.

I made an appointment a week in advance for Saturday at noon. The reviews were mixed so I decided to give it a try. The gentleman who put on my acrylics was only halfway paying attention, yelling across the salon at other technicians, and also working the counter.I honestly should have walked out when I noticed the nails were crooked. Glue is spilling out the side of my nail, the acrylics are lumpy and inconsisten.

This is my first time in the salon, and I loved it! They were very efficient, and quick to get you in the chair. And my toes look fantastic!

My daughter and I went in together to get a mani and pedi. The mani and pedi were both hurriedly done, nothing enjoyable about it. My manicure has got to be there worst painting job I’ve ever seen. I have received better mani’s and ped’s at other places for the same price point. I will not be going back.

Sunny is an excellent professional. His foot massage is awesome!!! And Tracy, super nice lady! Love both of their jobs.

We waited 30 mins for our scheduled appointment, and my 4 sisters and I were not able to sit together and we planned the pedicures for a girls day for my sister’s birthday and we even went on a Sunday...

I understand that they were busy, but the quality of of the nails that I recieved was horrible. the people that came with me had very similar complaints. I would forgive all this, if it wasnt for the employees talking very openly behind our backs. Unprofessional, low quality, and just plain rude employees. Take your business elsewhere.

I feel bad, I don’t like leaving negative reviews because anyone can make a mistake, but my nails were not just a mistake.The salon is large and much fancier than I usually see, so I had high expectations. I explained I only want dipping powder on one broken nail, but a lady explained to me that they would do dipping on all my nails for $30 if I want (normally $35), so I agreed. I chose the color yellow. I repeated about 15 times that I have a broken nail that hurts, but the lady didn’t even try to be gentle (to the point that her filing kind of hurt on every nail). She also told me to relax my hand, but when I would she would get frustrated and tell me to stop curling my fingers.The nails ended up extremely lumpy and completely clear. The color looks more like I just peeled an orange. When I pointed out that the nails are lumpy, a lady that wasn’t even doing my nails told me that no, no, when they put the top layer on it will smooth out...obviously, it did not.In the end, the same lady that told me they would do it for $30 tried to tell me that it was $35 all along. Luckily they did end up charging “only” $30.I’m so frustrated and disappointed :(

I always went to Andy when he was at DaVi nails in Brigham City. I had my nails done a couple of times by other technicians since Andy left but I still liked how Andy does them better so since I was in the Layton area I decided to call him and he got me right in! The salon is very nice and I was welcomed right when I walked in the door. I was impressed with how clean the salon was and I am really happy with the way my nails look! Thanks Andy!! Less than a one star. Ive been a client for over 4 years. As of today I will never visit this salon again. I should have stopped wasting my money here long ago. Sad that I no longer will get to use my 2 favorite nail techs, but when a business is so poorly run, being a good tech just cant continue to bring me back. Making an appointment ahead of time means nothing. Calling ahead to verify that I can come in and get taken care of..... means nothing.Being lied to and turned away at the door multiple times because they want to close early is my final straw. I had a reservation at 1:30 but when we got there all the seats were full and we waited 45 min for our pedicures. You could tell that they were so rushed and trying to get through our pedicures as fast as they could. I sat down before my friend and my friend finished before me, they spent all the time trimming her nails and then massaged her for maybe 2 minutes. My daughter was in the kids chair waiting for her pedicure and they didn’t start hers until my friend and I were both done. They pained her fingers and toes. But didn’t file her fingernails, which I didn’t realize until we got home and the ends were all rough and chipped still. They didn’t massage her feet at all. So I paid $21 for her to get her nails painted. Very frustrating. I ended up being there for 2 hours, and got a 20 min pedicure. Definitely won’t be going there again.

Walked in with my best friend and they had pedicure chairs all set up for us. Recommendation: Set appointments ahead of time. This place gets extremely busy. The technicians even made some recommendations for our feet. It was an amazing hour long session. Then it was time for medicures. We both sat down together and the technician even joined in our conversation. It was a great experience and Ill go back as usual. Technicians we had were Sunny and T. Thank you both!

The owner is wonderful & does a great job, my last set though the lady rushed and i had a crooked nail & they came off very quickly compared to the nails the owner did. honestly for the price, it’s worth it, i would just recommend being VERY specific about the colors and such you want, or else they rush.

The worker ignored me when I told her what I wanted with my pedicure shorted me things I paid for and when I let the management know I was unhappy I was told next time she would do it right like I want to go back to her again. She didnt listen didnt use gloves and I paid extra for things I didnt receive was not worth the 60 I paid.

I needed to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. I was able to get both here and they did a great job. They were very busy but they worked well getting everyone in without compromising the integrity of their work.

Very professional management. They notified me my appointment the day before and confirmed my time earlier in the day. Follow Covid guidelines and the salon was open and clean. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I showed Cindy a picture of what I wanted and gave me exactly that. She was professional and did a great job. I’ll definitely be back and asking for Cindy.

I have been to places where there’s that one favorite nail artist that does great work. Here I have had my nails done by a few different people and they always work together to make sure what you want is done by the person who does it best! They are all talented! My requests are challenging because I like my nails short and also love a fill or dip. I know how hard this is to do with short nails but this is not a challenge here. While I have mine done I look around at everyone else’s work. It’s absolutely beautiful! The price is very fair. You will walk out of there feeling like you have new jewelry for your fingers and toes.

I went here with my 2 friends. We had an appointment, and it was as if we didnt have an appointment. We were waiting almost 45 minutes before we got to our pedicurs, they were okay. Then we had to wait almost another hour for ONE of us to start our nails. All three of us eventually got going, but our nail technicians really didnt listen to us all that well. We didnt get the shapes or colors we were looking for. My one friends nails started to peel off the night we got them done. The prices are all off also. We all got the same things done and all paid different prices.

Selena did my nails. They started out good, she was very gentle. But I asked for them to be a bit shorter because they were wayyyy too long, and I rarely get my nails done so I needed them a bit shorter, and she told me no. Then, when we were about ready to paint with the gel, they were all crooked, not even close to being square, and not even close being symmetrical. Then came the gel, she had it all over my cuticles, and not covering the ends of the nails. Before she had even finished painting, someone else came and said they were going to finish them and I got a glimmer of hope, but she didnt do a thing about it either. When I got home I went to another salon to have them fix them, because it was not gonna work. They were paper thin, and overall just terrible. I will not be going back there.

They work too quick and don’t take their time. i’ve had to wait 30+ minutes after already having an appointment scheduled. The price isn’t worth the quality they do on your nails.

I tried the Dip Polish for the first time and it is amazing! The nail technician was very precious and gentle while applying the Dip Polish. He even filed down my callouses I get around a few of my nails . Definitely will be back!

My very first experience using this salon today. They were fast, friendly, accommodating. The salon was clean. The work precice and fast. The owner was even so accommodating that she allowed me to go home and shower and come back late to do a wax and lashes as I had a big date the next day. Above and beyond kindness. Good service. I’ve never left a bad review for any business and I hate that I’m doing this, but I had the worst experience at this salon and I’d rate it one star if I could. I got a gel manicure on my natural nails (which I have done several times at other nail salons with no issues) and the technician was very rough and bruised almost all of my nails when filing them down. Not only that, but now my nails are SO fragile and always breaking. I’ve always had very strong nails but just going to this salon ONCE has wrecked my nails. It’s now been almost 3 months and my nails are still in horrible condition and it seems like they’ll never be able to grow back as healthy as they were before. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I was a first time client for a full set. I left with a cut on my finger where he had glued the nIl to my thumb skin and drilled the skin off.

First time here, they were super busy, got my back after 5-10 min, gave excellent service. I didn’t feel that they were rushed even though they were busy! Pedicure was great and the girls all were friendly and had great costumer service!
