This place is the best nail place they did mine and my besties nails and the were beautiful there names are Tim and Tony! I have ever been they are super nice very gentle and funny the place is beautiful and very clean! I love it! 10/10 would definitely recommend I will come back!!❤️‍🔥

Nina did a wonderful job on my dip powder nails! I came in and she took me right in. She did an amazing job around my cuticles, they look super clean, neat and natural! Definitely recommend this place.

We have been there twice for pedicures. We feel like the service is mediocre at best and not getting better. We just feel like they arent very thorough or attentive. If they would take a little longer and pay more attention they could improve.

I used get my nails done by Michelle and the quality and service were both great! The new nail techs and owners were horrible. They refuse to ask me or listen to what I wanted done and did a horrible job on the set of nails that I didnt want in the first place. Then way over charged for it all.

I appreciate the fast service for an appointment made, the lady who answers the phone is very kind however, did not realize until I left the salon that some hair had fallen on the acrylic while it was setting and drying. I would have supported the review positively if the nail tech would have corrected this, due to getting my nails done for Mothers day and chose to go with french white tips.

Disappointed. Took twice as long as most places Ive been. My nails are clumpy and their designs are stickers.

Diamond Nails & Spa is the place to go. I have been coming here for the past 8 months. Emily goes beyond for me when it comes to my nails. I am a perfectionist when it come to getting my nails done. I always like to get details on my nails. If I don’t like it they are all happy to help and redo them for me until I like them. It’s nice knowing I can speak up if I decided I don’t want a certain color or pattern.

I went for a pedicure November 12th and Michelle told me I had ingrown toenails. She asked if she could extract them and I said yes. Within 24 hours I had infection in both of my toes. I returned to speak directly with her and she made no restitution or apology. I told her I would never return to her business and I would never refer anyone to her business. I have 2 more weeks of antibiotics. it is very painful to walk and I stand on my feet all day for the job that I do. It was a horrible experience.

I absolutely loved these nails. I wish they were shorter but thats my bad. I also got a spa pedi and it was amazing legit lasted two months. However, they couldnt do the marble design i wanted original so i had to settle for white nails with a blue accent nail. the owner really pushed for gel nails even tho i made it clear to her i didnt want gel nails at the time. I did not tip my nail lady because she couldnt do the marble nail i wanted . I might come back but i might not we will see. I have read the horrible reviews and i dont agree with them 100% but maybe like 45 %

Van did a great job on my nails! Even though this spa is having their grand opening you can tell she has had many years of experience. I was so impressed I went home, got my mom, and came back that same day for a pedicure too! I will definitely be back!

Michelle and her husband are amazing! We did 2 pedicures on Sunday. They got us right in and did a fantastic job! They are super friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place! Great owners!

Its the day after Valentines day and every where else was very busy, I went in this place and they took my mom and I right away with two new full sets. They stayed open for us 30min past closing and they did a beautiful job on our nails and my pedicure!! I dont know why they are rated 3.5 stars but I loved my visit and I am definitely going back!! Been going to Michelle for 19yrs she is the best she now has sold her company I was terrified but then I let a lady named Nina do my nails and omg the best set of coffin nails iv ever had I strongly recommend Nina she is amazing at her craft and makes u feel like your doing her the pleasure of letting her do your nails instead of the other way around she is so professional sweet kind and a beautiful soul she is also the new manager thank u Nina for the most beautiful set of nails I’ll be going to you for many years to come although I will miss Michelle very very much 19 yrs she became my friend

Simple acrylic overlay, no tip and wanted 25$ when a fill is$15... Then you go to pay and they charged me to paint them... Not even gel... Nickel and dime ya to death.. seriously already paying up to 20$ top paint my nails... Plus they never interact with you, they just talk to each other in another language.. Wont go back

They are so nice and extremely sanitary! I have not seen another salon put as much effort into keeping their pedicure chairs clean. They also use high quality product. My friend, who normally has mild reactions to lotions used during pedicures, had no reaction at all. The owner is so sweet and personable. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thanks Michelle!

This place is absolutely horrible. Bad service, bad quality. Save your money and go somewhere else. I went once and it was horrible!!!! Did a regular design with gel, gel lifted a day later. It was bulky and uneven. So much powder on that my fingers were in pain! I will never be back here! Dont bother making an appointment she double books or even forgets that you have an appointment. 2 people doing nails and she books 6 people at 3 and tells 3 other people then can come back at 3:30 for them to get theres done. Unorganized beyond belief. Like I said save your money or be ready to wait all day and not get a quality job done!

I went on Saturday to get my nails done with two friends for my birthday and we all had a bad experience there. First of all, theres a hair in the acrylic on my nail, so that’s annoying. Second of all, one of my friends was getting the top coat done on her nails, and they weren’t dry all the way, so the wet polish came off with the topcoat and you could see her bare nail underneath, which wasn’t fixed. And lastly, the most traumatic experience of all. My other friend literally had the end of her finger sliced open, and then her nail tech proceeded to rip the skin open even further, causing her to bleed profusely. She then promptly attempted to wrap my friends bloody finger in a towel doused in nail polish remover. She still had to pay for the service ($55 down the drain) and went to urgent care later that day where she was required to get stitches. Horrible experience and won’t be returning. Beware.

I enjoyed my experience. I got a mani-pedi and the chairs are super nice and comfortable to sit in. My toe nails are pretty short so she had some trouble painting my smallest one. The paint turned out pretty uneven and she filed off a decent amount of the paint off another one AFTER she painted it. My hand paint turned out really well. She worked really quick and my nails still turned out very nice. Although she started watching her security cameras on her phone and got distracted from my nails... she then also started fixing her own nails. Other than those things I enjoyed my experience. I dont come to these places often but next time Id probably come here.

Not the same without Michelle. She sold the place. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. But it took over 2 1/2 hrs for a fill. I was 2nd in line. They kept trading the people around who were doing my nails. Tried to have a guy paint them only to shoo him away. Very little to no English spoken in all the time I was there. They never had me wash my hands before they painted them. And used no oil or hot towels on me or my daughter. So m6 cuticals looked all dry and white. Also very confused about the prices. And so were they it seemed like.. the girl who bought the place is adorable with a contagious laugh. I hope she finds her groove.

This place is horrible!! They make your nails super bulky and if you ask for them to fix it they get very rude and tell you no. I asked Michelle to fix my nails and she told me that she has been doing this for 22 years and that she knows what she is doing. Clearly she didn’t know what she was doing if a customer is unsatisfied! You will think the owner will have more respect and make sure the customers are satisfied but she doesnt. And my manicure polish was horrible also. Please don’t waste your money here!

This place is a little out of the way for me but I love the way Michelle does my nails. Everytime I go somewhere else, my nail tips lift within a week or two and I just end up going to Michelle to get them fixed anyway. Also, I can get a full set in a quick amount of time, usually within 15-20 minutes.

Very good service and great practices. They use disposable sanitary liners for their pedicure tubs to add an extra layer of hygiene. They are also very personable.

I have been coming here for two years and always leave feeling relaxed and happy with my nails! Ive come every month the past 6months while pregnant and they always take extra special care, ask how baby is doing and make sure I have plenty of water!

I wish I could rate them 0 stars! I went in to get my nails done and half of my nails are crooked, they are EXTREMELY bumpy and not even on my whole nail!! Michelle was rude and kept making fun of my small nails because I bite them. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!

I asked for a full set of acrylic and I wanted them to be square tips. The lady that did them made them way to wide and thick and they look terrible. I asked her to shape them better and she said no.

The nails look beautiful, but I was ridiculed and made fun of by the staff in English and Vietnamese because of my thin skin. I tried explaining that I have a skin condition and my skin is very thin, I asked that they be careful with the file and the ridicule began making the experience very uncomfortable. I will not be returning, but like I said the nails do look great.

I have been coming to these place for around a year and the owner have been always super rude. She have been trying to make me paid more because she wants to remove my nails and do it again to make me paid more. And she gets mad when I said no. She haven’t realize I paid for the service it’s not for free

The only one with any customer service skills is the man. I been here two times before with my 5 yr old kid an I love when the man does her nails. I went in with my mom and her two friends because they wanted to get their nails done. I got a pedicure (a manly pedicure) and was absolutely shocked! The lady doing my nails kept looking over WHILE CUTTING MY NAILS and was more interested in the conversation going on across the room. When she buffed my nails, she wasnt even looking. It hurt a lot! She was suppose to rub my feet after and did so with one hand. She kept making weird faces like she was disgusted. I know mens feet arent the prettiest, but common lady if youre going into the nail industry you need to be prepared for guys too! My nails dont have fungus, they arent yellow or green, theyre perfectly normal and she made it seem like she hated it! I was so embarrassed and humiliated! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Its such a shame too because Michelle and her husband the owners are so sweet, and nice but unfortunately didnt offer any comp for my bad experience. Looking at the job she did, she didnt cut my nails right, there are still spots on the sides that never got cut and Im very disappointed. If youre a guy, dont waste your time, go somewhere else

Only place I found on a Sunday open. I went in to get my eyebrows done. She did a great job I said I just needed them shaped I didnt want them thinned or anything. She did an amazing job.

So tired of listening to Michelle tell people what they need instead of what they want. Simple request like 2 layers of top coat (for extra strength) and she toldme no.... humm, anybody that has done my nails in the past 30 years generally does that without even being asked. Very rude. I hate it when they start speaking foreign language when somebody walks out the door....I went there many times just out of confidence. No more.

I’ve been going to Michelle for a few years now. She is so sweet & amazing at what she does.

They have a big banner Walk-In-Welcome, well I went with a friend and first thing the owner asked in a very rude voice, Do you have an appointment? we said no, your sign says Walk - In -Welcome she said pick out a color, ill try to get to you....we left and went to Walmart and had a VERY pleasant experience and were welcomed by all the staff and it was very busy. Will never go there again.

My mom and I went to get a pedi the other day. The did a horrible job. They didnt really scrub either of our feet well, didnt lotion all of our feet, and my toes look like I just splattered Polish all over them.The ladys working on us were only talking to each other in their language. We used to love going to Michelles for a pedi, but we will definitely be finding a new salon to go to.

I got my nails done and I asked for them to be short and they are very long to the point that they are annoying! Also she didnt do a very good job on them. I felt so rushed the entire time. She also nicked me on the same 2 fingures the entire time. She also got up a few times from doing my nails to work on something else. She also answered her personal phone in the meantime. Another thing is she expected me to tip her and when I said no she was mad at me. I will be finding a new person to do my nails. Very disipointing!!!

Went in the other day and they were very rude. They treated me very poorly. I asked for short acrilyc nails and She did gel nails instead. Felt very rushed and she was also very ruff while she was doing them. I would not recommend going here.

They are very fast doing the nails and very cheap looking nail polish was all over the place I asked for more coats and they put a random pink on my nails they are very uneven nails and made my hand feel heavy from how much acrylic was under the nail barley bite your nails and they break I have brush hairs all in nails we payed over $100 and none of us where satisfy with them we tried saying what we wanted we got coffin nails and they where all squared drove 40 minutes for cheap nails !!

I has a stressed day. I was told fifteen min..I asked if I could come back in fifteen and they said yes. I came back in exactly fifteen min and the had started on four new people.They said another fifteen. I waited and they were calling people up who came in after me..I just left in frustration..

It is unfortunate that Google requires you to rate reviews with at least one star, because this establishment deserves 0 stars. I believe that the people who have left any favorable reviews for Michelles nails are people either paid to do so or close family members.First of all I made a 12:00 pm appointment, I waited 35 minutes for Michelle to start my nails. For the first five minutes I felt like I was either part of an extreme shake down, or a member of the Spanish Inquisition as to who normally does my nails and why she did not replace my whole set of nails and what lousy work she had done and that I was right close to a fungal infection that may land me in the ICU!! Although the fear of this worst case scenario did not phase me, the aggressiveness of the up sale was similar to a car salesman bullying you into the protection package, going on and on how they are looking out for your best interest winky face:( So here we go agreeing to a whole $10 more for the Full Set I was committed, fearing for my fungal prone nails and hoping for the best!! The next fun part of my experience was when another client came in and asked if she could have one nail fixed and Michelle responded that it would be best if she, too got a new full set of nails, but got a hard pass from the new client stating she just needed the one nail repaired when Michelle replied, rather discouragingly with not now maybe later:/ She then begin to talk, in her native tongue, to one of the other employees in clear disgust (judging from her tone, I do not know her language). I relayed rather candidly how that it would be funny if I (working in a docs office) after a patient checked in, turned to a fellow employee and spoke about them in a different language! It would never be tolerated. She clearly got what I was inferring, but continued to then speak to her colleagues in her native tongue, most likely about me lol. When she cut my pinky finger with her file and I was holding it to stop the bleeding she was so bugged that my hand was now in the way. Saying that she was rough was an understatement. We were now to the painting portion of this experience and when she started to paint it was not the color I had picked so I asked her if this was the color and she snapped that she was going to make it look like I wanted, with glitter on top of the existing color, which was not what I wanted. Glitter raises the color and after a while catches on everything. I told her I did not want the glitter and she insisted she was going to make it look like I wanted, I did not want glitter! Finally I just asked her to paint it the color she was painting and Id be on my way. I cannot explain my experience without seriously wondering if there was a chance I was either pranked, punked or on a version of candid camera! It was crazy! Please, for the sake of preserving a good day, do not give your patronage to Michelle Nails Pay the extra $10 and go anywhere else!

Very unprofessional, was charged $25 for a basis polish for my young daughter. I told the owner I was unhappy with my daughters nails and was told if I was unhappy go somewhere else I have been getting my nails done there for 2 years so disappointed. I will never go back...
