Lady was nice but cut my middle finger 2 times. It was nothing like the original photo. I also paid $50 not including tip which is overpriced for basic acrylic nails.

I’m super impressed with the service at Pro Nail! A different nail tech canceled on an appt I had for me and my sister at the last minute, and so many other places couldn’t fit us in so quick. I love the shape and the colors! The design is not exact but it’s still super duper cute (picture for reference)💖 and the price is quite affordable! I will be going back! Definitely recommended

I love this place. Ive been coming here for years, reasonable pricing and always feel relaxed afterwards.

I made an appointment for the morning of my birthday and they made me wait about 25 min because they had 2 people ahead of me so making an appointment was pointless. They didnt have enough personnel so the guy who is normally in the cashier had to do my toes and another lady did my moms. The one who did my momes took her time and did extra steps that the guy skipped for a full pedicure with extra services like the stones and what not, and when I questioned him about it he was so rude and told me I didnt need all the stuff the lady was doing to my mom. The he got mad because I change my mind in the color before he started painting. They have a fair price but I wanted to have a nice experience on my birthday and I ended up getting mad so I will never go back to this place again.

Love this place. You make an appointment you don’t have to wait. If you call in to make an appointment and they are busy they will tell you. That way your not sitting there for hours waiting

My mother had a HORRIFIC experience there. She feels abused. They used a drill on her nails and split it down the nail bed and when she cut her nails, made her bleed. When she asked them to repair them and they told her she was being difficult.My mother is also visually impaired and they told her she doesnt like how they do things then she should do her own nails. They also tried to make her pay for services she didnt receive (She was going to get a gel manicure but not after they cut her nails and she was bleeding).Very rude. Horrible customer service. BEWARE!

Best place Ive ever had a pedicure at and Ive been here to Idaho quite often lately. I suggest you make an appointment because they are very busy and they are very good about giving you great treatment, but I can see is a walk-in I put them a little behind schedule. Very professional and clean love this place, so glad I found it!

Classic nail salon. My husband and I have a new baby and needed some time together. I wanted a pedicure and saw this place had good reviews. While the salon was clean and staff was nice, I felt as if our pedicures were rushed and not as good of quality as we had hoped. We were disappointed.

I love it here. They always do such a nice job, and my sister wont go anywhere else for her pedicures. (Neither will I!) Fair pricing for excellent quality.

Male was rude

When I went to pro nails the first time in May 2017 it was a great experience. They were very nice and did a great job! My daughter and granddaughter and I had a great time. So I decided to go back last week. I had to wait for 20-30 min in a place that had no air conditioning just fans. Very hot!! But I thought they do such a good job it will be fine! I had a different girl this time and she was nice but didnt seem to know what she was doing. My toes didnt look like the were professionally paint and within the week the polish was just flaking off. Not just chipping. I called and asked if I could come back and have them repainted. The owner said it is normal for some chipping and said they were really busy. They are not chipping. He had terrible customer service and I will never go back. Be warned if you go!

I love these guys! I have appsolutely no complaints about there abilities or the way they charge. They always remember how i like things done and do them. I wish I could get in now, and hope that the issues with covid doesnt hurt theyre business

They are very efficient in their work, however they charge you for every bit. i got a fill, posted for $15, but i got charged $25. and while she was filing my nails a piece flew into my eye. my nails look gorgeous, but they don’t work too well with the individual customer. i don’t recommend coming here, however they aren’t bad.

I went on a Saturday and there was one person getting a pedicure. They said they had someone coming with an appointment in 5 minutes and told me they wouldn’t be able to help me. They only had ONE PERSON in the salon on a Saturday!!! They advertise “walk ins welcome” but that isn’t the case.

I love this place, they really helped my 11 y/o son who was always getting hang nails.... way cheaper and less stressful to come here and get a $20 pedicure then to take him to have surgery! I read a lot of reviews saying they charge more than the standard price, just like any typical salon they will ask if you want extras, but it is up to you to ask if it will cost more... not just assume its included because someone is being nice to you.... I always clarify, then I never have a problem... :)

Been coming to Pro Nail for 3 years now consistently. They are very efficient and friendly. If you break a nail or the color comes off in anyway they dont charge for touch ups. Very budget friendly and better prices than the mall nail salons. My only complaint is if you have an appointment at the end of the day and the staff is tired the quality of of work seems suffer a bit. My recommendation is call ahead for an appointment so youre not waiting around. Also try to catch them in the morning or mid day so as to get the best quality of work done.

My experience here was horrible! First of all they advertise $20 for a full set of nails. I got acrylic and they ended up charging me $30! Make sure you ask before what the $20 nails entail. I know generally speaking, acrylic are cheaper than gel nails. Also, they made me pay after getting one hand done. I’ve never had this done to me before. I don’t know if my race had something to do with it but I will definitely not be going back. I especially hate when the nail techs speak in their native tongue because I know they’re talking about me! It’s very awkward sitting there while that’s going on. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

The name isnt misleading - they really are the pros! Clean salon with medical-grade sterilization for their tools, comfortable atmosphere, and wonderful peticure treatments.

Prices are good, atmosphere needs a lot of help, and the tools dont seem super sterile. They did a great job, but I just wish things were a little nicer.

I work in the beauty industry and I understand that you can get busy but if there is an appointment made then you take care of that client. Needless to say I will not be coming back. Poor poor customer service.

I love this place, my daughter & I go about every 2.5 weeks. I love it for the non traditional aspect, such as they dont talk my ear off, I dont have to make awkward conversation, they just do pretty nails.

Called to set up 2 pedicures, I asked for the price & what they include, the Asian guy answering the phone would only tell me $20 then just kept laughing at me when I would ask for more details. What a waste of time.

Their pedicures are amazing! They really take their time, they dont take off too much nasty skin from your feet to the point where you cant walk like Walmart does. They take off just enough calluses where your feet are healthy smooth. They also do extra like feet waxes and masks but I dont see some places do. I also got a full set and it was nice that they took their time but the designs I wanted, well, the ending results dont look so professional. But they look OK from afar LOL and his company is really good on the pricing and the staff is really nice and sweet. They even give you water.

Place was great, I did a Mommy and Me pedicure. They dont have ac there though, but the masage chairs made up for it.
