I am deaf, and the receptionist was super. She was willing to communicate everything via text. I had brought my car in to determine the noise it was making every time I started it. I left fully satisfied with the details I got on what was done/repaired with the car.
Staff was friendly and communicative. Repairs were actually completed well in advance of the initial time estimate with everything working fine and in good order.
I’ll be honest, I went here not realizing Meineke had taken over the spot from StartingGate—my old go-to spot. Since I was already there, I decided to give them a shot. My SUV has had an annoying rattling sound for awhile. It didn’t really affect performance but was getting louder. Without an appointment, they looked at it right away, discovered it was simply a loose heat shield, and fixed it, all in less than 10 minutes…and wait for it…didn’t charge me a penny!! With that simple gesture of customer service, they have earned my business from here on!!
Meineke has been taking of my family since I can remember, they provide excellent service, the ladies and gentlemen make you feel welcomed. No-pressure, didnt feel rushed, trust worthy, quick and clean communication.

Cheapest Oil change in Laurel. I was absolutely amazed that I was able to get a synthetic-blend oil change with all the fees and taxes paid for under $45:00. The customer service was amazing, I did not need to make an appointment and there was no line. Bottom line is that with more than 10 oil change places in the Laurel area, this new Meineke location is absolutely superb for the price and service.
I scheduled a time and they were ontime, I wasnt but they were able to rotate my tires in a reasonable amount of time. Because of Covid19 I was the only one in the waiting room. Its best if you dont have to stay but scheduling keeps it safe. Car rides so smoothly now!

Refused to give me part and labor pricing over the phone. Kept dropping my call after telling me to hold. They could be the best mechanics on earth but I’ll never go there with initial service like that
I paid $1448 for all new brakes, rotors, and one caliber; later suggestions for two sway bar links for $164 for parts only. Total $1612. And it would have been more if it wasn’t for their “generous discounts.” Labor time just to remove all brakes and rotors was 3.0 hours.I found a quote that I had less than a year ago for $1,000 for all brakes, rotors and two calibers; and got two other quotes for $800, possibly less. So, I went in to negotiate this price. Their resolution:The owner: I’ll giver “her” $60 off the bill, and will round it up to $100, “If she gives us a good review.”My overall experience:*The receptionist was disrespectful, cynical, sharp tongued, and repeatedly interrupted me to the point I had to say “Can I talk?!”*They got in and out of my car with no mask.*They called and rushed me to pick up my finished car at 4:00, acted like they were doing me a favor when I said I need until 4:30, only to tell me while I was on my way that they “ran out of gas,” and was told “your car is not finished.”*My options were to pay the full bill for work not completed or leave my vehicle over the weekend. I decided to leave the car, so I called and got their voicemail. I left a voicemail, only to be treated as if it was my fault the Manager waited for me until 6:00. Mind you, he was there until 6:00, yet my car was stil not finished.*They acted as though I was the problem in this scenario, and defended receptionist in front of me, and allowed her to repeatedly cut me off, until I spoke up.*I received no apologies for their actions, behavior, or treatment towards me, though the owner did say that he was sorry that I was not happy with how things worked out for me and invited me to come back.It was clear after the work was started that I made the wrong decision to move forward with their establishment.*We paid this outrageous bill in full, minus $60. I’ll just say that placing a Caren as a receptionist at their front desk to disrespect Foundational Black Women speaks volumes.
Took my car in because of smoking coming from the tire area. Was told that I needed new shocks and struts and also new tires. I had just gotten the front struts replaced by my insurance due to an accident and they insisted that the problem was the struts. I let them go ahead and resolve the front left ($700) because that’s where the burning smell and rubbing was coming from. I pulled out the parking lot and the smoke was still coming from the car. I took it back he says oh thats the caliber. Tells me it will be an additional $500 to fix that. I paid $700 for a part to be installed and that wasn’t the problem.
It seems alright, I know they have a lot of discounts I just went in to get my cooling system checked, but the gauge was still in the middle, the mechanics said thats where its supposed to be, so Im trusting the mechanics. All in all, it seems like its driving ok and the steering is fixed. Ill do a oil change with them because I know they have discounts. I hope my cooling system is alright, Ill find out by Monday.
I appreciate having a car care center close to my home performing service on foreign cars. It was important to me that I could receive a thorough vehicle inspection and assessment of the immediate need for repair. The repair assessment matched the one described by the car and nothing else. The cost i paid for the service was extremely reasonable in comparison to the dealer. Thanks for giving me a fair price and performance the repair in timely fashion.

Last week was my first time at this location. These days, enforcing and encouraging people to wear a mask is important to me. Every employee and customer in the building we properly wearing a mask. Now, on to the customer service, the young lady at the desk was great. I was a little irritated when I arrived and possibly short with my responses but she never matched my energy which made me check myself. I got my oil changed in a timely manner and she called me with recommendations for my vehicle maintenance. When I went to pick my car back up she sprayed my keys with Lysol (greatly appreciated). The one thing I would have liked it if the paper rug they put in the car to avoid ruining your carpet should be removed prior to returning the customer their car. Overall the young lady at the front desk was wonderful and displayed excellent customer service.
Great service. Oil change is just $19. It was a bit pricey to get my breaks done, but it couldn’t be helped. I preferred to get a service where I could verify the work and take I’m my car back if needed.

I brought my car in for service on a Saturday afternoon due to my vehicle not starting which had been an on going thing for the past 3 months. The shop did not have enough time to diagnose my vehicle because it was so late in the afternoon. So Ms. Danica Parks was my customer service representative who had shared this information with me and told me that they are closed on Sunday and that my car could get checked Monday morning. Monday morning Ms. Parks called me and explained that my car needs a fuel pump which is not cheap including the labor.($1,695) so I told Ms. Parks that I would call her back in an hour to let her know if I wanted the shop to repair my vehicle. I called back and told Ms. Parks to go ahead and start the repair on my vehicle. Ms. Parks called me back later on that afternoon and told me that another fuel pump was located at a price that was extremely better than the initial price with the labor included. ($958) Ms. Danica Parks you and your staff deserve a pat on the back!!!! Sincerely appreciated.... Respect
I’ve been a Meineke customer for over 10 years. When I moved to Maryland and my car need maintenance, I didn’t think twice. This branch didn’t disappoint. They were everything I like from a business: professional, friendly, timely, and honest.

The ambiance from the entrance suggest professionalism. The reception and work areas are clean and inviting. Everyone had Meineke uniforms on ready to serve the customers.I was interviewed with regard to the Vans issue. An evaluation of the brake system was performed then explained; any questions I had were answered in lay terms. The overall experience has been very comfortable, confident, and trust building.My Van runs great! The brakes are remarkable. Oh, I asked for brakes on the Van. The tech came back to tell me I only needed brakes on the rear AND Rotors because they were warped. Honesty too!!!

I took my car here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I asked them to check all of my brakes and rotors. They told me what needed to be fixed and I got it done. The next day my brakes still sounded horrible so I took it back up there and they claim something needed to be tighten and I was all set. My car feels and sounds worse than before now. It sounds like something is dragging when I press the brakes and Im almost scared to take it back up there for a third time because they keep sending me home with it saying it fine but theres clearing something still wrong with my brakes. Now I need to take it somewhere else, have them check it out and get it fixed all over again. I will never use this company againUpdate: took my car up there for the third time and my brakes are now squeaking and still terrible. At this point I have no choice but to take it to a hyundai and see what they messed up on my car and I will be requesting a refund when I get my results.

Took my 2018 BMW M4 to get new tires. They ordered the tires promptly for a very good price.My original tires always vibrated slightly at high speeds. Dealer tried re-balancing several times but always had slight vibration...After this new tire install and balancing at Meineke, my car now drives with zero vibration at high speeds.I really appreciated their great service and quality work.

Meineke Laurel is great. Their prices are reasonable and they go above what’s needed to make sure your car is okay.I had to have my alternator replaced which they did take care of and they also ordered and installed an additional part at no additional cost to me.
Everyone was professional and knowledgeable brought my vehicle in because of a pulling to the left issue they did what could to try to solve the issue but I had to end up going to kia dealer. Other than that they are awesome and their prices are great to earned a repeat customer.

This is the second experience I had this center. I called in last minute for an oil change and they were able to fit me in and were able to maintain the timeline given. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I will be back for other services.
No hassle quick
This is the first shop I’ve ever been to that took an hour just to do an oil change ( it was just me in the shop) I had to get up and ask if my car is ready front desk lady says yes and I’ll ask them to move it. So if you knew it was ready why did no one tell me in the waiting room. One mechanic was sitting in the office most of the time when my car was ready he should’ve been notified me and the front desk. None of the mechanics wore masks or gloves mind you we are in the middle of covoid 19. The mechanic who grabbed my keys was in the middle of eating when he grabbed them which I found gross. They also did not put plastic on the floor driver seat like other shops so my mat is dirty from the mechanic shoes. Nice people but will not be returning here.

I brought my car here a couple times for same issue; both time they charged me at different price. The issue was gone for a couple of weeks and came back on. I took the car for maintenance for the third times for the same issue, but the receptionist told me they didn’t have opening time to fix my car and I was trying to schedule but she told me they don’t have opening within a week. I know she avoided me. I spent my money two times for nothing and still I have the issue on my car.

I was depending on them to evaluate the repairs needed to my vehicle. After they had done a full tune up and repairs on my car they discovered the engine block was cracked. I would have never had the other service done had I been told this to begine with. $700 gone, that could have gone to the purchase of the new car I had to get.
