On 08/16, I paid $80 for a detail with seat shampoo and basically received a typical car wash. Very disappointing. When I dropped the car off I pointed out several spots of attention that I wanted taken care of and they missed them all. They didnt even vacuum my trunk! There were several road tar spots on the fenders that they didnt even try to clean and when I picked up the car asked them about them, then they suddenly started to clean them. The spots rubbed right off instantly, I dont know why they wer clean to begin with. Same with the interior doors, they were not wiped down and there was plenty of dirt. I also pointed out several makeup spots in the interior that my daughter left and they missed those to. I cleaned them myself later. I wanted the front passenger seated cleaned with shampoo due to a food grease stain. When I picked up the car it didnt even look like it was touched and they acted like they didnt even know it was there. I dont believe they even tried to clean it. I dont usually complain, but these were all young guys that didnt appear to care very much or pay attention to detail. I will not use them again...So hard to find good service and quality work these days. These guys are no different than anyone else.
