Dealership recommended business, and I can confidently say I will be coming here for any vehicle I need tinted. Staff is helpful and friendly, communication was amazing. I sent an email @5am full well expecting to receive a reply later in the week. To my surprise Dave replied within the hour, we had details hashed out and I scheduled my appointment promptly. Only hiccup was the glare strip started peeling back on the perforated portion of my front windshield. I contacted Dave who again promptly replied, asked about Tinting the whole windshield instead, he subtracted the previously paid price from the price of the full tint and off we went. Quick turn around time too, couldnt be more satisfied. Give them a shot!

DC Auto is awesome and I was super pleased with their service. Chris was awesome at communicating to get my appointment setup, all the way to greeting me at the door by name! She walked me through the tint selection process, explained everything up front and got me on my way. When I got my car back it was beautiful and the staff at DC clearly know what theyre doing. I found DC Auto after I had my windshield replaced and needed to replace the film I had previously. I asked the First Class Auto for a recommendation and recommended DC Auto. I did reach out to two other shops, but the reason I went with DC Auto, they replied to my request from the form on their website.What really impressed me was David replied to me and was very responsive. From there I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my vehicle. There was some confusion as I wanted all my windows done, but needed to remove the old tint. Chris explained they would need the vehicle all day, the process to remove tint they use is to soak the film instead of using a razor to scrape it off. We did the front and I scheduled to return to drop off the vehicle for the day.I am used to asking a friend to find someone that tints and its usually someone out of an auto audio/stereo shop. Usually when you get the vehicle back, there are some bubbles you have to wait and see if they work themselves out. With DC Auto they explained it to me, but when I got my vehicle home, I was impressed there were no bubbles I could see in the film. They also finished earlier than they estimated.The other thing setting DC Auto from other places I have had tint installed, was the shop waiting area was clean. You actually get paperwork after the install about the care and maintenance of the film installed. Just overall a very professional feel delivering on quality service and products. I will return with any other vehicles in the future and would recommend DC Auto to anyone looking for great professional service from start to finish.

Overall a very positive experience. Pricing is comparable to other ceramic tinting options. Nice location. My only gripe is that one of the trim pieces they needed to remove was reinstalled incorrectly. It was easy enough fix myself and not worth bringing to their attention. Got my wifes 2019 Volkswagen Jetta done with ceramic tint and she absolutely loves it. Costs a little bit more but it is well worth it. One summer in Vegas and the heat in the car was about 20 degrees cooler than with regular tint. DC Auto did my 2006 GTO 20+ years ago, and they are the only ones that I will trust tinting our cars.

I dont typically do reviews but when I receive excellent service, I feel like its the least that I can do.I had the windows on my truck tinted by DC Auto a few years ago and they did an amazing job. Dave showed me all the different tint options and explained to me the differences. He also answered all the questions that I had. They got my truck in and started working on it right at the scheduled time. The finished product was exactly what I was looking for.I went back today to get my windshield tinted and once again, they took my truck in right on time. I waited in their waiting area which is very clean and welcoming. They had it finished in under the estimated time and it came out just as I was expecting, amazing!I highly recommend DC Auto for your all your window tinting needs!

Not only did DC Auto fulfill their warranty from a truck that was tinted over 10 years ago, they also tinted my new Charger. Love the improvement in tinting in the last 10 years. We bought the i3 tenting and were amazed at how great it cuts the heat out ! There was a slight problem in one of the windows on my car and they repaired it immediately saving me time because I didnt have to drive across town to get it repaired. On the truck, the old tinting was not available anymore and I got a really great upgrade at no charge. It looks great! I had also lost my receipt and they were able to find my truck in their records and honor the warranty. Several of my family members have used DC Auto with no problems. Wish all businesses were this professional and dependable. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional from first contact to the moment we drove away. We will return in the future. Cant wait to finish restoration on our 68 Firebird to get this finishing touch done here.

After 5 vehicles tinted, I can say that I’m allowed to recommend DC Auto. Their presentation is top notch, the wall to feel the heat difference on the vehicles is something I had not see anywhere else.Dave & his team have always taken care of us, can’t say how highly I recommend them with my family.If you want a quality job, go check them out. If you feel that they are on the pricier end of the spectrum, know that you are getting a quality job that more than justifies their cost.Example on warranty, one of my windows came off a bit, Dave said they would check it out. Went dropped off the car, they had swapped both windows to be sure it matched. Ive been in Vegas for 17 years and have never tinted my car windows before. Not that I havent thought of it, just never seemed to get to it. Maybe the reason was that I just recently heard of DC Auto. Referred by a friend I finally made an appointment. And I am so glad I did. My husband and I had both our cars done and we couldnt be more pleased.First of all, Chris at the front, was so accommodating and perfect for the job. We had to reschedule one of our cars at the last minute and it was customer needs come first attitude. You dont come across that way of conducting business these days and it was very refreshing.The did a fantastic job. It was done in the time frame they set and we couldnt be happier. I got the front window strip and now the morning and afternoon sun are not a problem. We both got the 93% heat reduction so it will make a huge difference when summer cones.I highly recommend this place of business.

Its been a few days so far so good on the window tint. However I came here because my tint was bad that I couldnt see out the passenger window from whoever had my car before me. The lady at DC was very helpful at the desk and helping me pick out the tint. The reason I know about this company is because my boyfriend came here when he bought his car along time ago and his tint is still good thats when DC office was in henderson. I had a good experience so far I am happy.

Have had three automobiles tinted with ceramic tint. Excellent workmanship literally hard to even see edges of tint even on windshield and even in difficult areas like where the black antenna is embedded into the windshield.The ceramic tint makes a huge difference in how cool your car stays. No longer have to keep my ac on max even on the hottest days. Not the cheapest place but if you have a nice car they are worth it!

What can I say, you get what you pay for and the wait is worth the work and passion put out by DC Auto. It is extreme luxury from the time you meet Christina at the front desk to the moment you pick up your vehicle.The owner stands by the work and you have the best warranty in country. This is my third car Ive had done by these guys. I made the mistake of trying somebody else one time and even though that tint job was cheaper, it wasnt worth even close to what I paid. These guys are competitive, professional, upfront with all costs and do amazing work with high quality tint.

In 2009, I had my windows tinted by DC Auto. Now in 2020, I felt that after 11 years my tint quality was possibly degraded. So, I made an appointment to have my tint quality tested (lifetime warranty was verified). My tint was removed and replaced by the close of business the same day. OMG! They squeezed me in same-day which really saved me this week. Price was fair and installation was completed in 2/3 of the time I expected for such a job (Tesla Model 3). They include a very interesting (to me) stat sheet that shows you a before and after of various window attribute measurements. If anything is awry after the film cures and dries Ill update my review. Windows look great so far!

It is customary to have to wait a week or two to get an appointment, but this place is so worth the wait. The upgraded ceramic tint is a lifesaver in the Las Vegas heat. They took care of both my F150 & 435i and did an amazing job. Staff was very nice and professional, went over everything with me in detail so I understood the does and do nots and the positives of having the nano ceramic tint over standard tint.I called around to several tint shops prior to getting my first done(f150). I explained that the rear windows of the f150 from the factory came darker and it had never been tinted before. ALL other shops wanted to charge me a tint removal fee when it was just privacy glass. So with a recommendation of a co-worker and understanding of what privacy glass is, it really was a no brainer. Don’t remember quotes from the other shops, but it doesn’t matter I’d pay more for honestly every time 😁

Simple and easy experience!. Brought my 2015 Mustang GT in on Sat. 05/16/15 and was greeted by David, the owner of DC Auto. Dave took the time to show and explain the difference in window films. I opted for the Ultra Performance 30% Nano Particle Auto Film. The application took about 3 hours time, during which I relaxed in their waiting area. The room contained reading material, a large screen TV, and plenty of cold drinks and snacks to choose from. All this helped to pass the time. When the car was finished it was brought out, David inspected it right along with me and made certain I was happy with the looks of the window film and had no issues. At that moment I had no issues and wanted to wait at least 48 hours to provide an accurate assessment of the finished product. I am more than pleased with the way the window film made my Mustangs appearance look even better. The finished product was top quality and professionally installed. I give DC Auto: 2 thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work. AND above all this I also received a generous YELP discount. Thank you David and your employee(s) that performed the work on my auto.

Love this place! I had 2 new cars tinted and they did a great job. I had a clear film to block out the heat but wasnt very happy with it (not because they did anything wrong) because I just wanted the widows darker. They offered to re-tint them for free! Great customer service!!!

I bought a new 4Runner which had privacy glass in the back and getting new tint to match all around (both in tone and color) turned out to be a huge challenge. Dave at DC Auto was awesome and he tested out a few different films on the truck to find the best overall, consistent match and he nailed it! So if your vehicle has privacy glass, Dave has the recipe to make it look amazing all the way around.

Great service and waiting area. I was a walk-in at 0850 (ten min before they actually open) and they had all my windows tinted to spec in 2.5 hours. They have a display area inside (the heat lamp wall -so you can see and feel the difference) and there are finished tinted cars outside you can look at to see how the various darkness levels will look.

Professional, clean, did an awesome job! Estimated wait time was accurate and had a comfortable waiting room. I recommend these folks!

Really good quality of tint andgreat service, had an issue with the installation on one of the windows, they fixed it hastily and tinted the sun roof for free, I got the darkest nano tint and after a few months its still great and feels like youre in your living room, recommend for good quality cars with a nice interior.

My windows are pristine and just as dark af as I wanted them to be, my front window has the clear 99% infrared blocking film on it... It was quick, but they still drove me home while I waited, and I have had zero issues since I left there three months ago.

Ive been going to D.C. Auto for years. 2 years ago I got my 5th tint job done with them. Got the most expensive tint. Tint is great! Kicks a** against the sun! But after the instal I noticed a whistle in the driver window. I noticed the stripping was just a little out of place and now theres a gap between the seal and the door. I went back 5-7 weeks after the install and they referred me to a Honda car dealer. ( to fix their mistake). I assure you this car had zero noise being I bought it and drove it 1400 miles home without a sound. Im writing this now because Im looking to tint an other vehicle. as habit I looked up D.C.s number but then I remembered oh yeah my last car I took still whistles now on the freeway 2 years latter after paying over $500 for their service.In the photo theres White around the hole because tap was the only thing that would lower the noise.

Amazing service..i got my front windsheild tinted..first it was clear nano..but i felt it was not blocking much of heat so they took it out and put ceramic color one..it did block heat but i was expecting more glare reduction..so i was not satisfied..so i wanted it to be removed..and they did not say anything and took it out..and refunded me..i have never seen this kind of service..will surely give them business again..and thanks once again for your time..

This is the coolest window tinting company in the Las Vegas Valley! You can go in and feel their heat wall and experience first hand the difference their films will make once they are installed. So much better then having someone explain to you what it is going to do for your windows in your car, home, or business. They have a conference room where you can wait, work and use their free wi-fi. Not to mention Direct TV, but the most impressive thing to me is that their lobby is so not the typical automotive business lobby.
