I visited this store in July and was immediately treated with respect and kindness. This was notable to me because I was snubbed in a lot of other watch boutiques in Vegas because I guess I don’t look like a buyer. Elaine was amazing to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. It was the perfect experience start to finish. I ended up making a purchase and she followed up after I’d made it back home to ensure everything was satisfactory. She’s an asset to the company and I hope to work with her again. (I’m posting this here and to the IWC boutique because it is part of Belluso.)

Over the course of two days during this past weekend we spent a couple hours in the store and got to meet a number of absolutely friendly and knowledgeable sales associates, specifically Marya, Penny, and Connie. I purchased a beautiful Cartier watch and the whole experience was fabulous. I recently went back to inquire about a small link and David went above and beyond to order it and even followed through after I left Las Vegas! I purchased a timepiece with Bellusso in 2008. I loved the timepiece and it remains beautiful after a lot of wear and tear from a busy travel schedule. This fall, I knew that I needed the timepiece serviced. So, I called Bellusso and asked for help. Josh was the person who helped me. He made everything simple, managed the secure shipment, kept me in the loop all the time, monitored progress, notified me when the timepiece service was done, and he shipped the timepiece back to me at no cost. The service people did a great maintenance job and the timepiece came back to me as new. Josh and Bellusso are first class. I would always recommend this store as the place to purchase a high-end timepiece. Most friendly, most trustworthy, classiest, and most efficient people I have ever dealth with!

I visited the IWC Boutique while on vacation for the weekend in Las Vegas. I’ve been searching for one of the new Spitfire watches to see in person and get an impression on how well it would fit on my wrist and with my style of watches. Jean met me as I walked in and was very courteous, polite and attentive to all my questions about the IWC inventory as well as other brands that I looked over while in store. She even allowed me some time to think on the purchase before coming back to her later the same day and pulling the trigger, so to speak. A lot of the shops in Las Vegas appear to be pretentious. Bellusso had that same look, but I went in anyway looking for a timepiece. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. My sales professional, Jean Pak, was just that--professional, knowledgable and communicative. I did not leave the store with a timepiece. Instead, I purchased it when I got home. Upon receipt of payment, Jean had the timepiece to me the next day. The whole process was easy and seamless. I couldnt be more pleased and most highly recommend Jean and Bellusso!

Recently, I attended a 4 day real estate conference held at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. I’m wrist watch enthusiast and I always enjoyed previewing luxury watches while I’m in Vegas. I own several Rolex’s and I consider my self as a Rolex person. While window shopping, I decided to check out this lovely jewelry boutique, the Bellusso, in the Palazzo/Venetian. A very well groomed young sales professional politely approach me and introduced himself as Jet. He enthusiastically asked me if he could assist me to find something that will suit me. I looked around and noticed they didn’t carry Rolex and I was about leave. Jet, offered to show me around the store and highlighted the brands that they carried like Cartier, IWC and other top luxury brands. He asked me some questions to see what I like. He suggested I tried on this watch by Cartier named the Santos De Cartier. I have to say it was a very beautiful watch. This stainless steel watch has the 18ct. Gold bezel with little gold rivets around the bezel and bracelet. Jet, first let me tried on the medium size version. He and I checked it out on me. Then almost immediately, he wanted me to try on the large size version which was to my amazement was a great fit. Though I was not in the position to buy at the time, but I was seriously considering purchasing it on the spot. However at the end, I decided to say “I think about it” as the great line many people would say when they either can’t decide or politely say I’m not going to buy. This time I really couldn’t decide. First I do like the watch but I knew it was not a good time for me to make this purchase. But, I realized aside from that beautiful watch I wanted, I also wanted Jet to make the sale. I wanted to buy from him. I think Jet is a great sales person. He’s knows how to do his job. He’s genuine and he made me feel comfortable and I’d enjoyed my experience at his store. Right now as I’m writing this review, I regret for not buying that Cartier. I would definitely go back soon and buy that watch from him!

Outstanding collection of high tech watchmaking, with great people who know and love watches. No rushing, in fact no one even asks if you want to buy - as it should be. Collectors who appreciate these mechanical works of high artistry dont need to be sold. This isnt Walmart Watches - this is the Rolls Royce dealership.
