Caroline was extremely helpful. She pulled many pieces, scoured the catalog and vault, and really went above and beyond to make sure I got the watch I really wanted. Unfortunately they didnt have that watch available, but when it comes time to buy a Speedmaster Ill be stopping here first.

I had a mixed experience with this store. I had a watch I wanted to buy and communicated with them ahead of time to verify they had it and I was happy when they quickly responded to confirm they did have it and would hold on to it. When I went to the store they said they didn’t have the watch. After going to the store, I got an email saying they did have the watch - so there was confusion somewhere. In the end I was told the store leadership said their prices are firm and I couldn’t find a financially beneficial reason to buy the watch from Tourbillon vs the brand online or any other boutique. The store was nice though and the guard was kind. If you are someone uncertain of what you want to purchase and cost isn’t a factor for you then this store may be able to assist you. There was also a good selection of older watches that may be hard to find at brick and mortar stores if that interests you. Overall, I gave it a three stars compared to other places I’ve been nationally. However, I would give this two stars when you compared it to other Las Vegas stores. There are so many places to buy watches in Las Vegas I would suggest exploring other options.

I have been collecting watches for a long time. The sale person I spoke during the phone nearly thrown me off. I was asking general question about watch availability and how waiting list or deposit works. She suddenly became very angry at me when I mentioned I’m the client in other store. I guess she was thinking she was wasting time during this call. She even threat me of calling fraud prevention department. I know the watch market is kind of crazy right now but treating a potential customer like this is the worst among the whole industry.

ABOVE AND BEYOND! I wish there were 10 stars! My fiancé and I visited the store back in February while in town for a friend’s birthday and fell in love with a Glasshutte Seventies Vintage Panorama watch. The assistant manger helped us look at several men’s watches. He was kind and patient.Over the last several months I have looked for the same watch for my fiancé’s wedding present. It is super hard to find and it felt sketchy throwing down that amount of money to an unknown online store. I tracked down the Tourbillon store again and was lucky enough to be re-connected with Jawann, the lovely man we worked with back in February!Jawann went way beyond my expectations. He not only had access to a brand new watch (not the floor sample model), but also gave me a great price which discounted my California state tax. He boxed up the watch with care, delivered it quickly and threw in several amazing free gifts including a watch winder. I could not be more pleased! Jawann was an excellent communicator throughout and took the best care of me during this big purchase. Thank you!!By the way, I learned the negative reviews of this store were from over a year ago and the store has smartly rid themselves of those problem employees. That’s exactly what a store should do!

This place was extremely awesome. And the reason it was, was the amazing staff. They were all super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and didn’t look down on us, which can’t be said about other luxury watch shops in the same mall. They they have a great selection of watches and are again awesome to deal with. Thanks!

Dont shop here. The sales people spent more time watching my girlfriend and I like we were thieves, even though everything is behind a case, than trying to help us. Even when I tried asking about the watches, the salespeople were rude, and didnt seem to know a lot about them. It was a terrible shopping experience overall. There are several other watch boutiques in the same mall with much friendlier staff.

Great selection of Swatch Group brands, with a friendly and helpful staff. Even the security guards who would shoot you as soon as look at you seem friendly. I just wish they had more options for collectors on tight budgets.

Rude women ruined my experience. I was looking for a strap for my watch and she was so abrasive and mean. She should not be working retail. She did not know her product and didnt want me to purchase anything. I will think twice before going back to here.and tell everyone else I know the same. Dealing with her is not worth it.

Dont choose gifts for your friends here. If you buy them, you cant return them, even if they are new and unused. The staff wont tell you this problem
