I was traveling with a person in a wheelchair and two seniors with scooters, returning to the airport with luggage. We made reservations the day beforehand, received an automated acknowledgment and just to be on the safe side, contacted Dispatch the morning of our reservation. Dispatch was very nice, checking our travel plans and reconfirmed. A few hours later, we received additional calls to confirm, and our driver, Kenneth, arrived as expected. He wasn’t sure at first whether we’d be able to get all in the vehicle, but with his help and patience loading the passengers, we were fine with the luggage. Seriously mad props to Kenneth, he keeps us engaged and we enjoyed our ride, and without an ounce of impatience he made sure we were all out safely and in plenty of time for our plane. We will be using this company again, thank you!
Confirmed a cab 24 hours in advance to a Doctors Office that was scheduled and confirmed the day prior. Got up early to get to work and get out so i could make this appointment and they call me 30 min before they are supposed to get here and say sorry we dont have a cab in your area. What an absolute joke. I have used this service before, and i am a loyal customer not using uber or lyft. I will never use this service again and this company will be put to DUST the day anyone with any sort of passion for business starts a competing cab company. Dont call these people they dont deserve your money. Screwing people over on DRs appts that schedule a full day in advance is unacceptable. If you dont accept reservations, then train your staff not to take them. Good RIDDANCE
Driver was very nice and pleasant only done urber or those kind of rides just always felt safer in a cab. Greatest driver glad he didnt go too Arizona. Keep up the good work its so hard to find pleasant people nowadays.
I absolutely love A Cab! My driver, Linn was wonderful! She knew the streets like the back of her hand, not with her face stuck to a GPS system! She was on time, great conversation and the price was better than Uber! Give them a call, A Cab is the most professional and pleasant company in town!
Would recommend staying away from this company. Our driver was doing over 60 miles an hour in a 30 downside streets weaving in and out of traffic. When we got to our destination he demanded cash and refused to let us pay by credit card. Would clearly the credit card machine was in the back and working as we. saw the prior passengers use it. Driver told me at the end that he needed the cash for something after we had paid him. I needed the cash for something too. No I had to withdraw more money from my account occurring more charges. Was far from impressed. Stuck to Uber and lift the rest of the weekend
A family member was in a an electric scooter and it was hard to find a taxi that could accommodate. We called this company and they sent one right away!

One of your drivers saw three well dressed African American ladies standing at a taxi stand at 1:16 a.m. We asked could he take us to Treaure Island and he said noA white couples walked out 20 minutes later and he elll over his hood almost as he was trying to get them in his car...and he was a black male.Shameful!
Driver was talking in the phone and then waved a person down asking if they needed a taxi. Told her a taxi will be here soon and gave her taxi number. He was not wearing his mask right. We asked him to put it up he ignored us. Then instead of taking us to the freeway he took us through construction that cost us about $10.00 more than it should.
Absolutely the greatest man from L.A. took us to the airport from ceasures palace we really overloaded his taxi with all of us and all are luggage and we had a unhappy family member in a wheelchair but he was super great sweet kind and understanding he was heavenly sent with his abundance of kindness and we are greatful we made it to airport on time thanks to him....fyi the taxi had excellent cold air and so clean it made the stress fade honestly I felt secure and comfortable!!!
Fast, friendly, affordable service. They text you an update so you know your drivers name and plate. I was suffering from heat exhaustion so I was grateful for the easygoing exchange between dispatch, myself, and driver.
We were late for our flight even though I scheduled a cab days in advance AND received an email confirmation!!! Absolutely LAUGHABLE. what a joke of a “company.” Do not even try to use A Cab.

Answered the phone like she was at home. Had me on speaker phone, which of course is annoying when it is obvious because of the hollow and echo sound, and sounded like she did not want to be working. Asked about having a cab sent to the car rental office we was at and was told just find one, there are a lot of cabs out there. Where I was at there werent a bunch of cabs driving by. Had to walk a good distance to get to a clearer area to find a cab.

Was in need of services at night when i called to get a cab i was asked one question. Where i was located then told well send one. No one asked for my name which side of the building i was on or anything that the driver would be to know it is me they are picking up. Obviously the person on the phone was telling me whatever I wanted to hear at that time with no intention to provide service for me. Unfortunately I had an emergency situation and that was distasteful I wont call again.

Cab driver was awesome. Someone in our group left behind a cell phone and after we tracked it down, he drove back to us to drop the phone back off. The dispatcher that I spoke with while trying to track down the driver was very helpful as well. What are the chances of tracking down a cell phone in a taxi in Las Vegas? We paid cash so we had no idea who our driver was. With the mask restrictions, we didnt even have a description of our driver. Would use this company again.

Such a joke of a company. Driver blows out his tires and decides to park his car ride in the driveway of our business on Paradise Road. Couldn’t speak a word of English, we tried to explain to him to move back 50 feet and all is good but he refused to even acknowledge or talk to us. You think once the office heard of it they would instruct him to move so he wasn’t blocking a busy driveway but instead they began arguing with us as if there is anything to disagree about.Ridiculous people.

First I called and waited about 20 min so I decided to call back and the unprofessional lady on the phone told me that the taxi came but didnt see me. So I called back and she told me ok shell let the driver know Im standing in the front by the office. Long story short I was standing there for about 30 min in 100 degree heat just for them to tell me they have no drivers....very unprofessional and whoever that lady is on the phone that has that lazy voice need to be fired !!!!!!!!

The dispatcher was very nice. My vehicle was stolen from Caesars Palace on Christmas day 2019. I asked if she could dispatch a message to the drivers and help find my car, and I offered $100 reward for the driver who help me find my vehicle. She was very nice and said that she would send this message to the drivers while other cab companys dispatchers did not help. I will use A Cab Taxi company if I go back to Las Vegas someday.
I was driving going from the 215 to the 95 taking the ramp to Phoenix and the driver in cab 1458 would not let me merge into the single lane. He made eye contact with me 3 TIMES and would net let me in to the point that I was between that lane and the oncoming traffic from the other way. He refused to let me in and as we kept moving, I eventually had to enter the shoulder on the freeway. Then he finally moved over and started tailing the car in front of him. He was a white male with dark glasses. You are a horrible and reckless driver and should not be driving for a taxi company. You should not even be on the road. I called this incident in but who knows if anything will happen.

First off the driver milked the ride, with usually cost me 26$ -28$. From the strip to Durango.... for 52$ and then on top of that he charged me an additional 10$... for his tip which he stole...
This is the worst cab company ever. It used to be a fun family oriented small company. Jay Nady wanted to make a quick buck at the expense of his awesome drivers. We were told if we dont pay $900.00 a week leasing fees we would not have a car or a shift to work. Jay Nady does not want to pay his employees medical benefits paid vacation nothing. I worked for them for 3 years as well as other drivers and we were all replace by 97% Ethiopians and Somalians. Talk about discrimination. Eff you Jay Nady you screwed all your good drivers over for a quick buck. I hope you rot in hell.
