I had a mixed experience with Bell. Booking was very simple and they were super flexible, inexpensive, and professional. I hired Bell for multiple trips for both our wedding party and guests to both our ceremony in Red Rock Canyon and following reception. Everything went smoothly except for my & my bridal parties ride to the ceremony. The driver got lost, told us he had only been to Red Rock once, and it took my bridal party to get us to the right place. We arrived AFTER my guests even though we left before them, my husband and I were unable to do our first look in the location we selected as I was late, and I was so worked up by the experience that I started hysterically crying when we finally got to Red Rock. Although things went up from there, I was really disappointed that this happened. All of the other drivers were wonderful and no other issues. Cars were well kept and clean and we were offered champagne. I would recommend the company, just not the first driver we had.
Some drivers are amazing and go above and beyond and others are terrible. The last driver we had on 9/28/21 on bus number 717 was a female who when we’d try to ask her questions or let her know the air wasn’t on in the back, she would not speak a single word back to us. The back was so hot that people were starting to feel sick. The bus driver even started driving which the door still open. We yelled that it was still open and she closed it. She was also 20min late, but I can understand that these buses get delayed by the end of the day.
Every time I come to Las Vegas I use Bell Trans.....my 1st experience was in August 2015. I booked with a 3rd party. I would not recommend that at all, there was a mix up with picking me up from the airport when arrived! As far as my transportation back to the airport was a great experience! The next time in 2017 I used Bell Trans once again, this time I booked with them directly. The service was great, on time and courtesy. I booked in 2018 and 2019, no issues at all. I only have done airport shared transportation with this company. Now we are dealing with a world pandemic, and Bell Trans is NOT doing shared ride services, I will have to find another way to and from the Airport which is a major disappointment. Their price for one person round trip airport shuttle is the cheapest way to go, I was only paying $18. I am coming to Vegas in June and I am researching the cheapest way to get from the airport to my hotel. I am crossing my fingers for them to be open by that time, I would like to continue using their services. Not too be insensitive to the customers whom written negative reviews about Bell Trans, stating they were never picked up for the return trip or arriving late. You are told once you are picked up from the Airport and before you aboard the shuttle while giving the driver your ticket that you MUST call the day before you are scheduled to leave for a pick up to guarantee your ride back to the airport. When you do call to schedule for your departure back to the airport, you are picked up well before you flight time.
I hired them for my wedding and I am so glad iDid, me And my husband got married and I booked bells about 2 months ago. We booked the stretch navigator. They were professional and sent me a reminder email a few days before my wedding to confirm. The driver texted me when she was on her way And when she arrived. Our driver was Cynthia and she was freaking awesome! She was happy for us and so easy to talk too! She gave us champagne and was just all around a great person and driver! We feltVery comfortable and she was very accommodating! We will use bells when we come back to Vegas for a special occasion! Thanks again!!
Purchased a round trip ticket on Thursday, September 16th, to be picked up Sunday, September 19th from Caesars Palace. I stood in the same place they dropped me off and I was out there waiting at 3:30am for a 4:00 am pick up. I received a text message at 3:50 am confirming pick-up, waited until 4:23, texted and called several times and no response. I finally had to take an Uber at 4:23, I couldnt wait any longer, I had a 6 am flight to catch. Once I got to the airport and all checked in I sent the company an email, still no response.
My husband and I bought a round ticket for a shuttle service for us to be able to get to the hotel and to get back to the airport. We got to the hotel and when it was time for us to go to the airport we had called at 2 am Saturday morning and got no one to answer, then we kept calling with no answer, we finally gave up at 4am. When we woke up at 9am we continued to call and still didnt get an answer!! We had to end up getting a cab to the airport! We will just take a cab from now on!

The driver was awesome. He chatted and kept everyone company while making his stops for us. Was polite and very gentleman like also.
The quality of service was extremely poor we are going through Covid and the driver would not even wear a mask constantly coughing. Needless to say they wrote the wrong return date and I tried calling them several times the day before to make them aware and no response when I made it to the airport by taxi they said I had to contact the one 800 number no response or reimbursement. Never Again
The website does not work properly. I tried it last week and it would not show me what the total was at the end (the way the site reservation looks like, it was designed for mobile) so I decided to try again yesterday. Same thing. And when I tried booking using the web special link, there was noway to select an option. I then tried downloading their app and as the reviews stated, it will not allow for new users to register. I was going to try this place out even with the negative reviews posted, but definitely wont use them if their website and mobile app doesnt even function properly.
Booked a two way airport limo option through a third party vacation provider. When we arrived no one was at the airport to pick us up. I contact Bell and they told me basically that their email has been down for over a month, and hadnt told anyone. They offered to pick my up but the wait would be thirty to sixty minutes. Which is crazy because I had used Bell in May and booked almost the exact same option with zero issues. Bell told me I can wait or find alternative transportation options (Which I opted to). I clarified on Monday that in-fact their email was down and this was not a vacation vendor issue. This company cares nothing for their customers. Bell describes themselves as black service vehicle provider for Las Vegas, what a joke. Never use this service, stick with Presidental Limos.
We enjoyed our driver, he was very nice and friendly, but he was late to the airport and he didnt assist with our bags once we arrived at the hotel.
The problem I have is that the slowness of the service should be clear. I get on a shuttle bus, for $15, over an hour ago. She is going to hit every other hotel before taking us to Ceasers Palace. I should have just gotten a taxi. Im thankful I did not do the round trip. If youre super cheap, and dont mind waiting 90 minutes to shuttle 3 miles away, this is for you.
I booked our pickup at the airport to occur 10 or 15 minutes later than our flight arrival time. I did this because I flights get delayed. When we landed, I had a text saying our driver had gotten there earlier than the requested time. Donald then proceeded to take the slower path on a construction laden surface road. Google maps showed the highway was clear and would have been several minutes faster. We got billed for extra time as a result. Guess I should have checked reviews for this company. Our return trip driver, Kerry was on time and took the most efficient route. The car type I requested was not available for either leg of the trip. While the limo was nice, I really would have preferred the sedan. I have bad knees and its a little awkward to get in and out of limos. I would have appreciated communication of this change and the ability to make different arrangements.

Horrible company. Booked car service over 3 weeks ago. Ghetto, CSR with attitude will call you weeks later and scam you into trying to pay 500% more for car service. If you want to deal with a uneducated talk down to you conversation weeks after booking this company is for you. If you are seeking a professional experience, look elsewhere. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this scam. We prepaid for round trips to and from the airport. It was $60. We get to the airport and all their kiosks are closed and have been since covid. We immediately called and their number is completely automated for a reservation. Youre not able to talk to anyone. I was really upset when I found out that the taxis can only charge $19 if you go from the airport to a hotel and return. So right there I would have paid $38 for round trip. Lets support the taxi drivers!
I book Bell Trans for pick up/drop off airport special online for Aug 19 and Aug 22.My plane arrived on Aug 19,2021 at 9:22pm. I made reservations for the company to pick up at 10:00pm due to me and party having luggage and giving us time cause I seen online about the 1 hour they give. I got a text on Aug 19 at 11:18am letting me know who the driver will be thats picking me up and his mobile number. When my plane arrived at 9:18pm at 9:22pm I got a text from the driver (Dana) letting me know he was on his way to the airport. When we made it to baggage he was there waiting on us. My pick up to the airport on Aug 22,2021 was suppose to be at 11:00am. I never receive a text letting me know who the driver will be or what time the driver was coming. At 8:30am I called Bell Trans and never was able to talk to someone. I text the number that text me about my reservation when I made it and I never got a response. I reach out to the driver(Dana) who pick me up when we made it and he never responded back. It was 10:00am and now Im getting upset cause I havent heard from Bell Trans and my pick up time is 11:00am. i finally got a text at 10:30am saying someone will be there to pick me and my party up at 11:00am. At 11:00 am no-one showed up till almost 11:30am. The driver(Cleo) arrived suit was wrinkle and seem like he was in a hurry. When we got in the limo no water or ice and that suppose to be included with the ride. He got us to the airport and when I made it home and check my credit card, Bell Trans had charge me twice. I called so many times and its so hard to reach someone by phone. I text the number that text me still no response. I finally got another number for Bell Trans I found on google and tried it and finally spoke with David(Bell Trans rep) he told me I was charge for going over my hour. I tried to explain to him it was a mistake but he didnt care at all. Bell Trans is a rip off and I would never ever recommend them to noone. I never ever complain or will never try to get over noone but I hate when companies get over on customers. Its not right and its not fair. I trusted this company to give me awesome service and was disappointed and overcharged.
Driver was late, Limo was busted, broken window, broken door frame. Driver also drove 100mph on the freeway passing cars and getting incredibly close to other drivers. We were also over charged by 100 dollars because the driver forgot to close out the ride. We were dropped off at 1030am but the driver logged we were dropped of after 12pm. Total fraud company. They could care less about what happened. No refund, no apology. Look elsewhere for your private car needs!!! 0 out of 5 stars..

Waited for over an hour and a half past scheduled pick up time for a shuttle to our hotel. Never came, and we were told 6 times the shuttle would be there within 5 minutes. Never came. Decided to try to use the voucher to get a shuttle back to the airport on the day we left. Shuttle never came. BellTrans will not refund for this either. Dont waste your money or time!
Was outside by 3:30 am, pickup was at 4. Called and they acted like they had no idea I had a reservation. They recommended I find alternate transportation. Thanks for leaving me stranded

My pick up was mot smooth whatsoever, dirty buses and long lines all around. They not even drop me off at my hotel door set but around the corner and had to carry luggage for good 200ft. For my return, I been Trying to contact them just to verify my return pickup time, I been calling them for two days, longest on hold time was 45 min. Decided to get an Uber instead. Will not hire them again and I won’t recommend them to my clients either.
It was a nightmare! I bought the roundtrip tickets. Arrival shuttle at the airport wasnt located where it said on the emailed instructions. We had to run all over the airport to track down the correct kiosk. The driver took our paper ticket and refused to give it back saying we could tell the dispatcher the booking number and they would accept it. When I called to reserve the departure shuttle they told me I needed the paper ticket that the first driver took from me. Poor overall communication between drivers and dispatchers. Spent over an hour on the phone getting them to book me an airport return shuttle. The second driver was extremely rude and screamed at us for not seeing her shuttle that was apparently waiting for us even though we went to the designated shuttle area and not having the paper ticket that was taken from me by the first driver. The whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Call me crazy, but I dont expect to pay for a service and then do a bunch of work to make sure I get it. I would recommend a cab or the Deuce to the airport if your looking for lower budget options.
I paid for a round trip ticket, when it came time for me to leave the shuttle never showed up, I called and they told me to call for a refund, they been sending me on a run around just to get my $15 refund back. This is a horrible customer service business and I will never use it again. I will continue to use uber or Lyft. If they do multiple customers that way, they getting over and stealing people money and they not getting their ride. They just keeps the money, I still have not gotten a refund and I went in July.

Take a taxi! Fixed rates for taxis are from $19 to $27 for most hotels on the strip. We learned the hard way. We paid $30 for two people to go from the airport to the Cosmopolitan. It took nearly 1.5 hours. Most of that was waiting for the shuttle to fill up. Waste of time and money!
Would give zero stars if I could.. the guy took FOREVER to load and then lefty luggage and stroller on the curb at the airport.. then said he would go back and look for it... 20 min later no news called the number and waited 35 MINUTES on hold.. they found the luggage but its gonna take them 20 min to get here... 1 hour later he finally showed up with our luggage and had the nerve to ask for a tip.. the company refused to refund our money for the shuttle as well
I used a Belltrans airport shuttle the week of 8/2/21 toWYNN. I left my sunglasses on the shuttle.I contacted general manager Breck Opeka andhe took charge. He sent me a picture of the glasses in lost and found. When I confirmed they were mine he boxed them up and sent them to me in Chicago. Thanks for a great job!!

Ive used them before for round trip airport service but this last time will be the last time. I booked our trip through southwest vacations and added round trip airport service as an add on. I called the day before to make sure everything was good to go and they said they didnt even have a reservation for me. They blamed it on southwest for not forwarding the reservation to them. Ok I can deal with that. I sent a text with pictures of my itinerary and the lady took care of it. My reservation was for a regular Cadillac Escalade. Our daughter was so excited as that is her dream car. I did not need a limo as it was just my wife, our daughter and me. They also thought it would be so cool to see someone standing at baggage claim with our name. Got to baggage claim and nothing. I got our bags and still no one. Stood off to the side and called bell trans. No direct number and was on hold for about 10 minutes. While waiting, I got a call from a vegas number. It was our driver who asked that we meet her in the parking garage. Might be corny to some people but we were looking forward to having someone at baggage claim to meet us. This was a special trip and thought it would be fun to do this. We got down to the garage and our driver was still missing in action. Stood around for about a minute then a lady hollered at us. She was our driver and the car was not an Escalade but an older Chrysler 300 limo. Was way bigger than what we needed and it just felt awkward. Driver was super nice though and accommodating. We dont drink much so we asked to stop at a Walgreens instead of a liquor store and she obliged without hesitation. Return service to the airport was hampered by all the construction at Caesars. Thought we would have an Escalade at this point but it was the same Chrysler 300 limo. Again it just felt awkward for just the three of us. We paid a for a premium service and it was not even close to what we were told the experience would be like. Daughter was super bummed we didnt get the Escalade that we reserved. Unfortunately, well just stick to Uber next time

I purchased a pickup for my husband and I this morning. Our flight left out at 6 so I requested a 3:30A.M. pickup time. And they didnt show up and wont give me my money back, even though it was them that never showed up. Would avoid if you hope to catch your plane. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone at the company either all it is is a recording and you dont even get an email or text confirmation when you set up your pickup time to know if they will or more then likely will not be there to get you
We booked what we thought would be a no-brainer. Roundtrip From/To McCarren Intl Airport to the Palazzo Hotel in Las Vegas, through Expedia. We arrived at the airport, picked up our luggage and waited.. and searched for our driver. I call the supplied phone number and get a recording that will not allow me to speak to an agent.. I call Expedia and am on hold... 20 minutes later, a limo pulls up to the curb - he wasnt there for our party, but was kind enough to radio the office and take us to the hotel. He admitted that they did not receive any communication from Expedia, but that they were emailing about the situation and would resolve the issue for our return trip. We confirmed the pickup time for the return and I felt confident that Valentin was taking care of us.I emailed the reservation confirmation the day before we left, no response. The next morning, we arrive at the Hotels pickup location and there is no driver.. speak with the concierge, who does not have a direct number for this Company but offered to try her best (Iris) - we end up taking a taxi to the airport.So.. $165 + cab fare to the airport $40, and I cannot seem to get a refund for the return.Very, very poor business practice. I understand Covid has changed our world but there is no excuse for this lack of response, and lack of customer support.
My wife and I were vacationing in Las Vegas from June 20th to the 23rd. I purchased tickets for round trip shuttle service through Bell Tran at the airport to the Bellagio. I contacted the service 24hrs before our flight out of Las Vegas to be picked up at 7am Wednesday morning. We were on time for pick up, the shuttle wasnt. I made repeated calls to Bell Tran dispatch supervisor, no one answered. After a half hour we decided to take a cab. A security guard told me we were one of many people complaining that morning that werent picked up. Would not recommend. Take a taxi. Would like a refund.
To go to the Hotel is ok to get pickup from Hotel to Airport good luck I waited 45 minutes Uber was the better choice I just paid twice for my return...🤨😶
Terrible. Left terminal only to circle back around for two people one in a wheelchair which took additional 29 minutes to load. All the while no air conditioning and it’s 110 out. Ridiculous to inconvenience 20 people for two more. Driver was obviousness ask for ax to be turned on he says “oh” never again I’ll pain more for less hassle

When we arrived at the airport we found the window to buy tickets for the shuttle. We bought round trip tickets. We were told to call 3 hours before out departure, and were given 2 stubs. The driver took 1 stub and told us to hang on to the other for our return trip. When we were ready to leave we tried to call and could not get anyone to awnser the phone. The desk clerk for our hotel finally got through for us and was told a driver would be there at 6. So we waited an hour. Driver finally showed up and when we handed him what we were givin he said that was not the ticet. We explained that is all that was given to us . He said we would have to buy another ticket if we wanted a ride. We took a cab instead. Bad company, so many complaints. Dont use this company. When we called to complete nothing was done and no apology given.
My kids and I booked a SUV with champagne as a surprise as part of my wife birthday trip to Las Vegas. No one was there waiting upon arrival. Look around for them in the area we were told they be at. Couldn’t find them. Tried to call them several times no answer. End up taking a Uber to our hotel which was very late in the evening. When I finally got ahold of someone was told they couldn’t track our flight which I feel it a poor excuse, especially with emails from them confirming our pick up time with our flight information wouldn’t recommend them or attempt to use their service again on our next visit!
We bought a round trip tickets. Made reservations for the return to the airport. I received a text that our driver was enroute. 10 minutes before our pick up time. We continued to wait, 40 minutes later. I tried call...Its an automated system & was unable to talk to anyone . I responded to the text. No response. I sent an email. 3 days later. Still no response. We ended up taking a taxi. Definitely cant rely on this company & they dont respond. I was frustrated and having to scramble to make alternative arrangements.
DO NOT USE!!!! Never again, i book round trip in advance.. getting to the hotel from the airport was fine, no problems. But 2 days into my vacation, I got an email confirming my reservation for the day before my flight, tried to call the main number but its an automated recoding, not a live person, I found an extension # on my original confirmation and 45 minutes on hold, I was able to speak to someone that told me they did not have a return trip scheduled for me on my actual flight day and when I told him I am looking at a confirmed booking email he said you were supposed to call and book your return trip nevertheless he scheduled me for the correct day at 4am. Needless to say they still showed up the day before and woke me up at 3:30am to tell me they were outside waiting for me. Later that day I got an email confirming my trip for the correct day but at 3:30am. Didnt bother correcting it and waiting another 45 minutes on hold. Not surprisingly 2 different people went to pick us up the day of. Never again. Ohhh and by the way, you have to print your confirmation email twice, because the driver keeps it at picm up, and if yo dont have it PRINTED though would have to pay th driver for your trip, regardless if you already pre paid.
We tried purchasing a limousine from a company located at this address.Put down a large deposit, travelled across the country to look at the vehicle. It turned out to be a poor quality, with bad engine and tires that wouldnt stand a chance of making it back. When we informed the sales person that we will not be purchasing, he first said that the owner will call us to arrange the refund. Then after multiple unanswered calls, he refused to refund the deposit and stopped communicating all together. Beware of this fraudulent and borderline scam operation. If you ever book with them and then your plans will change, you will not get a refund.
The pickup to a while but thats ok because flights were landing, limited staff maybe. However, for the return after my trip if I paid in advanced and you had a pickup reservation to get me.Even if I dont have my receiptI should still be able to ride because my card was charged before hand not ooooook!!!
Upon arriving at Vegas Airport, I purchased a round-trip shuttle pass from their booth. Little did I know when it came time to schedule my pick up, my hotel wasnt listed in their automated system. In fact, their system appeared to be outdated, as there were several hotel option that no longer existed(ie The Riviera and LVH)! Seriously, it took an entire day trying to reach someone, anyone! Finally, after numerous calls to various numbers I spoke with someone. Needless to say, the lack of professionalism left me wondering if I was going to actually be picked up the next morning. However, the shuttle showed up. If youre staying at the Sahara be sure to schedule your pick up at the booth when purchasing, or youll need an Uber!!!!
Never showed up or bothered to call. Was able to reach them 30 minutes after the reservation and they informed me it was canceled. Terrible customer service and they literally laughed at me as I tried to figure out how to get to my hotel without my booked ride (booked over a month in advance) DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR TRANSPORTATION
The booking process for Bell Trans was effortless and extremely professional. The party bus we booked was clean, in great condition, and pretty modern! I had a valid concern, and a member from the management contacted me immediately and was extremely professional. I am pleased with the service I received.
You can’t speak to a person, they don’t answer their phones, website is useless. I paid for a shuttle to the airport and can’t even trust them to show up. Making other plans, this business is a joke!!
Besides Bell and Presidential being pretty much the same company which is confusing when you book one and get a receipt from another, it was great. I got the limo for a surprise for my Sister and Brother-in-law. Paid a little extra for a stop at the liquor store and the Vegas sign. Fun for them. Worth it.
Took 2 hours for shuttle to arrive, the AC barely worked. However, the staff was friendly and the drivers were extremely personable.
Very, very mediocre. I am a local who took to the airport and back from home. Neither driver had any idea of where they were going. I had to verbally give directions from the back seat both ways, and I live in a well-known area. Both kept complaining about their Ipads not working properly. Both drivers were very concerned about their tips after I stated I had prepaid when booking the reservation. They even called to confirm that I had paid up front. The car that picked us up from the airport had a jacket from another person/group still in the backseat. Ice was all melted. Just did not feel that clean. Will not be using again.
I paid for a shuttle fare at the airport for a round trip to our hotel and back to the airport.Well, we are staying at the LINQ Hotel & Casino and are trying to book a shuttle back to the airport for tomorrow afternoon. I have been on the phone for the last half hour with the automated reservation system trying to book the shuttle but it doesn’t recognize the LINQ in the system. I say “LINQ” but it says some other hotel and won’t even let me select the correct input on the keypad. And of course you can’t talk to anyone because it’s all automated.I am so beyond frustrated and disappointed. Looks like next time I will stick with a taxi and book the round trip online.Wish I could give zero stars.

Ive used Bell a few times. Every time theyve been on-time and very professional. Ive not tried any other service because Bell has been very good and I will continue to use them. Most of the time I request an SUV, there have been occasions where we were picked up in limos instead. A nice surprise is good.
Paid for a private SUV for our anniversary and got shoved in a passenger van with multiple stops. Didn’t get service at all for my trip back to the airport, called an Uber. Been trying to get a partial refund for the first trip and a full refund for the return trip for two weeks now. From now on I’ll just take an Uber.
Booked for wheelchair lift and told them what hotelGot to airport and they said they didnt go to my hotel . Had to wait 3 hours for a wheelchair lift taxi.
Felix our first driver was awesone!! Friendly, courteous and all around great performance. He picked us up and took his time which was perfectly alright. He made sure we had a good time and got to our destination safely.Our 2nd driver was the complete opposite. I think he was either upset or mad because we were a half hour late from our pick-up time. Not our fault, the restaurant was busy.After apologizing several times he drove like he was in the Vegas 400. Made our return trip in record time. Thought we were going faster than the speed of sound.
We had a great experience with our two drivers Donald and Kerry. Both were on time...our departure pick up to go back to the airport was at 4:30am and out driver Kerry was 30 minutes early and text me to let me know but still said to take our time. Very professional!
If I could, I would give this company a 0. We waited for an hour for the shuttle to arrive. The driver gets out of shuttle and points at random people to get in. Take in mind some of the people just walked up and were selected. We had to adress this with the driver who finally corrected the issue. There is more, stay tuned for part 2

SCAM COMPANY! Their phone system would not schedule my return shuttle for which I had paid I tried calling, texting, and emailing and received no help. After not providing the shuttle, they texted and lied and said they tried calling me. I received no calls from Las Vegas (or any Nevada area code). Completely unreliable and dishonest company.
Shuttle never showed for pick up and no one answered the phone nor emails.
I tried to book with them and the gentleman who answer the phone was rude. He stated they were booked, and hung up me. Thank you for your professionalism.
Presidential Limousine is the ONLY way to get from the airport to either the Strip or Downtown Vegas. Drivers are awesome and the vehicles are very nice. A great way to begin and end a vacation to Vegas. Worth the extra money.
This is very rubbish company and very unprofessional! Stay away from them use Uber or taxi!
Booked roundtrip champagne limo to and from the airport for my son, they didnt get the champagne so i called, the lady says its complimentary so nothing i can do! never using them again there customer service is the worst
We arrived At the hotel only to have our reservation canceled because we did not have a car seat. We did not know we needed a car seat and they did nothing to help us remedy the situation so they just canceled us and left us at the airport with a family of seven and no way to get to our hotel. The supervisor said we “should have known better”. Extremely unprofessional and rude

Arrived to pick us in a dirty stretch suv not limo. Did not have any champagne nor did he ask what kind of music we preferred. He had one pack of nabs for 6 people. The suv didnt accommodate all of our luggage so we had luggage inside on the seats with us. I was embarrassed in front of my guests.
Covid really changed them they take forever to answer the phone to order pick up and I almost missed my flight

Booked a VIP limo to and from the airport quite a bit in advance of our trip. Got to the airport and had to not only go looking for them but also had to stand in a long line to get tickets for the limo. Rather ridiculous.On the way back to the airport was better. Driver was on time and very courteous. Cars were very nice stretch limousines.

Bought a round trip from hotels.com when I booked my flight. Pickup at airport was easy and quick. For the return trip, it was not as easy. I made the reservations 24 hrs in advance like they asked. They said I would get a text when the driver was on the way. They took all my information down. I didnt get any message letting me know. He was 15 minutes early. (Luckily so was I) then I didnt have the paper printed out with my reservations. Driver gave me an attitude and told me that I have to email it to the office before I could get on. So I had to search through all my emails to try to find it. Then the office didnt get my email, so i ended up having to email it to him.Tip: print out 2 copies of your voucher. One for trip from airport to hotel and on for trip back to airport. Or you may be delayed and get some attitude.
Absolutely no complaints. Talked with Andrew on the phone and was quickly booked for 3 separate 1 hour runs with Sergey and Christina as our drivers. Each run was to a new destination and ranged from 6 to 9 to midnight. Needed 6 passenger, was told 8 passenger only for one run, but I did get 6 passenger for all 3, saving me some money. Literally gave them an hours notice before first run and all was handled quickly and perfectly. Got a text with dispatch info, driver name, car number, and driver phone number. Made our family evening outing absolutely perfect! Couldnt be happier!

Been using their service for years. Its hit and miss. Sometimes trips to and from the airport can be quick. Sometimes can take hours. Not sure why so many people have been passed up to be picked up at there hotels. I have never been missed or not picked up from a strip hotel. I use the service because its cost effective. $17.50 round trip is hard to beat.
We had the best driver Hergie! He was very funny and gave us a good time but also was very professional. We will definitely be using Bells Trans again.
This company is the worst. I booked a shared shuttle from McCarran Airport to the Golden Nugget and they put me on the shuttle that stops all throughout the strip. There mustve been about seven stops before mine. I arrived at the airport at 11:55 pm and I didnt get to my hotel until 2:15 am. It took about 1 hour and 45 minutes for the ride. The driver tells me after that I should call their office to complain. He felt sorry for me and told me that they used to group people in zones so the ride wouldnt be so long. I had a 6 hour flight and the shuttle made it even worse. Never again. Look at all these negative reviews. I wish i found this page before booking.
I had an exceptional experience with Bell Trans. My driver Jeffrey, was by far, the friendliest, most professional driver I have ever had the privilege of riding with. He went above and beyond to make my trips to and from the airport great. I highly recommend taking a private sedan, over a crowded shuttle bus anyday. Thanks Jeffrey!!
I wish I could give this sorry excuse for a company a 0 star review. This is the third time we have used Bell Trans in 3 years coming to Las Vegas and has progressively gotten worse. Yesterday we pre-booked a sedan to pick us up from the airport for a 1 hour service. The driver showed up 10-15 minutes late. He took us the 15 minutes to drive us to our hotel and refused to drive us around for our hour service we paid for, like our previous trips. The next day our credit card was charged for a 90 minute ride, and added a $10 extra meet and greet fee that was not stated in the original quote that included all taxes and airport fees via email before we arrived. When I called in to get an explanation and refund on the extra charges, the service agent was very rude, told me they would not process a refund and told me we do not have to use Bell Trans services. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor, who was equally as rude and refused to process a refund for the extra charges. She told me we dont need to use Bell Trans services again and hung up on me! We pay a premium price over a regular cab for a premium service which we certainly did not receive yesterday. I have never been treated so poorly and told not to use the companies service by multiple employees. For a service company, they certainly do not provide a good service experience. Do not use Bell Trans unless you want to wait an extra long time for your late driver, extra charges added on the next day, rude employees, and overall a poor experience. I will certainly never use Bell Trans again, I will tell all my friends that visit Las Vegas to never use this company, and I strongly encourage anyone who reads this to think twice about using Bell Trans services. I will be disputing the extra charges with my credit card company with my original quote, that I still did not receive a 60 minute ride.
