Im very pleased with our property manager Ashley Rigsbee in Las Vegas area. She truly understands the needs and concerns of property owners and balance it with empathy and timely response. Ashley also did a great job in coordinating and conducting the annual home inspection with the tenants. I know I am in good hands!

After many tries and failed attempts of trying to get into a house with other people and companies. Renters Warehouse & especially Laura Hartman were amazing. After asking what our housing needs were Laura found the perfect house and got us approved and in in less than 48 hours!!!

Hands down the best moving experience Ive ever had. Branden Lindsey was extremely professional and was not only very responsive but got me the house that I wanted and I didnt have to settle. Being a hands on property owner for most my adult life, I know how difficult it is to find a good property management when you become an absentee owner. One thing I have to say about Renters Warehouse is that their communications with owner and handling things timely are incredible-email, calls & texts! And they have crew of vendors to dispatch quickly!Recently I had a hot water heater bursted middle of the night at a property in another state, I got all communications @10:45pm and a new water heater was installed the next morning! We are still in the process of restoring the water damage in the house with home insurance, but had the course of action being delayed, there would have been more damage and unhappy tenants as we speak! As an owner I appreciate having a good management working with me, especially grateful for the great job maintenance coordinator, Renee De Lima, has done!♥️

Applied to one condo, was told they’ll move the application to another condo if they don’t accept. All they said was “we think they went with the other people”, won’t reply to texts about other condo, or phone calls. Wasted $90 on applying just for them to barely respond.

Horrible to deal with! They never return phone calls or emails! Work orders are ignored, and are impossible to get a hold of. Overall I do not recommend this company to anyone, if for no other reason than lack of communication! I have tried to get in touch with manager and she has been avoiding my phone calls for over a month. I am so relieved that I don’t have to deal with this property management company anymore.I do not recommend them at all.

Total scam artists and extremely difficult to work with. We have owned our own homes for 20 years and attempted to apply for a rental property as a transition for a move. they did not have the property listed on the website so we had to call them to get that fixed. Then, the online application on the website would not submit because of data errors because it required fields to be filled in even though they were not applicable. Then, we had to wait for our credit check to go through, which mysteriously took longer than other people who applied after we did. They decided to rent the property to others, even though we applied first and our credit is impeccable. They did not give us a refund for our application fees, even though the applications were never adequately processed. Stay away from these people.

Reymart from Renters Warehouse Maintenance handled a repair on a rental property with such professionalism and attentive service, I was compelled to write this review. There was an issue with a hot water heater. The first vendor Reymart contacted was slow to respond so he found another vendor to use. He understood the urgency of repairing a hot water heater before it failed. Reymart kept me informed every step of the way. I can’t say enough about his exceptional service.

I tried to dispute my move out charges with Kristina garcia a year or so ago(she is the bigger girl who use to sit up front)and she rudely told me I couldnt? NOT TRUE! I just reopened my dispute on 4.1.2021 and again she is trying to manipulate me to avoid the leg work. I have been waiting 3 weeks now?? I need this asap.

I had to come to the office to pay my rent for the first time ever in years, because of a new system they started and I wasnt sure if my payment went through. I have been renting from this company from back when they were called First Service.  Anyhow, I ended up being very glad I came in! The two ladies that helped me up front were just so sweet and helpful. They took their time with me and were so pleasant to be around. Nice smiles. It was just a nice surprise.  Almost wish I had a reason to go back!

We had a mold issue in our house, which turned into a big project with several workers coming out to look at, and then fix, the problem. Anna with Renters Warehouse kept tabs on us and helped us communicate with the homeowner and the maintenance vendors the entire time. I really appreciated her attention to detail and continual check-ins on us to see how the progress was coming. Renters beware(house)! Avoid renting a property managed by RW if possible. Abysmal customer service and sketchy business practices. Some lowlights of my three and a half years renting from them include:• RW exclusively calling my former roommate for any issue with the property despite the fact that she moved out after a year and was not on any of the subsequent leases. I begged every employee I spoke with to remove her as the contact. They never did.• RW concealing an “additional administrative fee” into the third lease I signed with them. It was pages deep into the document, in plain, unbolded text. So much for good faith and fair dealing! (Shame on me, I know, for skimming the document instead of reading it word for word). Dubiously, when I gave my notice to vacate and told RW I was moving out because I felt it was unfair of them to gouge me with a hidden fee they offered to refund the money and waive the fee moving forward.• RW attempting to keep 90% of my security deposit (including charges such as $50 to replace a lightbulb!). When I pointed out the charges didn’t comply with Nevada law, they were all of a sudden willing to pay the rest of what I was owed.If you rent from these guys make sure you stay on your toes. RW will try and take advantage of you at every opportunity.

Not responsive, even if for urgent solutions like to fix the most maintenance repairs. They dont miss a minute when they punished you for late payment but when you inform them to fix something they might took more than a month, what a management? Dont recommended at all

Ria handled my last maintenance issue, which was very involved due to excessive water damage from a broken pipe in the above unit. She was professional, and kept on top of the issue. She and the Real Estate Advisor, Nevin, provided advice and kept the tenant informed every step of the way. Truly outstanding service.

Update and response to Renters Warehouse:Negative ghost writer. On Dec 6th I received an email stating that my account had been deleted and that if I thought this was done in error I should call immediate. There was no mention of a transfer of platforms at all. I have the original email for your review.My husband received the same email and called the company. The representative that he talked to apologized telling him that for some reason all renters and owners accounts were deleted. He did not know the reason why, who did it, or of any solution. Nor could he tell us if our information was compromised. He made no mention at all of the planned transfer. He also told us he would call us when he found out more. We never received a call. It wasnt until Dec 12 that we received an email about the supposed transfer.--------(original post)Terrible service. Have had so many issues with them in the past with getting service done for the home we rent from them over the last few years. Delays with fixing our air conditioner for example in the middle of summer and just recently our online accounts were deleted. Was told that all accounts of renters and owner for some unexplainable reason were deleted and cannot be guaranteed that our information was not compromised. Leaving this company once our lease is over. Dont waste your time.

EDIT: After speaking with Tamara, weve determined that we were being charged March rent in error (our lease ended at the end of February with 30 day letters issued by both parties) and they will be correcting the error and issuing a partial refund of our deposit rather than charging us. I still have qualms with my overall experience as a Renters Warehouse tenant, but they have fixed my main issue.

Moved in a month ago and I am very happy about the communication, actions and all together contact with my agent Don Clemenson. Renters warehouse is another matter! First of all, I have to send reminders on a weekly basis and still have lots of stuff that is not fixed - There is no action and no updates, in short I have no idea what is happening or not happening. Also had problems with when i was suppose to pay rent and how much, called it in and talked for 30 min. and was promised to receive a call back, call never came.

I have owned a property in Las Vegas for many years and my transition to Renters Warehouse two years ago has been fantastic. Well I will start by saying I would not recommend any one to lease through this company . Here are my reasons . I was living in Michigan and planning the move with my 14 year old son . I found this Home and fell in love with it after seeing the pictures . I contacted the agent . I flew from Michigan to Las Vegas to see the Home and pay my deposite . When I arrived there was no running water, and no electric ?? The home was filthy inside, the pool was a mess, it needed all new paint and new carpet . My agent Dru assures me it would all be handled before I can back with my son . So I wen ahead and leased it . 2 weeks later I arrive with my son . We walk in and the house is NOT DONE!!! It still needed everything . Now here we are another 2 weeks later . The house just repainted yesterday . And new carpets only in the bedroom!! The rest of the carpet still has animal urine stains all over it . They say they are not replacing it, and they don’t have time to talk to me about it . So I would not recommend anyone at all to lease from this company . Unfortunately I am stuck with them on a 18 month lease . And definitely do not deal with Dru she is full of empty promises and will say anything to get your money !

I am very lucky to have met Mike, the owner of Renters Warehouse. He got me out of an unfortunate incident that occurred with my old property management. Mike gives out great advice and helps solve any predicaments you may have. He does his job efficiently and effectively, he found a tenant for me quickly. Because of him I do not have any worries and I can ensure that my property is in good hands.

Now the only reason why I’m giving them a 3 star rating, which was going to be a 1 star, is due to Stephanie. Daniel from there company represents 1 star service. He was exceptionally rude, and is a liar.I asked him to contact the owner of my property for me, due to some issues I was having. I called 4 times in 3 weeks. He told me he passed in the message, lied over the phone to me, and did not care about my issues.I talked to Stephanie, and told her my situation, and she called the owner immediately, and the owner then called me back, within the hour. She saved them from me giving a bad star rating.

They took over management of the condo I was renting and I didnt have any issues with them during the year and half they were managing it. The only problem I had was after moving out they deducted a $100 for paint and patch which was odd because I did not hang anything on the walls. I disputed and after several emails back and forth they agreed to pay the $100 they withheld. Then a few more back and forth emails and they finally issued the check. Overall they were a decent company to deal with and I did not have any problems during the time I was renting from them and only the small issue at move out that was resolved after a little bit of back and forth.

I moved here from Denver in Oct 2017, I had to find a place in Vegas while living in Denver, I wasnt getting any help from any agents in Las Vegas until I called Renters Warehouse. My agent (Dru) was the only agent willing to work with me long-distance. I was very skeptical that this would work out as I had been kicked to the curb by other agents. I kept telling myself this was too good to be true and kept waiting for the whole deal to fall through, but that didnt happen. She was the ONLY agent that actually worked with me, stayed in touch with me, and guided me through securing a home sight unseen. Im quite pleased with my experience with Dru and would highly recommend her to friends and family.
