Love going for walks here. Its directly across from our house and its so beautiful. It would be great if they finished it though. Its pretty underdeveloped. The wild horses are beautiful when they are actually there.

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Allison is by far the friendliest, most patient, understanding realtor I’ve ever worked with. She helped me and my boyfriend find the perfect home. She listens to your wants, needs, and concerns. She answers every question you could have and takes pride in her career. She will find you the perfect home if you let her! Highly recommend! You can’t go wrong :)

I have personally worked with Shana twice. My husband and I bought 2 homes and sold one, each time Shana was amazing. We do not have child care and my 2 small children would run around these houses which stressed me out but Shana Reese always had a smile on her face reminding me that kids being comfortable in a new house was a good thing. With my 5 million questions she never seemed to be pushy and never made me feel like a burden. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have worked at Premier Realty Group for about 4 years now. It is such a family friendly environment, and it feels like such a family here. I come into work every day happy and ready to work. I have gotten to know our tenants and their lives as well because that is the kind of atmosphere we want here! Everyone is positive and friendly, and works hard to make sure the job gets done correctly!

My experience since moving in a year and a half ago has been amazing. They are always quick to respond and very professional. They make us feel like part of the family. Shana, Paige, and Karla have been fantastic to us and I hope to stay many more years!

Its been my privilege to work with Premier Realty for the past year. My experience has been that they are always on time and communicate very effectively. I always receive emails and follow up phone calls to the emails. They are meticulous with the care of their properties and it shows.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Never rent from this company. I repeat, never rent from this company. 7 days without heat and over a month with a leaky roof and they believe that they did everything within Nevada law. Just dont chance your livelihood, go to a different company.

Wonderful Real Estate Company that goes above and beyond to help buyers and sellers alike. They also handle property management. I have had nothing but a very positive experience with everyone I have had contact with at this company and would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with this reality company! Leased a property with them for a year payed rent on time, cause even that they only have you till the first, after that it was late fee. But ya and when I decided to move I did everything the landlord wanted me to so I can get my security deposit of $1375. At the end when we did move-out walk thru, she did say everything look good just some minor repairs. At the end she only have me back $297, saying she paint and cleaned carpet, when I had receipt of carpet cleaning I was on my needs cleaning a dirty house they have me in the first place. And when ask to get a copy of my move -in walk thru that I put how dirty house was, I never received one and instead just got her saying what was wrong but never have it to me. We didn’t come to an agreement, so I tried to see if I could talk to broker. Since the letter with deposit refund said if I didn’t agree to call them. I called no answer, left msg no answer. Got a txt saying I can’t talk I txt them no answer. Called again talked to receptionist told them what was going on she said broker we’ll be getting back to me, and until now No Answer!😡 and this is wrong! Cause they do it to just take your money. Cause I left that house clean, and she still wanted to charge me for some trash I left next to trash can that I know the bulk takes, so I even had to go next day to pick it up, cause she was pressuring me to get out at 2 pm on the 31st when I payed for the that day technically I need to turn in house that night or on the 1st early morning. But what gets to me is how unprofessional they are to not even call back!

When I first moved and rented a house through this company it was a good experience. Over the years and the changing of realtors that changed. I lived in my house for five years with no issues and always complain when told there was a problem. Dealing with Shana Reese and going through all the harassment that she put me and my family through has changed my opinion of property management companies. I caught her in multiple lies during my stay in the house and refused to allow me to amend my lease which I had been doing each year except this past year. Shana Reese forced me to go month to month so she could raise my rent as often as she wanted! I recently moved me and family out due to the harassment I was without a washer for the last few months of being in the house and now shes trying to charge for things that normally done when a person moves. If you decide to purchase or lease from this business I sincerely hope you dont have to deal with Shana Reese!

This is one of the nicest, most professional groups I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/rent a home!!

If there was an option to give half of a star I would of done it in a heartbeat. It is disgusting how this company and our property manager Roxanne handles our business. We will be out of a washer and dryer going on a month now and still nothing has been done! I don’t think it’s fair that I’m paying a full months rent for a home that doesn’t have working appliances in it! They’re rude and they could care less about you or your family. I’ve had plenty of renters before due to being in the military but this company and it’s property managers, by far have been the worst.

Irresponsible agent turned on my AC while she was showing my home to 68 and it ran continuously and doubled my power bill....... plus I had to pay an electrician to troubleshoot the problem......hard to be an out of state owner. And of course, she denied that she did it....... but the lockbox log showed that she was the only realtor on the day my power started spiking.... beware.

Great property managers, gets repairs done quick and very professional.

Absolutely the worst realtors ever. They are very incompetent, and harass their clients. Beware and stay far away!

Ive been with Premier Realty Group for 6 years, and thanks Shana, Paige and Karla my company has grown . They are a super team very qualified that know the the business of buying homes and rentals properties . Can not be in better hands .
