We moved from out of state and the staff at Brady Realty Group were very helpful, kind and professional. During my move in day we conducted a full and complete walk through including photos to document the condition of the property. Ive had some maintenance needs which were handle right away and without issue. The property I moved into was just remodeled and everything is beautiful.

No where on there website did it said application will be denind based on credit. I put in a application sure granted its not perfect credit but have always paid rent on time. They denied me due to credit history even though it wasnt outlined in the application proccess there was a criteria for that. Will be sending a report to hud

I like how convenient their website is to submit payments, and emails a confirmation of the payment submitted.I don’t usually have much interaction with Brady Realty other than maintenance requests once in awhile, or lease renewals. They have responded quickly to most of the maintenance issues within a timely manner. There was only one time, right after I moved in, that it took them over a week to replace the water heater. However, the rest of the time (3 years) they have always been quick to fix any other maintenance issues.Overall, I find Brady Realty a good company who makes sure the rental properties are good for tenants (they hire someone outside their company to inspect the property prior to move in), and they ensure the property stays maintained for the owners peace of mind.

I’ve been renting for almost a year now with brady realty group and so far, have had no issues. They respond quickly to any calls or emails you send (usually within the same day or at least 24 hours). Making maintenance requests are easy through the app and the company responds by texting me a work order number and the company that will be working on the issue. this happens within 24-48 hours. i don’t think i’ve ever had to wait longer than 48. overall, probably the best company i’ve worked with to rent from.

I am very happy with this company! I’ve been renting the same house for almost 6 years and in those years the property has gone through 3 property managers with Brady’s being the 3rd. I needed a repair and sent in a request at ten am and by noon the same day the repairman had come, fixed the problem and left! In six years that had never happened. A week later I needed permission to discard a HUGE TV left by previous tenant and within 15 minutes Karla contacted me with permission. I had been told by previous property managers I could not discard it because it belonged to the owner. To date, I have had only positive experiences with Brady’s and I would recommend this company to anyone! Karla is great!

Through them the whole process was fast easy, and efficient. They were very professional. I put in an application for a property they had and they promised to call same day to see if I qualified or not. Never received a call back and when I called asking about the status of my application the woman that answered the phone only said I was denied gave no reason why and hung up the phone. The mark of a true professional is when issues can be resolved promptly and professionally. I had very few issues with Brady or the home that we rented from them, but when issues did arise they were always resolved promptly and professionally.If you think that you can transact business without having disagreements then you need to reevaluate your perspective on business. I can honestly say that Brady treated my family and I with respect and complete professionalism.I have since moved out of Las Vegas, but I can easily and without reservation recommend Brady Realty to anyone looking to rent a home from a professional management company.

We have been in the house for a little over a month. week 2 our shower door wont shut. We put in a request for repair. The next week, after hearing nothing from them, we notice the door is now hanging off the hinges. It took an email, and 3 phone calls before they even contacted a repairman. He comes, and says the frame is now bent, so he would have to take it back to his shop. So they need the landlords approval. Landlord wants a second estimate (fine) but its now 2 weeks AFTER all of that, and after another round of phone calls we still have radio silence from our repair representative. Ill be putting rent into escrow until the issue is resolved, because Im paying for a shower I cant use, its a safety hazard, as I have 2 toddlers, and absolutely no idea when this issue will be solved.

Do not rent 2260 Villefort Court. This is a scam. The owner is currently being investigated for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and extortion. He is desperate for money. He is late on his mortgage payments, he still owes his attorney money from 2014, and he hasn’t paid the water bill in months. He will ask for a large security deposit and will do whatever it takes to never return it to you. Your security deposit is what will temporarily save him from foreclosure. Nothing in the entire property works and no repairs will be done or done correctly. I would pay no more than $1000/month. Be aware that the listing agent and the real estate company are colluding in this scam. If you have any doubts ask every single neighbor in the community. They will confirm. They absolutely abhor Brad Howard of Trend Nation, Melanie Ouziel Howard, and the Howard Family Trust. You have been warned. Rent at your own risk.

Too many issues to list. Slow on repairs- sometimes they dont fix them at all. Sometimes they arent available by phone or email. I had an emergency it took me over 24 hours to get a response then they blamed me. The list is endless...just do yourself a favor and dont rent one of their properties.

Awesome, very fast maintenance service

At first they seemed quite knowledgeable and helpful, obviously thats before we ever had to resolve issues that arose as time went on. Their handimen took ages to perform any repairs, often times we were told to fix it ourselves and pay out of pocket since they did not want to send someone out to do it. Once we had urgent need of our boiler fixed and we had to deal with their plumber of choice which rarely answered the phone and avoided having to come fix our issues. They simply did not care at all. Avoid these unprofessional sleaze balls at all costs.
