Ive been renting with them for about 3 years now and the AC unit has never worked properly. All these guys do is try and get the cheapest contractor to come out and Jerry rig it so it will work another few months. Every company that has looked at the unit told me it needs to be replaced. Its Summer in Nevada and its close to 90 in my house. Great job guys.
No air conditioning for over a week. Three different companies sent out and now air-conditioning repairs on hold to see if home warranty will pay for the part. I’m pretty sure that Nevada state law says that after 48 hours after written notice repairs must be made. Awesome guys way to go painted desert Realty, Its only 94° in my house.
David lee owner of painted desert reality is an amazing realtor. He helped us sell our home and purchase our new home. He explained things to us every step of the way, was always available to answer any questions we had. Provided us with an excellent construction contractor to remodel our new home. We appreciate all his effort and hard work. We will definitely recommend David to all our family and friends, and use him for all our future real estate needs.
The most honest, up front and helpful Las Vegas real estate agency Ive used. Renting with them was a great, no hassle experience. They found me the condo amenities that I needed at the price range I could afford. Would do business with them again! Thank you David Lee, and Kimberly Perryman for making my rental experience hassle free!
GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY!!! AS SEEN ON CHANNEL 13 ACTION NEWS.My mother was living in an apartment for 6 months her lease was until September 2015. She passed away on 3-3-15. My brother and I cleared out all of her belongings on 3-4-15, informed property management my mother had passed away and returned the keys within a week of her passing. We asked property management about the security deposit and we were told they will do everything they can to return the deposit. On 5-18-15 my brother called property management and we were informed the landlord is not returning the security deposit due to my mother breaking her lease. She passed away! It’s not like she packed up and left town. There is nothing in her lease sating what happens to the security deposit if something like this were to happen. We were told by property management (Kimberly Perryman) that the apartment has already been re-rented. My mother passed away 3-3-15 and her march rent was paid. We did not ask for the march rent back. Again we had the apartment cleared out by 3-4-15 this left the landlord almost a full moth that rent was paid to get in the apartment and re-rent it. The apartment was not dirty; my mother only lived there for 6 months. Upon us leaving we did not clean (vacuum, clean the restroom or wipe down counters) due to our situation we were quite busy and I knew my mother had put down an additional $250 cleaning deposit so we decided to forfeit the deposit and just let the landlord pay someone to clean the apartment even though I really was not dirty. We did assume since he had a month with rent paid we would get the security deposit back.Channel 13 aired our story, Painted Desert Realty told Channel 13 we would get the security deposit back. They are making this so very difficult for us. Now they are stating we must show estate papers, my mother had no estate but she had expenses. This is why we need the deposit back to pay for her expenses. Now they are stating the $650 deposit will not be fully refunded as cleaning costs were several hundred dollars. They are LIARS!!!!! The apartment was not dirty and it was left in pristine condition. Do they not realize my mother died and I am dealing with so much grief and all of my mother’s other affairs., Where is the compassion? Where is the security deposit refund?
Painted Desert Realty failed to make repairs on the house I rented from them. It had a leaky pool that cost hundreds of dollars a month in water bills. They sent me a bounced check to return my security deposit. They stole 1000 dollars from it for so called repairs that the broken house they rented me needed.I called the owner, David, he was little help. Kimberly Perryman was the realtor, she is less than incompetent
