My first experience when I moved out here was with this company and they are awesome!! They allowed us to move in pretty quickly after doing a military move. They worked with us from.beginning to end and made us feel welcomed. The property we rented was way beyond what we expected and in a wonderful neighborhood. No matter what the issue may have been, they were always quick to respond (and there werent any issues). Their professionalism was and still is above reproach and they make you feel like family. Ive rented a property from Marshall Stearns for the past two years and it has definitely been the most positive experience I have had with a property management company here in Vegas. Peter Claudio was the agent I worked with and has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable every time I have had to contact him. My AC went out at the height of Vegas summer this past August and it was fixed the VERY SAME DAY. If youve lived in Vegas you know how unusual this is. I would highly recommend working with this company for any of your property needs.
Renting a property over 2 years with Marshall Stearns has been a pleasure, everyone is in their game, very attentive and helpful. This is a company that I have worked with for a while. They manage some of our properties and their rental management team is highly responsive and very good at taking care of our Henderson rental homes. They send us our rental income on time every month in a direct deposit and their accounting is stellar.We have also purchased some properties with them. I know they have quite a few agents but the one that I have worked with to purchase and sell a few properties is Sean Marshall. A friend of ours referred us to him and he has been excellent to work with. He is always responsive and has a great way of helping my wife and I see the bigger picture of our residential investments. He also was great to work with in finding our home in Anthem.

I rented a condo from this company from 2014-2017, and I have been nothing but impressed with this company. They are quick to respond to emergencies, such as when my heat went out in early November of 2016 (contrary to belief, it does get very cold in Vegas). I also had an in issue where my water heater and broke, and they were very quick about arranging services to get my water heater changed and my carpet changed as well. They also had changed out my refrigerator when that broke as well. My only gripe is that I wish that they were faster about non-emergent issues, but all in all I was very pleased with renting from them and would do so again. My rent was very inexpensive, and also very centrally located to my work, so that was great again. I would definitely rent from them again!
I have dealt with many different property management companies, and I can say that this one has been by far the most easy-going. Though our residence has had numerous HOA violations, our agent provided comfort and understanding through those processes, and even attended the hearing held with us. Our maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner, which is also settling. I would highly recommend this company, especially Peter Claudio!

My husband and my self have been leasing a property from Marshall Stearns for the past five years. Entire team is beyond helpful. Roughly 3 1/2 years ago my AC went out, just a few days after I brought my new born baby home. It was in the middle of summer with 112+ degrees. I contacted the maintenance department immediately. They were so kind and apologized immediately and advised they will send some out right away to assess the situation. Two hours later a gentleman came and fixed the problem. No matter the situation, they always follow through, and always call afterwards to ensure everything has been taken care of. They are very good at communicating with their tenants. Every year they send an email advising holiday hours and emergency phone numbers Incase something happens. Thank you Sean and the team for great customer service, and your willingness to go above and beyond every time!
My experience with Marshall Stearns RE was amazing. As a first time home buyer, my husband and I didnt know what to expect. We were terrified and overwhelmed immediately. Luckily for us we were privileged enough to work with Real Estate Agent Jordan Claudio. Seriously, What a great guy and to say he loves his job is an understatement. He helped us immensely through this process. He kept in contact with us almost daily and at times it seemed like he would drop everything he was doing to make sure we immediately saw the house we thought we HAD to have. He never felt more than an arms reach away and never once ignored or even had a lengthy delay to a phone call, email or text. Once we chose the house we wanted, he kept us informed every step of the way. As long as Marshall Stearns is in business, that is where we will always do business and that is where our referrals will go.

I rented a unit that was under the property management of Marshall Stearns. They nickel and dimed me for every cent of my security deposit without cause. They are more interest in defending the property owner than doing what is right. I would never use their services nor recommend them ever again.
We used a realtor named Wyatt from this company when we moved to Las Vegas. Our experiencing was disappointing. I felt like he rushed us into buying a property and seemed like he was on the sellers side as opposed to an advocate for us. He also got annoyed on two occasions when contacting him about viewing properties and came off as extremely arrogant. Finally, he didnt even fulfill all of his promises after the sell. A lock for a window that we were supposed to get wasnt ready at the time of the closing. He promised he would get it. It is now months later and we have never received it. I dont recommend him at all and would never go back to him. There are so many realtors out there; you can definitely find a better one.
They share office rentals with another service I was seeking that day.After the Governor imposed face masks as mandatory for being out in public, not a SINGLE person was wearing one in there.Moreover, the guy at the front desk WAS TALKING SMACK ABOUT ME WEARING A MASK to whoever he was on the phone with.Ive NEVER seen anyone less professional in my life, and if one of my employees had talked like that about a potential client or other random person in our office, they would be gone that moment.
Sean and company managed the property well. It didnt go empty too much and they kept me current on renters status. They managed any repairs through 3rd parties (not always the cheapest, but I knew they were done right). Id use them again.
My experience started off very positive with this company. I was very grateful to them for accepting the application of my wife and I. They took care of all necessary maintenance and repair requested in a timely manor. I will preface that this house was previously a model for some years before it was privately purchased and occupied for another several years, with original paint and carpet.As we moved in, we were required to filled out a condition report form. I noted everything from spotted paint touch-ups on all the walls where paint did not match to the carpet which was not to my satisfaction; a bit old and worn (they came in and supposedly re-cleaned them), but in one of the main rooms it was still pretty worn from years of public and private traffic.We lived in this house for one year and five months. We kept the house like all other homes weve owned immaculate, probably like the model in its original state.When it came time to move out, we left everything the exact way it was when we moved in (according to the condition report form). My wife and I were very satisfied with results.The return of our deposit, Kevin Marshall deducted $500.00 for what he deemed as touch-up paint marks because the paint did not completely match. As I mentioned, that is how it was when we moved in. It was on the condition report. He also said that the carpet was heavily worn.Now mind you, we are two senior adults that are extremely clean and neat conscious. There were area rugs throughout the house just to cover the old worn carpet.How in the world can we wear a carpet out in a year and five months. That was also on the condition report form.I confronted Kevin Marshall on these issues and he blatantly told me, and I quote, Im sorry youre not getting your money back. He hung the phone up on me in mid-conversation. Maybe he was having a bad day. It was one of the rudest and unprofessional experiences Ive ever delt with.I had been in communication with another representitive by the name of Christian who led me on for months saying that he would rectify this issue. I held in there as long as I could and never ever heard back from him.He also asked me not to write this review as it might jeopardize others that work at Marshall Stern which had nothing to do with this. At this point, I care no longer. I would not recommend that company to anyone, for how they treated me as a tenant that pay my lease on time and kept their property immaculate.

Marshall Stearns is a great property management. We rented a house managed by the, for 3 years and never had issues.
In response to the owners fabricated allegation of slander, and wrongful accusation based on misguided information:I have in fact kept all documentation of communication or should I say lack thereof, (until now of course, these messages are just rolling in now) regarding these HOA violations. All of which had been delivered to me on average of 2-3 months after the initial violation had taken place. Funny, I just got a notice today in fact, for a stray brick. It is going to be FINED, for being on the 3rd or more notice. Where as... hmm... I havent received record of the 1st... nor the 2nd warning notice or even the 3rd... odd.Secondly, in regard to the pet in question, this company proceeded to fine me based on a circumstantial assumption that I am a pet owner. I am in fact NOT a pet owner. My disabled mother, does have a trained and certified pet that accompanies her when she visits our home. I have already provided documentation of this to this company. Perhaps the company’s lack of efficiency is the reasoning as to why these were not added to your findings when you were “gathering all the facts”.I would kindly advise, that as an owner, tread lightly on lashing out with inaccurate responses with no evidentiary support and dramatic allegations based on your pure paranoia of business competition slander. That type of logic is completely unprofessional and borderline theatrical. To assume that there is some sort of conspiracy as “competitors” is just obscene. You draw that conclusion based only on the fact that a tenant works for a company other than your own? Absolutely ludacris!Lastly, I would also add because of the fact that I have worked for a prestigious property management company in the past, I had much higher expectations for this company. I know very well how a proper property management company should be executed and this company is so far from the mark. I would actually go as far as to say that this illogical and juvenile response is clear of that.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This company is a joke...Perhaps this company is just extremely understaffed. I honestly cant tell if their staff is just lax and inadequate, or if their staff is just overwhelmed with the amount of homes that they manage?!?! Either way, beware...As a tenant, nearly every email or phone call that I had made to this company since I moved in went completely unanswered for days, weeks or had been just simply NOT RESPONDED TO WHATSOEVER in some cases.I havent been receiving up to date notices of HOA violations, and after actually meeting the homeowner and having no clue what he was referring to as pending HOA violations, miraculously I finally got an email about the violations and was informed to correct the issues ASAP due to the fact that the violations were now on their 3rd reoccurring notice and on the verge of fines.1. This made me appear to be a careless tenant. Absolutely unacceptable.2. If I were the homeowner, I would be very discontent if I were fined for reoccurring HOA violations, when the company that I pay to ensure that the property is managed and maintained failed to deliver adequate time to the tenant to fix said issues.Also please note, that their staff is clearly NOT properly trained or aware of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing Laws. Yikes! So watch out landlords, unless you like potential HUD discriminatory lawsuits, in that case you found the perfect company!
My experience with them started out amazing!! My realtor was always there and available and excited for us to purchase our first home. The end however left us feeling abandoned. I didnt see my agent for weeks. He was harder and harder to reach since he was getting busier and busier. He originally helped me in to see the house we were purchasing several times (my first house, I was super excited) but the week before I signed papers (a couple weeks since I last visited the property) I wanted to take my daughter by to see it since she had been out of the state for the summer. He couldnt manage to find the time to let us in. He couldnt make it when we were signing all the paperwork to make the loan final, he couldnt meet me to do a final walk thru. (which is required and he claims he did on his own when we were at work) and instead of meeting us to hand over the keys to our new home he texted my husband that the keys were left on the counter, here is the code to get into the lockbox which will be removed the following day, and congratulations. That was the most cold closing I can think of! when I called to complain his partner whom I though was his boss said he would talk to him and follow up with me but I have never heard back from him. My realtor however found it necessary to text me multiple messages belittling me and telling me I should be grateful he got me the house to begin with and no one could ever make me happy. Its unfortunate because had he simply called and apologized I would have felt like they at least cared. Instead he let me know that my sale was barely worth his time and made me feel terrible. I would never recommend their services!
