Im very pleased and happy with the service we received, I moved from Reno to Vegas and there was no way I could afford to come out and see the place and then return back to Reno for our move.. Just rented a home through invitation homes and the process was quick and easy! I especially appreciated how much Lynn walked us through each step to get it. With the market being what it is, we had applied for a few houses and never heard anything back. With invitation homes, once you apply they pull the home from their site as they work with you. We have had a couple of maintenance issues since we moved in (all normal, everyday issues) and they have had some come out quickly and get the job done. I would highly recommend checking out their homes for a worry free process!

BE CAREFUL RENTERSThis company manipulates their employees to get the tenants to leave 5 star reviews by telling them they get a raise if a certain number of 5 star reviews are left with their first and last name in the review. I left the 5 star review because I didnt want to stand in the way of someones raise, but this company has been increasingly difficult to deal with so I have to tell the truth 😑 renting isnt always easy but this place has been more frustrating than I have the tolerance for. I have a long list of items I could complain about but thats neither here nor there. The point is, after dealing with Invitation Homes I will never again after this lease is over. Everyone has their own experiences and possibly some are great, but unfortunately mine was not.

Tried to rent a house with this company. Spoke with a local rep I assume who was helpful at first until we had any questions about the property. We were told to just sign up for a (paid) account and apply. Asked my questions again and we were ignored. That very evening the house was gone…yet they really wanted our money to sign up and apply when the house clearly wasn’t available. Not an honest company and just wants you to pay $200+ to apply when they can see it’s obviously a waste of money and time.

Courtney helped us through the whole process! She was so polite and timely, and answered all of our questions! We moved out of state and felt supported through the whole rental process! Very grateful how easy everything was!

Finding a good home in Vegas was not easy, especially with multiple animals. Once I found Invitation Homes, the process was incredibly easy and virtually pain-free. The application process was smooth and we were assisted by our leasing agent, Courtney Ivory, the entire time. Courtney would keep us up to date via text at all times so we knew when to check our emails for important information, look out for calls, and helped us navigate setting everything up from across the country, which is no easy feat! Very thankful to this company for not only helping us find our new home, but for being so accountable on the journey there.

I had relocate quickly to from the east coast to the Las Vegas area for a job. Finding a place to live whilst on the tail-end of the pandemic was a stressful situation.Luckily I was able to work with Ms. Courtney Ivory as a leasing agent for Invitation Homes. She made the process so easy and convenient that it took a bit of the stress off. All paperwork such as filling application forms, uploading documents, and making payments/deposits are all online through their portal so it can be done when its convenient for you. She communicated well, answered any questions I had via text even at odd hours (time zone difference), and kept me up-to-date on where we were on the process. She managed expectations by letting me know what charges I could expect, when the home will be ready, and followed up once I was moved in. It was great working with her.The only issue I had during the entire process was the condition of the house during move-in. While in a quick glance it would seem everything was up to par, a close look at the carpet we noticed a lot of pet hair/stains, it smelled of pets and a few things could have been cleaned a bit better. We spent a better part of 2 days cleaning the kitchen and doing multiple passes w/ the vacuum throughout the house. We could have probably avoided this since they do a pre-move in inspection but I was unable to attend since I was driving cross-country and had to settle for a phone meeting instead.I did address this when Courtney followed up. She was able to put a service request in to hopefully get the carpet professionally cleaned, and take it up the chain to get it processed quickly. I would have dropped the rating to a lower grade but the level of customer service warranted the 5 stars.Update: 6/9/21After addressing the move-in condition, Invitation Homes was quick to rectify the situation. Within 2 days of notification, I got maintenance to contact me to schedule an appointment to get professional cleaners to steam clean and sanitize the carpets. The company they hired did an awesome job and definitely made a difference in the quality of the home. Would definitely recommend Invitation Homes to anyone looking to rent in the Las Vegas area.
