I have been renting my house from Best Management Team for the past three years. As long as they keep offering me a renewal I will keep renting from them,. They are absolutely the BEST to work with. Its so easy to place a mainence call or pay my rent. Thank you for taking care of my housing needs.

This is one of the worst Management Services. If you are thinking about looking for a home and wanting to use this company .. think again. They are rude, unprofessional and extremely hard to work with definitely not the “ Best Management “ company.**2-8-21**Amazing- on the 1st of the month and on a Monday you had time to go finger trigger happy, not only did you revert to immaturity and lies. But you showed proof positive that your service is that horrible!

This team is WONDERFUL! I have been looking for a safe place to live. I got a realtor that wasnt very good at all. Once I got in touch with this management team everything went much smoother. They worked with me even with my bad credit to get me into a place that was going to fit my small family and in a safe area. At the end, I wasnt sure and mentioned I wish I could have seen more options. One of the team members took me to her office and showed me some other options. She said she wanted to make sure I was in a place I wanted to be and that I felt comfortable with. They really did a great job making me feel good about where I wanted to be and defiantly felt like I was in good hands.

Absolutely the WORST property management company I’ve ever dealt with! We are currently in a house through this company and after 4 months and paying $2600 a month they refuse to fix ANYTHING pretty much everything we ask them to fix they say isn’t a necessity. Well let’s see the shower is kind of a big deal as well as the the broken oven. They’ve sent four different repair companies to “look” at the oven and that is literally all they’ve done is look at it! I can’t wait till the lease is up and we can get away from this company! If I could share one piece of advice, if you’re looking for a rental and you see this company’s name come up run away as fast as you can...

Amazing service! They are specific in what they require but they are really good at following through and generous. They even gave me a refund for part of my rent because they were able to get another renter in before my lease was up! They didnt have to refund my rent, but they did!

I have had a very pleasant experience renting from Best Management Team, LV. They were very attentive to issues with my rental home and even when I had an issue with another person, they were kind and not condescending or anything of the nature. I have heard horror stories about other property management companies, but this is truly one of the best in town.
