I ran into a big plumbing issue and Jason did everything in his power to help me move out thanks again

My family and I had Jason Hunt as our realtor. He helped us purchase our beautiful dream home earlier this month in the southwest part of town here in Las Vegas, NV. He is an exceptional realtor. Jason is very easy going and has a relaxed personality. He is very kind and is great at his job. He is also very organized and knowledgeable with all that is involved with buying and selling a home. Jason really went above and beyond for our family. We moved from out of state and he was on top of everything on our other side too. He makes sure everything is in order and stays on top of people to get the job done. We really had a hard time and the process was long with selling our home. He worked with our other realtor that was selling our home and he was so professional about dealing with the whole process. We definitely gave him a challenge, but he passed through with flying colors. We cannot say enough good things about Jason. My family and I really enjoyed working with him and we highly recommended him and JW Hunt Realty to everyone.

I am staying at a rental they manage. From what I can tell, they do a good job representing the interest of property owners and managing the demands of tenants. For example, Ive requested a few upgrades and repairs to my unit in the past few months. Their team considered each request and recommended my landlord to move forward with projects that benefited both parties. When they cannot accommodate a request, they dont try to BS or play games to avoid addressing the issue. All in all, they have been honest, professional and thoughtful in all the interactions Ive had with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...I was a great tennant that rented a home in the Las Vegas area using JW hunt. I took very good care of the owners property and when it came time to move for a new job, we left the house cleaned and on good terms. Shortly after the final walk through I received a bill from JW hunt for over $5000 on false claims. When confronting the management company on how they can charge me for false items they called back a week later stating I only owe them $400. THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS A CROOK.

Jason & the rest of the team are great but the front desk CARLA has no people skills & is unecessarily rude. I came in 30 minutes before they closed for something quick & she was very adamant that the doors will be locked at 5 & she has to leave. She was taking personal calls & doing her makeup right in front of me & its always an unpleasant experience when dealing with her. Like I said everyone else there is great but Carla is making a simple process so difficult & seems to have no customer service skills.My father got sick in Alabama & I have to leave town in a hurry. Im a single mom with 2 kids so this isnt an easy process & its not being made any easier by the front desk.My landlord Nichole is even great & quick to resolve any issues I have so its unfortunate I cant deal with them directly.

I am proud to say I have been an employee to the greatest boss ever and JW Hunt Realty is one of the most honest and correct companies I know. Thank you for the opportunity to have been part of the team.
