Best rental agency i have worked with! We have been in our house almost 2 years and everything is always taken care of in a timely manner. Rachel is so amazing. She is so sweet and always helpful! If i ever tell them anything, even just for notation i have a repair tickets within the day. Will continue to work with them as long as possible!
Excellent! This is one of the few management companies that actually takes care of their renters. I think every large item that could be replaced has been replaced in the last year since we lived here. They were generally quick to respond, sometimes its hard to get them, but in general they are on the issues that we have had with the home. Including the times they had to ask the owners if they wanted to do the repair.
As a tenant with LUXE International Realty & Property Management from Sept 2018 till June 2021...I can honestly say that Melissa, Chris and Rachel were consistently courteous, friendly, professional and responsive during our rental lease in North Las Vegas. I am so happy to finally write an honest review and not being worried that this company would retaliate against us.We rented a condo for 2 years and Luxe was our property manager. We had issues with them from the beginning to the end. As soon as we moved in, we notified them of a cracked sink that they promised to fix. That never happened within the 2 years that we lived there. Melissa (the owner) came to our condo around March and told us how she would go to the store that day and look at sinks to replace it (I never heard from here after that).The water cooler in the refrigerator stopped working around March as well and that was never fixed even though we called them and reminded them of it multiple times. Every time I would call, Rachel would say how she “I was just about to call/e-mail you guys.” She never once e-mailed or followed up on any of our requests. We would always be met with vague “I will look into it” response.The worst part was when it was time to move out. Rachel reminded us that the condo had to be cleaned from top to bottom even though the condo was not cleaned when we moved in. In fact, there was construction leftovers left at our condo when we moved in and we had to remove everything ourselves. Anyway, Melissa did the walkthrough with us and signed the sheet that stated that the condo was in acceptable condition. However, within an hour we got a call from our carpet cleaner stating that Luxe called them and said the guest bedroom carpet would need to be redone. When he talked to Melissa, she was incredibly rude to our carpet cleaner. He called her back during her lunch and I suppose she was hangry and she was barking at the guy saying how there were black spots that popped up after the walkthrough. Our carpet cleaner offered to come look at the carpet and fix it; however, Melissa just barked back stating that they will have someone else come do it. Dear Melissa, in what world do you think this is an acceptable way to 1) treat your tenants 2) treat carpet cleaners or other professionals? You and Rachel clearly need some customer service and people management training.
This has been the best realtor company to work with. We moved here from California and Donna and Rachel couldnt have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. They are always there if you have any questions..very responsive, attentive, trustworthy and overall nice people.Oh and we also got this awesome gift package!! I will definitely be calling them when we move next!
LUXE International Realty managed a rental property for me for several years. Melissa and her team did a great job keeping the property rented and handled all situations that came about during that time. Would highly recommend Milissa and her team.
My husband and I attempted to rent a home and sign a year lease. It was for $2495. We were the first and only applicant at the time, we had 5x the rental amount per month in income which was an actual requirement, we offered to put first last, a security deposit, key deposit, both our credit scores are over 800. We already have lived in the neighborhood so for us this was very convenient while our house was being built. However, the homeowner found our amount of income and my husband suspicious? Perhaps too many tattoos or not the appropriate “profile” for this owner or company. But they are very unprofessional. They specifically told me it is not relevant if you are the strongest candidate. They simply didn’t want our “type” of renter. I’m horrified at this treatment in 2021. It’s unbelievable. I’m not sure what type of renter we are but I thought simply being a renter was what they were looking for apparently not.
Rachel is the worst at her job and customer service. I called her on behalf of a potential buyer and she is RUDE. It took me over 3 days to get a hold of someone and she wouldnt even give me the broker/owner information of Melissa as I have had questions about other things and Rachel would not give me her contact information? In all honesty my buyers dont even want to work with them anymore because of how rude, unprofessional, snobby, and disrespectful Rachel was. Terrible place now I know why theyre 3 stars and less!
Dude these people are absolutely ridiculous! They have absolutely zero rules and terrible response times to broken appliance air conditioning and plain ole normal things landlords do. Rent anywhere else it’s nothing but problems. Jokester

This company decided to question the fact rather we could pay the rent due to how much we pay now vs how much rent has gone up to. We make well over the amount of 3x the rent. The rent has jumped extremely high here in the valley so no matter if the rent is more or not we still need a place to live. I find this to be extremely unprofessional to have doubt about me paying the cost of rent at a higher price. BEWARE if you need to move and your rent will be higher than what you already pay you will get denied.
My wife and I have worked with Melissa on several occasions over a 15 year period. Each time Melissas professionalism and market knowledge have been impeccable. Melissa is easy to work with, responsive and always has your best interest in mind. She continuously goes above and beyond and the level of service she provides is best of class.

Melissa Zimbelman managed my rental home in Las Vegas for 12 years. She took care of everything and was always there when I needed anything. She scores a 10 in all areas of management, dealing with HOA issues, repairs, tenant contact, utilities, ....everything! Cant recommend any other person to manage a property. Luxe was an amazing company with amazing staff. Always there to help. They always got back to us when we would put in work orders always. They were super.easy to work.with. we would definitely rent or buy through them again ! Thank you luxe for everything

Leaving a comment here as I cant seem to get ahold of anyone at Luxe. My tenant moved out 2 months ago - after which I learned that they never paid their Republic Service bill resulting in $1K+ fees. In total, Ive sent 11 emails and called the office and/or cell number provided 6+ times. 2 weeks ago, the tenant went MIA after committing to send payment. With this, I requested that Luxe send: (1) contract details, (2) name + forwarding address, and (3) the dates/times Luxe reached out to the tenant - so that I could handle this issue directly. Luxe said that they would send by the EOW, last week, but no one ever did. Its now been ~2 weeks of me calling, leaving messages, and sending emails with no response.Im happy to remove this comment, once I hear back. Honestly, just need the information so that I can handle this issue... and feel that I need to try every channel available at this point to get a response.Thanks.
Ive known Chris for over two years and over that time hes been excellent to work with. Hes totally dependable and reliable and does what he says hell do and I never worry about anything getting done when its in Chris hands. I would recommend anyone to do business with him and with Luxe International.
The absolute worst management company you could possibly deal with. Between their lack of communication, ineptitude and attitude (specifically the lovely Melissa), stay way!
Horrible with communication and lacks any amount of professional behavior. I would warn anyone against going into business with these people. As someone who has lived in Las Vegas their whole life and worked with many different companies this by far was my worst experience. We too have felt the wrath of Melissa and shes a nasty person with absolutely no grip on customer service or even how to have a common decency discussion with another human being. Stay away from luxe international.
I am giving 1 star because unfortunately I am unable to give ZERO or minus. Not sure if this applies to the entire company but I initiated a conversation via Zillow my requesting to view a rental property at which Lisa Waldeck responded. I replied to all the questions asked and to date I am yet to hear a response since the last correspondence where she said she would have to check with the property owner of the status before getting back to me. I am not a rich person nor is my credit or rental/housing history been great, but the least this company can do is communicate regardless. Very unprofessional. Look at the reviews people. Those that raving with 5 stars with no comments probably friends and family and those with positive comments most likely the rich folks with the excellent credit that LUXE International will prefer work with. I cant understand why it would take 9+ days to get a response on our application. We applied and sent of our payment on July the 2nd. After waiting and waiting for a response, my real estate agent told me on July 6 that we would get an answer by the end of the day and that they were waiting on the owners to make a decision. Then on the 7th they said if the owners dont make a decision by end of the day that they will make an executive for them. I called on the 8th and was told that they would have an answer for us by the end of the day. When I called at the end of the day, they were all gone. We are moving from out of state and houses are flying off the market as soon as they come on. We missed out on some other properties because of this one property management company. My wife and I went as far as to apply for a different house with a different property management company. We were told in one day by the listing agent that the owners chose another applicant. Even though we didnt get that house, at least the agent had the courtesy to call and let us know quickly. Renters/ buyers beware of this company!

Save yourself a headache and nightmare experience rent a property with someone else. They do not refund any security deposit or cleaning fee. They also do not use a license contractor to fix anything.
