I would not rent from this company! They will tell you most things a in their rental properties arent there responsibility like the fireplace they refuse to fix it.they take a year to fix electrical problems. They keep your deposit and then charge you for another deposit fee to move from one rental to another. They lied about almost everything and send non professionals with just a screw driver in hand to fix lights that is clearly a electrical wiring issues! Which they leave without finishing and the lights that still dont work after 6 month and on top that the people they do send to fix the issues like to talk about the people while they are inside the rental properties. They could have a lawsuit against them with evidence to prove it! Then wants to raise rent 🙄 they say they will refund you for electric over charges cause the bill was higher then normal . If I could I would rate this place big fat zero (0)

We put in a Maintenance request on 02/05 and still have not had anyone come out and work on fixing our issue. Every time we call we are told that they are escalating the request, but we never receive a call back or information on when they will fix our issue. We always pay our rent on time or early, even with this issue. I assume that if we did not pay our rent they would be calling us well before it hit 20 days. I would like the same courtesy when trying to get something fixed at the property. Hopefully someone will read this review and call me back with how they can make this right.

This has been one horrible experience for me and my daughter moving across the country. We Didn’t kno ww would have to walk in a COVID -19 house but this house looked, that it have covid 19 writer all over it. I I got my key on the 13 th of May and could not leave my-things in the home bc it was Unsanitized a nasty .

I spoke with Louie and he was very responsive and nice. It has been tough trying to relocate across country during this time and he was very helpful.

I have received response back since my last rating before Will responded. Thank you for the update. I found some places on my own as well and Esther has been working on the list I have sent to them. Some places they have on the list they send to you. I am now waiting to see if I have a place. Prayer works. You may have to push it along but if you get a dedicated person like Esther working on it your golden. She responds well through email and has sent me updates to the properties as well.Again prayer works.

My wife and I applied. For some reason They said I was approved for the house We wanted but we had to add Guarantor. Said they were closing my app until I added the Guarantor. Right away I called to have them open the app for us so i could include the info. No answer, Hrs later we get a call back. I missed it but when I checked my voicemail, someone from their office said that the app was open for us to add the guarantor but the house we wanted had an approved application already. and that we can check out other properties with less rooms and higher price. Also said I would have to re run my app my wifes and an app for the guarantor. another $120 on app fees. seems like a bate and switch.

The staff treated me with respect and was very patient with me. I must admit, I can be a hot-head and very difficult to work with when it comes to money. I am very happy and satisfied with Tania, my leasing manager. Shes the best!!

I called and put into a Maintanance request 2/13/21 today is the 19th and have not receive 1 reply phone call nor a response to my email! So far I can’t say this has been the most professional experience.

There are only a few nice welcoming people and one being Charlotte.. They are slow in processing your paperwork once your approved. The company wants you to pay a deposit and then have you wait 2 months to even sign a lease or give you the keys to the house

Paid for my application fees and sent in my application, was called back a few minutes later by Tania and told they had a squatter in the house and that it was listed by mistake. She offered to transfer my application over to another house or refund my money, I eventually opted for my money back. The funny thing is that the house is still listed for rent on Zillow and now I am worried I’ve just been scammed for mine and mothers (co applicant) information.

Everything I I applied for a place they take it down as if someone already got it right after I pay my money. I dont get it all I want to know is why? And when I call no one picks up and also email no response.

This place is a SCAM!! I applied for a home. I was asked to pay $120 to cover me and my family for our application fee. Let me just say I was extremely thorough in my questioning and wanted to make sure the documents I was submitting would be sufficient enough and was told that it would be enough. After submitting my application I was told it would take 3-5 business days to hear back. They waited until the 5th day to contact me and I just so happened to miss the call.. They left a voicemail saying that now the documents were not acceptable. I called back within the hour only to get a voicemail. The next day I triEd back several of times throughout the day to get ahold of someone and they have NEVER given me a call back. They are extremely unprofessional and I am now going to be looking into reporting them. DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY OF THEIR HOMES!! They will take your app fee and run!

Feel like they pulled a bait and switch for my application fee. Great house good price application approved “sorry that home is no longer available” check out other homes on our site, other homes are not as nice and more money. The home I applied for is still on the site.. I asked for application fee back they said no. Feels like a scam... I’ll update the review if things change

Do Not LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT!!! They put Hard Inquiries on it!!! Stay Away theyre HORRIBLE!!! You call them and they act as if they dont know anything! I reported them!!! Everything all the reviews SAYING r so very true! You apply for home than they tell you its gone but its still listed! And hard contact and do not call r email you to let you know anything after applying!

Its a scam the had me pay them 3000 dollars to rent a property. Told me to move in . 4 days later they told me and my 5 kids to get out or they would have the police force us out.

I submitted and paid to have my application processed for a rental home on 4/29. I never heard from anyone and everytime I called the message for the inbox stated it was not set up. I emailed the company... no response. Today I logged on to the website and noticed the application was cancelled . Ok great do I receive a refund? Not one return call or email letting me know what is going on. There is no customer service at all with this company, I can only imagine what renting a property from them would be like .

I Had alot of issues with them involving squatters Every house we applied for and got approvedhad squatters we signed a contract and on our move in date there was someone living in the property it takes them a while for you to get your refund !!! It is know sept 17 I got a check but it didnt go through soooo ! People please dont work with them its a scam!!!!

Absolutely the worst property management company in the world I was on hold for two hours trying to view a listing the listing was not even available the access code that they gave me to get into the door was not correct customer service is horrible youll be sitting and waiting deciding if you should rent their places and actuality its not even able to rent one of the worst companies in the world is shouldnt even be able to be in business

I went to several houses listed, all of them were already occupied. The occupants had never even heard of Main Street renewal. When I called Main Street Renewal, the ‘customer service rep’ barely spoke English and could not answer any of my questions. BEWARE. I am reporting them as many others have already done.

Seems like a scam company, wont be getting me!
