Crystal without a doubt is a wonderful person to work with, her desire to make a nice community are great, shame HOA Boards get in her way

As a tenant I can state for a fact this company cares nothing about your property here in Las Vegas. I have rented in two locations so far.The first turned out to have a black mold problem that made me incredibly ill after only a few weeks. The second, the only time repairs were looked after is when it is water flooding my downstairs apartment.There is currently a short in the wall out on my patio cutting power to the outlet and the patio light. Dishwasher has not worked in over 6 months, front door does not seal so you can see daylight and feel the AC air blowing thru the frame and around the door knob.I installed security cameras after some crime issues my neighbors and I were having and have been harassed and threatened with eviction ever since. To say these people are managers is a complete joke.

By Far the WORSE HOA. I am definitely making sure that I NEVER have to worry about them ever again. Fees and more fees and they love FINES for NO REASON. Just bored I guess.

Worst HOA around. First time home buyers. Wish Id known how much of a terrible HOA they are and we would have bought a house somewhere else. These people are the worst. They never answer the phone. Theyre rude when you go into the office. They large late fees for no reasons. They switch systems and dont give you any notice. Just awful. Dont move into a house where theyre the HOA. Theyre not worth it. Hope they get bought out or something so we get a better company.

Plus 1 star for being nice whenever Ive been in the actual office. HOA boards are usually to blame half the time, so an HOA management company by itself isnt always the problem.

Absolute joke of a management company. Contacts, calls, emails are all ignored, but they will come after you when the payment is due. HOA violations are frequently sent to the wrong residents, incompetent inspectors who just sit around on their cell phones instead of actually noticing problems in the community. Fees go up every year, without a flinch. Cant wait to move out of HOA-land and stop paying these crooks.

Too expensive and they dont do anything to keep the neighbourhood clean and just want to collect and collect. If you are buying a house, dont buy under this HOA. they jacked up the price of their fees beacuse they lost a lawsuit. How is that our fault that you were sued and you lost???
