Kevin did not do his job!!! I called @430 to ask if I needed to make an appointment to get my radiator fluid topped off, his response was we close at 6 and its free. I got there he tried to charge me for antifreeze only after I asked him why he only checked the oil and windshield fluids when I came for antifreeze. He said let me give you this Fluid because Im trying to get up out of here (it was about 545 pm) after thinking that was over he then said it was too hot to twist the top off and insisted I get out the car so he could show me, once I got out with flip flops open toe he was able to twist the top with no problem he then said you dont need Fluid I said its under the minimum he finally did a quick squirt and proceeded to close my hood but before he did I was able to get a quick video. Jiffy Lube on Sahara and Eastern in Vegas!!!!

I arrived about 1pm or so, on a lunch break from work, hoping to get a quick oil change for my truck. I drove in with two employees clearly standing in the bay. One comes out to greet me and asks if I could come back later as they were at lunch...ironically enough. Now that I know my lunch break is the same as theirs Ill have to go elsewhere for the service.

I’m from out of town on a road trip and I thought I needed an oil change due to the mileage I had driven so decided to stop in. Billy and Frankie were not only kind and welcoming but they even told me an oil change was unnecessary and I should be fine until I make it back home to Seattle. They checked my fluids and sent me off free of charge. Their honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service is quite possibly the best I’ve had. These dudes are awesome!

I went yesterday for an oil change. They ripped me off because they supposedly only had the premium synthetic oil. Then they said they’d email me a receipt and never did. Now my check engine light is on, I’ve tried to call all morning and no one answers the phone. Shady and unprofessional

Nice Jiffy Lube location with fast, knowledgeable service members. My oil changes here never take more than 15 minutes tops. You can catch them completely empty at times which means you get done in 10 minutes or less.

Oil Change in a JiffyGood service.

I and a close friend of mine went to get an oil change for her car and had a super great experience at this location. We arrived on a Sunday morning early. First in line. My friend needed an oil change for her Mercedes CLK 320. The assistant manger came out and inquired what she needed and he told to us what it would cost and how log it would take. We decided to wait outside, during the service. Within minutes he inform my friend that she needed an oil cap because hers was missing. So we went to take a closer look and when we got to the car the manager then showed us the area where the cap should be, he then proceeded to educate us on the car, my friend just bought it and she knew nothing about it. He made a few suggestions about filters and actually showed us the car filters (which were dirty) and explained some other vital tips on how to maintain the car, which I was extremely grateful to know, because I too have the exact same car, but a 350 model. I will be taking my car to these guys next time, they were so honest and effective. Thanks guys for the maintenance lesson on car engines.

Stopped by today with a new headlight for my Jeep and asked if they would be able to change it out for me. The service manager greeted me and asked me to pop my hood, took him only a handful of mins to get it changed out. There is a trap door and latches to get into to change the bulb out and he scraped up his hands and was bleeding when he finished and then didn’t charge me a thing! It was a really awesome experience! Thank you so much!

Wasnt there for Jiffy Lube services I went there to meet up with one of their mechanics to do a side job on my truck and I have to say he is a nicest honest mechanic Ive ever dealt with which means that I will use Jiffy Lube services in the future even though they charge more than other oil change places

The team here is good, fast, and fair. I wish they carried more types of oil, but they found an oil for my car. They checked all the fluid levels, did a great job cleaning the windshield, reset the service notice on my dash, and changed the oil. My cost was about $80 plus tax. Done and paid and on my way 34 minutes after arrival, one car ahead of me. Place is clean and the waiting area cool.

I got to give the reps props for trying to upsell a simple oil change.However after supposedly having all my tires air filled, 30 minutes after my oil change my vehicles dashboard alerted me to a low air pressure in my rear tire. What was to be at 35 was down to 10! I had to quickly drive to the nearest tire shop to replace my tire. 😕

David the guy at the front counter was great about explaining the advantages of a full synthetic oil change and how it really is not more expensive with the extra milage between changes. But it give me much longer engine life. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

The crew that did our oil change were very prompt. They finished far sooner than I was prepaired for. They also ensured that our whole car was cared for (including the tires) which supprised me. Then they went way out of there way to make the job affordable and entertaining. Great no nonsense work ethic and excellent service. The BEST I have ever seen, this shop has my greatest recommendation!

The place was completely abandoned, they are not open at all. Do not go here, complete waste of time, had to go to the mechanic at the gas station next to this place. The building is a mess and run down, they need to update this location as closed.

Nothing special received an oil change they seem to lack on providing their full services of vacuuming out ur vehicle and the other stuff they suppose to do that ends up on ur receipt stating theyve done it Or even topping off ur other fluids.. Glad I used a coupon so price was greatly reduced.

I AM BEYOND DISPLEASED with the recent service I have received at my neighborhood Jiffy Lube. I took my car in this recent Friday for an oil change. I drive a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta and it requires the synthetic oil every 10,000 miles. My car currently has 20,000 miles and prior to my recent visit, my car was in PERFECT WORKING ORDER. The general store manager was the one that serviced my car and told parents (who picked up my car) that the oil was changed and that EVERYTHING went well. When my car made it home, it leaked a significant amount of oil, a blue liquid, and water. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN before my visit with Jiffy Lube. I took my car back the next day and the general store manager who had initially serviced my car, spent approximately an hour working on it. She then notified us that NOTHING could be done and to come back so that another manager could look at it. We then came back, this morning and the general manager who was working with us, was off that day. The other manager did not know what to do, and told us that that we were going to have to take the car to the dealer and start a claim with Jiffy Lube. He also took on a sarcastic tone as he was explaining everything! I then immediately asked to speak to the general manager. When we spoke THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME, I was told what was even WRONG with my car! She told me that during the oil change, the oil plug was over tightened and that now that piece needed to be replaced. Why this was told to me until Sunday, speaks of the lack of professionalism this store handles their clients with. I am now inconvenienced SINCE I CANNOT MOVE MY CAR whatsoever. I will also have to take time off work to get it back to this location. This is completely unacceptable.
