We found this Pep Boys by chance when we moved into the neighborhood, and little did we know how lucky we were! Folks come from all over Las Vegas to this location because of the reliable work and truly incredible customer service. I took my car in for new brakes. They try to upsell me on extra services that where not need to required. I should have left then and there! The new brakes where glazed and began to squeal. Took my car back three time PEP boys solution: First time spray water on them, second time add some grease and blame another company who changed the other pair of brakes, third time to give me a rock that they pick up from the parking lot and blame it.avoid the head aches go somewhere else!

Came here to get an oil change, and a filter change. I paid for 5 qts of oil, and a oil filter before I came here, so it was only $22. He finished my oil change before they even range me up. It was fast, after he got my car. About 10 minutes.

Always has been one of my favorite auto parts stores. Good deals on some things, like tires & oil change services, & could be a bit higher on other items, which are like bulbs, fuses, wipers, & washing/waxing/detailing products. Ive also found they have a more quality product, and knowledgeable staff, who know what youre talking about, and get it right the first time. I have never had to return an item. Im glad I have a Pep Boys three lots away.

Great service! Jovan, store manager was outside as I was walking up. I explained what I needed and he said theyd take care of me right away. And they did. I called beforehand and spoke with Edward. Edward was pleasant and set the time expectation when asked. They delivered! While in the waiting area, Envoy was very pleasant, customer-friendly, and told me where he would be in the store if I needed anything. Great job gentleman!!! I suspect this is the way Pep Boys would expect how they would want their business ran. Your team really helped to change the perception I have of Pep Boys after my experience earlier this morning. Brought in coupon printed onlone for an oil change. They took my keys and knew about coupon ahead of time. Then they finished and charged me more then agreed. They should have said something before hand. Very deceiving.... Then they did not reset my oil light until I had to go back in and ask. Then oil drippings on the front of my Jeep.

Terrible experience went for a oil change no problems the man who helped us was amazing. the next day check engine Light is on with half reduced power engine. Took it back was told to fill it up with more gas and drive it around and that they didn’t have the codes for a modern Buick LaCrosse. Very unprofessional

I tried this location because their location near my place is terrible. Made an appointment for an oil change. After leaving me at the counter for several minutes the guy says, we dont have your oil. Then he proceeds to stare at me, wordlessly. No solution, no apology until I finally said, OK and left. I guess pep boys just sucks. My bad.

Unmatched service. I came here to change a tire and it was done promptly with excellent service. Additionally, I had to fix something in my car that a previous mechanic had failed to fix (literally only takes 2 minutes to fix) and they didnt charge a dime for it when most other places were quoting me $90+ for something so trivial. 10/10

If you are a woman then you need to stay away from Pep Boys. I have never had a good experience with Pep Boys. Ive gone to three different Pep Boys in 2 different states and each time unnecessary service was performed on my car without the initial problem being addressed. I purchased a vehicle from a car dealership who sent me to Pep Boys on West Sahara in Las Vegas Nevada. Instead of fixing the cylinder misfire, they gave me 3 new tires. On another occasion my alternator was loose and instead of fixing it they told me that I needed a new alternator belt. I paid for a new belt 3 times before one of my friends finally fixed it. My guess is that Pep Boys must teach their mechanics to be dishonest. Go somewhere else.

I just want to give a review for the mechanic Javon, he helped me and my boyfriend with our ford fiesta. He worked extremely hard on our car to try and figure out the issue. Didn’t even charge due yo our problems. He gave me an amazing understanding on the issue and what we need to do. Great mechanic! Thank you.

The employees here are super helpful. I just recently moved to the area and will not go to any other auto parts store unless absolutely necessary. One observation that I noted was they didnt want their line to get more than two deep but still took the time to be accommodating and courteous.

They mostly do car repairs and rest of store is usually quiet. Good mechanics but could use extra.Pep Boys was recently bought by another Corporation and they added a whole lot of new items on their shelves.Lots of small do it your fix items as well and electrical which to me was going to like a candy store and I enjoyed the peaceful Solitude of fee inner store. the store does most of this business and auto repair but the inter store is really crowded and lots of goodies to choose from .

I cant begin to describe the customer service I received at Pep Boys on Sahara and 6th Street superb outstanding Im in the customer service industry myself and I strive on the work and effort that Tanya as well as the manager Ruth provided me we were there for almost 2 hours I had a very extensive list close to $700 in parts at least 15 individual parts parts that werent available that they had to order have delivered never once was there any bad Vibe or negativity lot of patience and I really value Tanya her diligence and helping to get my C10 back on the road so great job I highly recommend anyone go to this Pep Boys and skip the others

I had a check engine light while visiting Las Vegas with my family . They put the car on the lift and checked it out. They found it was just an epa nuisance light... probably the gas cap. They reset the light and said I was good to go. No issue since then. Thanks guys...btw they did all this on a Sunday morning when everyone else is closed. No charge! I saw they were also very helpful with other customers who had bigger issues than mine. 5 star service. Thanks guys.

My wife and I were traveling around the country this summer and we stayed in Vegas for a night. Our car was due for an oil change and we called this office. Jovan, the service manager was kind and easygoing and set us up with a prompt appointment. Upon arriving at the shop, we were treated very well, Jovan was very personable and fun to talk to, and we were well taken care of. Here I am 5 months later because the service was great, and Jovan was even a memorable part of our trip!

I went to have the rear passenger tire checked because it was leaking air, but they checked my other tires and found that both passenger tires, front and rear, needed replacement. Cool: No problem.They are very thorough.

This particular pep boys on Sahara attempted to charge me 70 plus for and oil change of synthetic oil and my car is partial synthetic. I began to ask the rep didnt he and I look at the cap for full disclosure of what oil my car takes and he responded yes. I stated so why is your not using the cars type of oil and pricing accordingly. He asked what you mean? For partial synthetic I asked is it not 40 dollars he said after taxes its 41 I said right, so I need that not a 70 dollar charge. Not to say this place is always going for higher sales but I fell that it should have been dealt with differently. My cars oil cap states on it partial synthetic with being a mechanic he should have known that.

Been a PepBoys customer for years. Needed a new battery, got a good deal with warranty. Customer service was excellent. Used an online discount and saved a little cash. Store was clean. Niiiiice 👍

I came in to get a simple and free diagnostics service. They advertise that if you are a rewards member its free. I left with a loss of 90 dollars because of a thorough diagnostics. Even though I wasnt even asked if that is what I wanted. The least he could have done is let me know it was going to be a certain amount before they even started. AFTER ALL THIS, the estimate of getting my spark plugs changed was close to 800 DOLLARS!!! For SPARK PLUGS. I ended up getting my car fixed at a different location for 100 dollars. PARTS, LABOR, and TAXES INCLUDED. The car runs perfect now. This is the very reason I had stayed away from locations like this, but today I decided to give it a try. It was the biggest mistake I have ever done. If you do decide to go there make sure that you get a second or even a third estimate from a different shop. You have been warned!

Called about a part needed for my vehicle on Friday 8/16 they did not have it in stock. They told me they could order it and have it their for Saturday 8/17. When I didnt hear from anyone I called them around 2pm on Saturday. I was told it has not come in yet, but it would probably be in later. Well its now Sunday still no part and no phone call from anyone. They could at least call and say they couldnt get the part instead of leaving somebody hanging.

If you are waiting on your car while getting service done the waiting area is on the other side of the store from where you get your car worked on. Normally, I love this store. Its my go to place for auto parts but lately Ive noticed they dont have a lot of parts in stock that Napa regularly carries. I give them three stars for less selection of parts in stock and the waiting area is in a weird place compared to the other Pep Boys stores Ive gone to.

My pal Owen acquired a flat tire while we were hanging out with our other pal Frank in fabulous las Vegas. We popped in to this off the strip Pep Boys where we experienced terrific friendly service.After choosing his tire we were told we could come back in an hour. We went to a lesser known casino and drank 1 and 2 dollar beers with locals. The tire was finished in the promised time and we have pep boys to thank for introducing us to off strip casinos.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced, they went above and beyond the normal call of duty, which turned me into a lifelong customer. I brought my car in to replace my brakes and rotors. The next day I had it serviced at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle for a free oil change and fluid top off. The technician at the dealership immediately told me that I was missing my air filter. My logical thought was that the air filter was removed the day before at PepBoys. I spoke to Ruth, their manager, said she would reimburse me. When I got there, Ruth said she looked through the recordings and my cars hood was never opened, therefore it couldnt have happened there. She STILL paid for the replacement because she gave her word. Bravo, more companies should understand the value of great customer service. Ruth has now made me a lifelong PepBoys customer. Ray took extra time and effort just to make sure he cleaned our brakes as best as possible, and they were bad! Tony took amazing care of us while we waited for all of the work to be done, and he gave us the best price he possibly could for everything, and made sure that the critical work was do e and sent us home with a to do list for the future on this truck we inherited. Jerry was great too, he helped Ray and Tony take care of us and gave us a fair price. I am glad we took our vehicle there!

IF I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been here a total of 3 times and have only had one positive experience of the three. May and Robert have very poor customer service. I was told to get my part put on my car it would only take an hour. I sat there for almost 3 hours and watched people go in and out AND I had an appointment for 9 AM yet other people were being taken care of instead of me. I even told Robert that I was frustrated because he was the one who told me it would be only an hour but all he said to me was well it takes time and just stared at me. I will not be returning here for any more repairs.

Pep Boys on East Sahara in 6th Street has always been since I started going there when the friendliest places I have bought things that arent necessarily Automotive. Still Im always greeted with friendly staff and some of you open the door for me. Im always shown where the items are that Im looking for and a lot of times not even knowing if its a sailor knot I get a good deal. Everybody has different experiences, but these guys went above and beyond to help me out. My car (2005 Mazda) died as I was driving home so I got it towed to this location. They were busy (look where its at) but did their best to diagnose as quickly as possible. Turns out my old battery was beyond dead, so I bought a replacement and they not only diagnosed the electrical system for free, but showed me the readings and what they mean meant. No bull, no scare tactics, straight diagnostics and great explanations.When it was time to pay, they went through the charges and verified everything, even discounting a service fee for the battery installation since the battery was easily accessible. Im very happy with the customer service and honesty at this location, and even though I live closer to another location, Ill be coming back to this one for my car needs. A standup job by these hardworking guys.

I went in for fix a flat, but also got a new pair of wicked earbuds $6.90 good price and they sound great.

Brought my tire in for a flat. I bought the tires there about 5 months ago. They said the nail was to close to the side wall. It has to be at least one inch from the side wall for them to fix it. I looked and it was very close to one inch away. They said I have to buy a new tire. They have done this before to me last year. So I said they are always trying to .are you pay for unnecessary things. So took my car to discount tire they said it was just over an inch from the side wall and they fixed it. So all my business will now go to everywhere but pep boys.

Slow and rude clerk at service department. Im talking about May. Took more than 2 hrs for oil change, which was actually not a big deal for me.When the job was finally done, Nobody was there so I waited for clerks to arrive to check me out. May came back, she looked at me, picked up my folder, looked at it, and looked at another folder, and suddenly picked up the phone and started to talk to somebody else, still holding my packet in her hand. Incredible. It was as if she was having a silent I-dont-want-to-serve-you protest. Didnt say anything to me, didnt make eye contact whatsoever, she finally talked to her coworker to check me out handing over my folder.

Never go here! My car got burglarized while inside their facility. They stole my CD player, CDs, nice sunglasses, engraved Swiss Army pocket knife and more. They basically rifled through everything and left nothing. Worst place ever, do not leave your car overnight, their crooked employees will steal from you.

I have been to many PEP BOYS all across the country, from coast to coast, and I have never had such an awful experience as I did at this store. I will no longer get my oil changed at Pep Boys, because my car was ransacked and anything of value was stolen during the longest oil change in modern history. I swear they only kept the car in the bay so they could finish stealing all my change from the seats. I will be taking the oil changes to JIFFY LUBE, and for aftermarket parts I will be going back to AUTOZONE. I will go out of my way to tell everyone that *PEP BOYS* are nothing but a gang of thieves. I had one of the worst experience going to this location. I had an appointment online to go in at 2pm to get my car checked, when I got there at 2pm the person at the service desk (May) told me that itll take at least 2hrs to get my car next in line. So I asked if I should come back in 2hrs, she sure but itll be 2hrs from then to get it next in line. So asked whats the point of having an appointment if either way gonna have to wait for 2hrs, she said I dont know, & whether you have an appointment or not you gonna have to wait until the next technician to get to your car & that might take more than 2hrs.
