Their website said they were open today, but when I got there, they were closed. Today would have been my first time there. So disappointed, butbwill give them another chance.

My pedicure had a blob in the paint that I needed fixed. The manicurist just put a coating of paint on top which made the blog worse. I asked if she could remove the paint and do it again. She did and due to the paint being so light the original manicurist applied three coats she only applied two coats so the nail appeared lighter than all the rest. I nicely let her know and the owner was very rude to me. I told him I would not be back. Very rude and disrespectful.

Oh my gosh! I love this place! They are always nice and efficient! Great price and I think they do a great job. I’ve gotten gel, dip powder and acrylic. They always last a long time! Highly, highly recommend them!!

Angela is great! Been here a few times and will continue coming back. Great atmosphere, great service and they keep all areas clean. Noticed that they disinfect after every customer.

First of all I love the way Lee does gel. I have tried other people while I lost contact with Lee. Found him at his own nail salon through a friend. I had the hardest time liking anyone else. One of my friends even stopped getting her nails done because she couldnt find him. We both have his number now and once again we will be happy customers now that we can go to him again. He is a perfectionist. By the way I drive 20 to 30 min to go see him. Thats how good he is.

A friend of mine referred me to Maggie @ Orchid nail spa. Maggie was very friendly and knowledgeable about nails. Good quality Gel, Dip and regular nail polish to choose. Defiantly returning!

Kim Loan was perfect. Meticulous. Took her time. Sealed nail edge well. Good massage pressure but very gentle too. I am extremely impressed. She even pulled out the extra skin that builds under my big toe nail without any discomfort.

My whole family has been going to Orchid for years and they are the BEST! Lee came preform miracles and Angela takes her time with her pedis! I will only ever go here!

I really wanted to like this place. I went in for a pedi and was going to request a mani but the nail tech never spoke to me. She didnt say hello or ask what type of pedi I wanted. It was awkward. She was rough when cleaning my nails and left bumps in my polish. After she was finished, she got up and left. Not one word. I sat there until I felt like my nails were dry and got another techs attention since she was nowhere to be found. I quickly paid and left. The facility was clean enough. I liked that they used a liner in the wash basin. Dont go here if youd like to have friendly service.

Im visiting from out of town and wanted to go to a great salon to get my nails done. This place was the best reviewed and I see why! Service was fast, and my nail technician was friendly and took her time to make sure each nail was perfect! I will surely be going back! If you need your nails done, definitely give this shop a shot! Im beyond happy and satisfied!

Super nice staff. Difficult to get a reservation. Conveniently located. Price us comparable to other places. I also like that they have a loyalty program. Pay cash to earn extra stamps!

The first time I went to get my nails done in this city. Heard this place had great reviews.But im so disappointed. I paid 100$ for gel on my toes without a pedicure. And a full set of acrylics without a manicure. So over priced. And the woman that did my nails gave me a dark blue not black that I asked. My toes were perfect. No complaints there. But not even 3 days later 2 of my acrylics breaks. And Im not hard on my hands. Will NOT be going back. Ridiculous.

Excellent job on my nails. We relocated from California where salons had been shut down for months. They were friendly and safe.

Went back to see if they could fix them and now they look worse and they act like theyve done me a huge favor. What a waste of time and money. Next time Ill just let my 5 year old do them and theyll come out the same.

Got a pedicure and gel manicure here as a birthday gift from my mom. I showed a picture to the nail tech of the gel manicure I wanted and she nodded, so I assumed she saw and was able to do it.After my pedicure, which was done quickly and nicely, she told me that my natural nails were too short for the gel manicure I wanted although the woman in the picture had similar length nails.Nonetheless, I selected another gel color/design, which chipped less than two weeks later! Not sure if it is the poor quality products they use or the technique/technician, but my gel manicures, when done properly, usually lasts at LEAST 3 weeks before any peeling or chipping occurs. My daughter experienced similar chipping with her gel manicure within 7-10 days of being serviced!When paying regular/full price, I expect not to get watered down products!

I arrived during a slow period and didnt have to wait. The nail technician was nice but cut into a couple of my fingers with her nail file and put the nail adhesive on one of the cuts to stop the bleeding. (Im assuming she thought I didnt notice.) She had her tools (nail files, clippers, etc.) in an apron. None of the items looked clean or sanitized. The end product was fine, but Im giving three stars for the harshness in handling my nails/fingers and the questionable cleanliness of the technicians tools.

I went for the first time last week and was very pleased with the experience. Very straightforward, typical nail salon. Good massage chairs, friendly staff. Spa pedicure was $25, very reasonable. My pedicure was great, with a nice length foot massage, and the nail polish looked great. Thanks, guys!

So I just finished at my appointment and it was my third time this year going to them. I see Lee and he is really good! I switched because where I had gone before for years my experience wasnt great but I was nervous to find somewhere else. Anyways my first two appointments with Lee were great. I came about a month ago to have my nails nice for my baby shower. I have tipped great each time and am not a difficult person but will speak my mind. I came again today just for a fill because my nails still looked great and Im due in two weeks so I knew Id be too tired to come around that time. Anyways a fill I thought would be 25 as it said on their list since I was changing nothing and loved how they were. He told me basically that my total would be 56. I didnt understand so I kept asking questions so I could understand why so much $$. I said basically that Im just paying for a new set instead of a fill (because thats how much it costs me when I pay full price for a new set) and he kept saying no its a fill. He is a busy man and I understand that but as Im asking he says (not exactly like this because their english isnt very good) I will explain before we start and if u dont like the price u can leave, you have already come in too much. Dont make this difficult I have back to back clients so Ill explain then u can stay or go. I was baffled by his comments and how it was said was more discomforting than how I put it! How did I come in too much?!! How was I making anything difficult. I just didnt understand how what I thought would be way less came to be the price of a full new set. I did it anyways because Im too dang pregnant to find somewhere else or deal with it but after that I was so uncomfortable getting my nails done there. When he asked if I liked it I was too nervous to say anything but yes about it (because of how he handled me). Im just so disappointed because I was so happy to find Lee with how good he is. IDK if Ill be going back yet or not. I like his work but now Im just not comfortable with him for his costumer service and how he made me feel. Im not saying dont go because they r generally nice and lees work is good. Im just stating my disappointing experience this last visit and that idk if Ill return. I even bring my 5yo with me and tip great for her. So Im just saddened by the whole thing.

I’ve been going to Orchid Nails for over a year now and have never had anything but a great experience. I read reviews of several places before coming here. It is true that you really should have an appointment before you go, they are in demand. But I’ve never really had a problem getting an appointment the same day I call. I’ve had a gel pedicure from every member of the staff and the quality of everyone’s work has been exceptional. I get the same thing (a French tip gel pedicure) every time I go and they know exactly how I like it and don’t have to ask every time. I highly recommend them to my friends.

11/1/19 I broke my nail at home to the meat of nail. I called as soon as they open. The owner is always very nice and know my name. I said I broke my nail to the meat he said how soon can u get here. Today was my first time coming to this nail salon. By far the best nail salon in centennial hills I’ve went to so many and I’m glad I actually found one I love. My nail tech Maggie did such an amazing job on my nails I was shook. One thing I loved is she took her time and was super gentle I will definitely be returning!!

Dont waste the money. I went in and asked to do a refill and a design on 2 fingers so he did some scribble I didnt want to be rude so I asked can he do a flower or something else, he let me know he had to charge me for th edesign he did and then charge me for whatever I wanted instead. Then the nails break within a week. Unbelievable!

Worst experience ever. People nice enough but skill level terrible. Went in for gel manicure and pedicure. She cut my toe in the pedicure and when she filed my nails in preparation for gels - each nail was a different shape. At that point I stopped and left with no polish or gels.

I’m visiting from California and didn’t have time to get my nails done before I left so here I am in Nevada praying I find some one great to do my nails and omg I wish I could take Cuong home with me. Personable staff who remembers who you are. Ive been to bunches of nail places and my nails are always jacked up somehow but they do them perfect. Not too thick, even and dont complain about the designs I pick. They listen to the short length I want too. I love them. Will never go anywhere else. Recommend you set an appt even if for the same day otherwise youll be waiting on your walk in.

The worst salon Ive been to ina long time. They acted like they didn’t know how to smooth out my gel nails to do a polish change. Any other salon Ive been to never had a problem with understanding / performing that. They had 3 seperate people involved and made such a fuss. I ended up just getting a fill because I was sick of trying to explain to these people HOW to do a polish change. I went there because of the reviews, and I just couldn’t believe the terrible service I received.Also, it was dusty and in desperate need of an update in decor and furniture.

Almost two hours and 70$ later for a full set of acrylics with gel polish and they dont even look good. They look rushed and sloppy, air bubbles on every nail and glitter where theres not supposed to be. I hope whoever reads this finds a better place to go.
