I received a manicure for myself and my daughter. My step-daughter had artificial gel nails but didnt need a manicure, and I was charged for a service I didnt need. After leaving a $20.00 gratuity, I was charged an additional $25.00 for a manicure. I wish they were truthful. This was our first visit, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. I didnt like it when they didnt speak English in front of customers, not because I was concerned about what they were saying, but because it showed a lack of respect and professionalism. They also couldnt execute a black on black french tip without utilizing gel nail polish. I did it 40 times with ordinary nail polish, and it lasted for two weeks. Gel nail polish cannot be worn by everyone, some of us have bad reaction to the gel. He seemed perplexed by my plea. The one tech that did my daughter nail was sweet, kind and funny. I wish her the best. They did do a nice job on our nails, but I prefer honest over everything.

Went in about a week ago for 2 pedicures, they have a great selection of gel colors I chose a beautiful glitter that came out great, Dan did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. They offer free cocktails while youre there so me and my boyfriend each got one but when they came out the glasses were really dirty, like smudged. Im not sure if they are properly washing the glasses, but it made me not want to drink it.

Kevin is a liar, in less than two weeks I had 3 broken nails and one that got a crack two days after fill (which I came back for repair and it still broke ! During this initial visit one associate quoted me $45 for the fill and started working on my nails Kevin arrived late started working on my nails said the fill was $65, I told him that is not what the previous nails tech quoted me,they then started to argue in another language Kevin turned around and said okay we will do it for $45, mistakenly came back less than two weeks later and the 3 broke nails were the result. Very busy so I was going to use them again and they are always empty he tried to tell me that all his fills are $50 which is not what I’d listed on their own pricing board. I will never go there again. He is a liar doing horrible work.

I absolutely love this place! I drive all the way from Southern Highlands just to come here and will continue to do so. They always take care of me and provide great service. 10/10

Great experience at The Nail Lounge. No wait for a gel mani and basic pedi at 4:30 pm. Super friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Fair pricing. A few dollars less expensive than the neighboring salons, and much more affordable than most Downtown Summerlin salons. In and out in less than 1.5 hours. Complimentary drinks!Update: my nails last two full weeks before the edges started peeling.

My daughter and I tried The Nail Lounge for the first time and we liked everything about this place. a little deceiving from the outside, but once you walk inside it’s a totally different vibe. The color theme of the place, the setup and the staff delivered a satisfying experience for us. Found our nail place!

There is a nail therapist there named Jennifer who I really enjoy. Also the salon itself is well decorated inside... Cozy dark colors and lush jungle plants. When I walk inside I feel like Im taking a mini break :-)

Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Van was great took time to make sure I was happy with my nails. The guy who did my pedicure was very nice and very good he also took him time and did a great foot massage. They took there time with my teenage granddaughters as well . We will be going back 😊

I just started trying the nail Dip, to try and help my original nails grow. I really appreciated Kevin, he took the time needed to clean old stuff off and make sure I was happy with this process. Very professional and caring. I appreciate his excellent work and expertise!

Cute establishment reasonable pricing for gel manicure. Not a great selection of colors and glitters and if you want a specific glitter there is additional charges per two set of fingers to be applied to them. Very crowded if this place was to get busy.I was not appreciative of the elderly man soliciting for money or presenting a card die to current state of mind that he was asking for spare change. This is business and I wanted to get my nails done in peace and not be disturbed at all. When I ask the nail tech why they would allow him to ask their customers for money they said they dont say anything because he goes in there all the time.....I just dont like being disturbed.Please make sure if you are also working in a dim light establishment that your electricity is working properly and change the bulbs. They Kept flickering it was dreadful on my eyes when it keeps going in and out.Not enough of my cuticles were truly cut and attention to detail was precise but you get what is paid for. Please make sure to ask for their books for the gels, it was not offered of the color selection before sitting down to see the options.

Super clean and super cute shop. I was very grateful to be able to come in at a time they were not too busy and could take a walk in for full set and pedicure. I was seated right away and given a menu with complimentary cocktails and drinks as well as the service menu. I was able to get in and out within an hour or so. I will 100% be back because the quality I received and also the customer service was good. Everyone wore masks, customers included and again, the shop is super clean. I can’t wait to go back for my Valentine’s nails. I was told I could find any design online and they could do it for me !!! Found my go to spot now 🙂

Edit: I called in and made an appointment to have my toes repainted, they were very accommodating and the feet look great now.I am so disgusted, im going on vacation and Ive used this shop a few times and they usually do a good job. When I went in today they immediately tried to upsell on a gel pedicure but I declined at least 3 times and told her specifically I didnt want gel I wanted regular polish. She did a horrible job on my toes, I couldve done a better job. She tried to do gel anyway I stopped her and she said she thought I wanted gel smh. I will not be going back I would have put up more of a fuss but I didnt realize how bad it looked until I got home, they should be ashamed.

I paid for a manicure and pretty much all they did was just polish my nails. Nothing was done to my cuticles, my nails werent shaped, and polish was not smooth.

Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. I got a gel manicure and by day 4 there were chips and peeling. By day 7, 6 nails look bad. I think the product they use must be bad quality. Very disappointed.

Not happy with the service. Felt like the guy was new. Got a full set of gel nails. I really wish I could post a picture of how sloppy he did my nails but I dont see the post a picture button. I paid $100 for some second grade nails. So sad.....

I’ve been doing some thorough research into nail salons in Vegas for a while now and I was blown away by the service here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I went in for an acrylic full set with gel polish and the total price was $50, and before the process began I was told how much my nails were gonna cost and why, which was super helpful. I got my nails done by Phillip who was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive and gave astounding attention to detail. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is in need of a nail salon.

This nail shop is so close to my house. Good location. I really like getting my pedicures done here on weekends to relax. They offer great drinks on the house so be sure to ask for the drinks menu when you come in!!! Good and kind techs

I had picked a purple cat eye design and my nails ended up looking nothing like the sample. It did not have the effect it was suppose to execute, you can still see the nail design I had under the 2 light coats they put. While doing the magnet technic, the two guys that was trying kept touching the polish.. so my thumb is not smooth, it has a rough air bubble on it. The gel didnt help the texture at all, it was still impaired from the magnet stick coming in contact with the wet polish. The outline of my nails was literally my old design, there wasnt an ounce of the new coat over it. Im very upset and embarrassed of the work. The nail man had taken $5 off for the job because he knew it was done poorly. But I shouldve gotten it redone or for free. If I knew this was going to happen, I wouldve never tried this place out. My bright pink, glittery nails are seen clear as day under the light purple cat eye coat they put. I still tipped the man, but I will never be going back here again and certainly dont recommend to anyone.

I sent my 14 year old there just now as a treat and they conned her into getting gel polish on top of a brand new full set because she asked for glitter polish.Glitter comes in regular polish but they tried to charge her $50 for a full set instead of $30 advertised and quoted to her by the nail tech because I wasnt there. I will be filing with Consumer Advocates.

This was my first time here, and my nails are beautiful they were pretty costly. But Im very pleased. The staff was very nice .

I use to love this place. The guy who did my feet was cold & didnt fully clean my cuticles. He drilled of the gel on my feet & did not let them soak off. He then let the Parfin wax get cold & said thats the temperature it comes out at 😢. The nail tech argued me down to cutting my nails for her convenience, the Polish was sloppy & the to coat was half applied. Then over charged me & added services I didnt get. I am VERY VERY disappointed because I use to be a regular a few years ago.

I have pictures of me getting gel done around a week ago. I work a lot and barely had time to get my nails done. I called ahead of time and showed up a couple hours before closing and described what I wanted. Ask if you have cash for $100 they all flip out. I had some only around 6/10 nails or something that were acrylic and if I had time n wanted to, could just soak them in acetone but they could be taken off easily. all I wanted was a new acrylic sets with gel over it and I asked them what they were doing it and they said yes or the lady he was doing right now so I guess when I asked if she was putting on vehicle like she did not put on the critics I was just the gel and brush and it was smudged when they said it dried. And in the middle of it before i noticed she didnt put on new acrylics and was going to put the gel on some other lady came up and told me it would be xtra $10 for sparkle gel when they could tell people that right after they choose the color they want or put by the colors it will be xtra. $45 and I shamefully gave a $5 tip being more than kind. I need acrylics because I have a nail biting problem and her filing too hard on one of my nails and making it BLEED I should have said something but they were in a rush to close and I worked all day the next day . One of my other nails also I woke up and it was just in so much pain the entire day.

I would never go back. Horrible service. Ty told me the design i wanted would be ugly & hard. I wanted multi pastel color ombre ended up with bright orange silver ugly glitter

Rotten nail polish and cheating up sells. Their nail polish is watered down or thinned out, and went on like a sticky mess that turned color in a day and a half. Disgusting. They tried to up sell my wife to use a gel polish for $15 extra. An entire bottle costs $18 (I looked it up while the woman was trying to insist on this polish). Dont waste your time here.

I had a great experience with tiffany the nail technician. she helped me pick my color, and made me feel comfortable. I havent gotten my nails done in about 6 months so for me this was a great place to start off at. sometimes nail places make you wait or even ask you to come back later. the welcomed me sat me almost immediately they offered me water or some tea. wow!! loved that. tiffany was a sweet heart and gentle usually my fingers are sore afterwards but its been about 2 hours since I left the salon and my fingers arent sore at all. thanks to tiffany for an amazing experience, Ill see you in 2 weeks for my fill. xoxo lauren

The guy who did my nails left them uneven and terrible looking. I asked for long coffin and the nails go completely off center, they are super lumpy, he left glue all over my fingers and polish as well. I am still trying to scrape the glue off my skin as I type this review. Horrible place, not to mention the 30 min wait beforehand even though I had booked an appointment.

This place tries to rip you off everytime you walk through the door! Everyone charges you a different amount for the same thing. A fill should always be same price no matter who is doing the work. Same goes for full sets, gels. I dont care what it is. Get it togther. You have lost a huge group of me & my friends because you rip us off ! Shame on you all! TERRIBLE
