Great experience! The pedicure option I chose included hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and a neck massage. Well worth the cost! Atmosphere is relaxing, but some customers made it a bit uncomfortable with one-way speaker phone conversations and yelling at each other across the shop. Hard to de-stress. Overall, fantastic service and I will return.

I love Charlie he does the best nails he takes his time and I will only let him do mine. The rest of the staff is amazing as well but I love Charlie and he always make sure my nails are accommodating to my job and hes so nice

I came in at 8:40 pm and it was two techs there. They close at ten. I saw a total of two people getting manicures both halfway done and I was told that they were booked and could not help me. Never asked what I needed looked up at me and back down at the customer upon entry, never greeted me. I said hello first to get an initial response. The male tech said nothing the whole time. I even asked if I could wait to see if they had any cancellations.Pitiful. Im not going to even comment so much as on any “race” issue, but I will say that this is not the first time that I have had a cold or stale meeting. I only have two, out of the increasingly growing service workers working in nail salons and I respect and would recommend them anyday. I know you have the right to refuse service but WOW to just be so REDUNT RUDE I dont understand after many attempts to wrap this around my head.I want to know why Asian and Hispanic-run businesses NEVER EVER have any other race but theirs working for them, but any other businesses its a diversity of people who are employed, mainly nowadays Hispanic. Do NOT GET ME WRONG I HAVE MANY FRIENDS OF ALL RACES TRUST ME. I thought that it was a federal law that states that a business cannot discriminate against you for color, religion, but maybe its an exception if it is family owned and maybe some special provisions covering family owned.BOTTOM LINE I GIVE JUST THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE ONE STAR DUE TO THE GREETING, TIME OF NIGHT, and the time of night which is now 9:00 and no one has pulled up and one female Caucasian customer has left. How do I know? Im outside the business in my car texting this review.One last thing. I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY EXTRA. UPFRONT.smh

Visiting from out of town and the ladies fit me in. Clean facility and relaxing atmosphere. All the ladies were very friendly. Will definitely stop by on my next trip to town.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!DO NOT GO HERE!I showed up when No one was hardly there had my feet done told her I wanted the 25 dollar one and still charged me for the 40 one!Omg also told me to wait let people go in front of me! After Ive been sitting. I left that place never will go there and its DIRTY!

Im from out of town and they were able to get my boyfriend and I in for a pedicure and a powder dip. Very good service and I would gladly go back next time Im in town

It started off well. Got a pedicure and was quoted $60. My two daughters got a manicure. I was getting a full set. I wanted an ombre power french tip. Started off well until more people came in then I felt her rushing. Not a big deal at first until she left all kind of glue and gunk all over my fingers. I tried washing it off wouldnt come off. She wasnt even done with me she still had to finish polishing my nail with clear coat and she already had another girl sitting down. The next girl to finish my nails kept looking at the crazy glue and excess powder around my nails. She put one coat of clear snd told me they were done. At this point I just wanted to leave before I said something rude. I was charged $170 for everything. Not worth it. I will not recommend them. Too expensive for sloppy work..

I just wanted to remove gel polish without hurting my nail by doing it on my own. Found this place and was told to come in at 6pm, got there before 6 and was told to wait. I wasn’t ushered until past 6:30 and was told to wait again in the corner while soaking nails in acetone, so that my nail tech can work on other customers. Finally after 30 minutes of wait, my nail tech calls me to their table and started to use rough electric file to remove polish. I ended up spending 1 hour and 20 minutes there just to remove gel polish and hurt my nails. My nails are now destroyed and feel so weak and thin. Never coming back again.

Staff was friendly & greeted us. My toe is inflamed and very sore because during my pedicure they were way too aggressive with the clippers and made me bleed. They were digging it in really deep and cutting for some reason. I just had a pedicure a few weeks ago so it’s not like my feet had been neglected. The chairs were run down & the massage barely worked. Unhygienic because my other salon puts a new plastic liner into the tank every time...this place did not. I attached a photo of the gunk/ grime in the tank next to me. When they fill it up with water for the next client that will be in their water. Really gross. To top it off, this place was $25 more expensive for the exact same thing I have done at French Nails up the street. Won’t be returning & hoping my toe doesn’t get infected.

Ive been getting my nails done here for years. Elan does great acrylics and designs. She does her best to achieve whatever I ask for. Jackie does awesome gel nails and pedicures. I would recommend making an appointment.

I gave this place a 4 star review based on MY experience alone. However my sister had a completely different experience (I attached pictures).My experience: I wanted to get a manicure of almond nails with the flesh pink with white tips (a more natural look) & bright a picture for reference, & I had an Asian male nail tech with long salt and pepper hair, & he was AMAZING. He was incredibly detailed, taking the time on my nails to make sure my nails were even, smooth, & overall great looking. I didnt get hurt ONCE by the drill, & he wasnt rough in the slightest. He was very gentle, & overall a great conversationalist & funny. He matched the picture almost identically, & I was very pleased. If you go here, I highly recommend him. He was phenomenal.My sisters experience: My sister received a mani & pedi, she was assigned with someone else. She received an Asian older woman (She was the only older lady working there at the time we went). I sister got a pedicure that was supposed to be about 25 mins long, however the lady did it in about 12 mins. She rushed her job, & my sisters skin around the toenails are COVERED in nail polish. My sister had a massage in her pedi package, & the lady instead was just slapping her feet instead of massaging them (which was kinda funny tbh, youre like WTH is she doing?? Lol) My sister also had the package where you get the paraffin wax, however the lady skipped the wax altogether. When my sister got her manicure, the lady used the highest setting on the drill, & instantly cut her finger & started bleeding REALLY bad. The lady acted like she didnt cut her at first, even though you stated seeing blood starting to come out. My sister finally said she was going to rinse her hand, & the lady was annoyed. My sister ened up with having uneven polish on her fingers,& after we left my sister took the access polish off her skin, since the tech didnt wipe it off.Overall: Theyre not consistent with their services, & it truly depends on who you get. If you can request a specific tech, then Id highly suggest the tech I received, otherwise its just not worth it.

My first time here and I feel like I wasted my money. I pick a 30$ pedicure and the lady rushed through it and i still feel dead skin under my feet, and then my manicure I spend $65 for nothing

I called ahead and scheduled 3 manicures and was assured several times we could all get them done at the same time. They took my sisters and I waited 45 minutes with a freaking mask on before I just left. I felt so left out and would have never came if they said only 2 could get it done at the same time. They also took someone after me that was waiting 5 minutes when it was 40 minutes past my apt time. So freaking disappointed totally ruined my entire day and special time I had with my sisters as we never get to see eachother

I just got the coolest chrome pedicure here! Such a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. It was a little out of my price range but I am seriously loving my toes!! I will totally come back!

I just left here 5min ago... I use to come here when the shop 1st opened my husband and I and they were welcoming and friendly but I went today and its not the same at all I walked in expecting to get greeted in a friendly manner and that was not the case instead they just looked at me until I spoke and asked for a fill and a nail fix then i was spoken to... The man who did my nails was super nice and knew what he was doing and because of him they get a one star other then that no stars for them plus when i left it was the same they did not say bye nor thanks for coming but they just watched me walk out its sad

This place is trash!!! cuticles to be cleaned a gel full set and a gel pedicure. the technicians decided to drill my cuticles I asked him to clean them as if I was getting a pedicure he argued with me and told me thats how he was going to do it and then when I said I didnt like it that way he just stopped and sent the lady with cold water to do it.

I had a wonderful experience here, my nail techs name is Mary and I was extremely pleased with her services. I got a manicure and pedicure and my nails look the best they have ever looked. Mary pays attention to detail and does not rush. I will definitely be coming back again. Also shes very polite and the salon was really clean

I was a walk in around 4:30pm today (a Monday.) I needed to grab a few items at Trader Joes and asked if theyd have time for me. I was taken after just a short wait...and had a wonderful experience. This is a great place. (Wish I knew the name of the nice man who was my tech...he was very fast and very thorough.)

Phenomenal service and great artistic skill. Quite probably the best nail salon experience Ive ever had. The staff was polite, attentive, skilled, and an overall joy to work with. Elan has amazing artistic vision and if you give her license to do so, she will do amazing things with your nails.

Elan does the best nails in town. Im the person who cant keep my acrylic nails from breaking, chipping, or picking them off. They have figured out the secret to long lasting beautiful nails. I wend 2.5 weeks before my fill and they all looked as great as the day I got them. I will never be able to go somewhere else.Stop by and give them a try. You will never go anywhere else.

Decent job on acrylics but the guy that did my daughters nails refused to do what she asked because he said it would not look classy. She simply wanted coffin shape nails. If i pay $50 for nails, I should get what I ask for. I dont like when people dismiss my daughter. Wont be back

Elan is very good at what she does but is pulled into too many directions trying to keep an eye on employees and teaching them, she is very distracted. Also, my daughter and I both got nail fungus from our pedicures here which has never happened before and we have been getting our nails done over 20 years!

The guy that did my nails was nice.My only problem with all the nail salons here is that they try to focus on fast service and not the quality of it, they never clean the inside of the behind of the nail( and when i ask them they do it slightly )I also feel like the quality of the acrylic powder is low ! There is no label on itTwo of my nails btoke just a week after!( never happens to me with my european nail techs)

I love this place! They have such great customer service. My acrylic nails always look great and I have never had any of them break off.

The nail stylist was wonderful, she put so much detail and care into making sure they looked great. However, I had 2 nails break within 24 hours, which is more of a representation of the products they use than on her.

I had been here before and a nice gentleman actually left my nails so nice. He took his time and was precise and didnt hurt me. So obviously today when I wanted to get my nails done I went to the store. What a nightmare. As soon as I entered, I just stood there waiting to be greeted by someone. When someone finally turned around it was the person by the register. She asked what I wanted, I told her I wanted a full set and she laughed and said long wait. When I asked for her to clarify what she meant she again said long wait, I asked her why she was saying that with a rude deamenor she said l LOOOONG WAIT... i then told her i just wanted a good time to come back and then she tried to say something else.... She was so rude and all of this happened while she had 3 people crowded around her table. I asked her if this was how she treated her clients? And she told me to leave lol. Im so sad because the one guy really does nails great but this lady with so rude for no reason. I never write these but Ive never been treated so rudely in a nail shop and have the manager laugh in your face. Id stay away if you want to be treated nicely.

Lady was cruel and insulted me when I told her that needed help finding the correct nude. Made me wait an extra half hour for my nails to be done then told me there was nothing she could do for me. Took several customers after I had been in the store for 2 hours waiting.

Great job on my nails & toes

I went in yesterday to get a full set (Im only in vegas for the week) but they took the time to make sure everything was to my liking. Theyre very nice people and make you feel comfortable and at home.

I walked in with some ok nails and she fixed them flawlessly. Most beautifully done ombre nails Ive ever had, they even sparkle and glimmer in the rain. Shes nice and professional.

Did a mani pedi for my husband and myself. We chose the best one. My husbands was great. She really took her time and did a thorough job. His hands and feet looked great! Me, it was ok, but the gentleman was too rough. I still have wounds on my feet from hitting good skin as he filed at small hard spots on my big toes, and marks from clipping around my nails. Probably would not go back.

I went to get my nails fixed from a different day from a different store. Upon arrival the lady whom I assume is the boss [since everyone revolves around her] was asked how much for a ombré ish French nail would be and she said almost 70 dollars. I said I’d go somewhere else and she proceeded to try and convince me that 70 was ok. I said no and asked them to just take the nails off completely and I’d pay. Again they argued to leave them on and it’s cheaper and better and blah blah blah. Ultimately the guy at the store filed and painted my nails enough that I didn’t hate it and he was very nice. A little tough [ I left with two cuts and two bruised fingers] but the work on the nail was great. I will not be back. The customer service was horrible.

I went and since they were not busy got my peducure done. As the woman helping me started taking the gel from my nails another woman told her to go and start two other clients. She told me she would take care if me when she wad done with another lady. She said 10 minutes that seemed more like another hour by the looks of the work she was doing. I left and was charged for the pedicure. I didnt appreciate they decided to tend to the younger couple and thought it was not going ti bother me. I wilk NEVER go there and have told alk my friends my story.

Lets just say in all 7 years of me getting my nails done... this is the first time EVER the shape came out the on POINT Hao ( I think this is how he said he spelled it ) he did an AMAZING job! Lani did AMAZING as well after Hao shaped my tips. ! Finally genuinely content leaving a nail salon 😍😍💜💜

Went in today for Mani/Pedi, there was only one other person there just about finished, she left 10 minutes after I got there. After an hour and 1/2 I only had Pedi done and my nails hurt so bad from the gouging. I didnt even have time for the Mani they only removed the old gel. Costs a whopping $57.00.
