I love ❤️ the people really nice 👍🏼 and very friendly...
I called them on Sunday October 25, 2020 at 2:25 pm the answering machine is reporting that they have permanently closed.
This is the worst place to stay, I am here with to broken arms stuck in a bed every time I would ring for a nurse it would take 35 to 45 minutes for a response. some of the staff was very rude and mean, I have trouble getting out of bed to use the restroom the nurses would stand out my talking to each other not entering my or seeing if l needed anything, sometimes I would end up going to the restroom on my self in bed and still no one would come or a RN nurse would pop her head in after 45 minutes or an ask if I needed something I would explain what was the problem and she would pass it on to a CNA busy with four other patients and I would still have to sit in my filth well they went to yell at nurses to pass the buck to. and some would take there anger out on me or make me feel worse about myself. some would be very rough with me once a nurse was so rough with me I screamed out in pain and another was rough it hurt me to use the restroom and even sit down. This place needs to fire most of there staff and retain the rest. I knew of only 3 CNA that were kind and seem to care if I was in pain or not.
After seeing a dr here my meds, that were doing ok, were changed. a couple weeks later i got to spend three days in the hospital suffering from Transient ischemic attack (TIA) worse than previously suffered. not fun!!!.on dec 12 i had an appointment and was turned away since i was $20 short of the $75 office visit fee.now i call to get a refill on my meds and find the office closed permanently, nice! good job umc.
I understand completely why the other reviewers have rated the TLC Poor-Fair, and I would have too, until I experienced going there (when there was nowhere else to go when you have no insurance).Let me relate MY experience. While its true that there have been days, one in particular (Dec. 23rd 2010) where my 10:30 appt lasted until nearly 8PM. There was a valid reason for this, but the security staff handled the situation poorly. Two of the 3 doctors there for the pain clinic (which is the worst of the clinics held there) were NOT there, so one doctor had to see every pain patient that was crammed in there for a normally 3 week group of people. The scheduling was FUBAR because of the Holidays. That was an outlier.First time patients at the PAIN clinic will have a horrible wait time and will be offended by having to provide a urine sample for drug analysis. I know I was the first time I had to go there. The Staff and Doctors at TLC are VERY GOOD, VERY PROFESSIONAL, but have to deal with every indigent pill junkie in the city of Las Vegas, so they get a bit jaded after a while, I guess I would too. When you get to know them, act like a human and treat them like humans you end up like I did making friends with some of the staff and nurses. There is one nurse there who I have for PAIN, POST-SURGERY, and CARDIAC clinics at TLC (when I was without insurance) MILLIE IS THE BEST NURSE IN LAS VEGAS. She works 12 hour days there 4 days/wk and I believe handles 5 different clinics.Would I use TLC as my first choice for PAIN MGT? NO... for the other clinics there, I absolutely would.
Waited for over 4 hours and that was with an appointment! These people are a joke.
