This place is the absolutely worst place to ever get service is at and let me tell you why. I was a patient for two years. Within those two years my therapist Ashanti, left the practice suddenly and unexpectedly. The only reason that I knew about her leaving was because I called to schedule my next appointment and they said that she was no longer with the practice. I finally received a letter notifying me that Ashanti had left the practice which was back in October 2020, the letter was dated February 3, 2020 and discussed how she left back in October 2020. I now see Brandy, who has released me from services and couldn’t understand while Ashanti did not release me or why I did not have the updated assessment. That assessment was completed by Brandy I was released from therapy.Back in November 2020, I filled out a release of authorization form requesting that they were lease to me all of my documents in my file. They said it can take anywhere between 30 days and they will call me letting me know how much it would cost and went way it was ready to be picked up. February 2020 comes around and I finally realize that I had not gotten a call from them, I had not gotten an update from them, so I decided to call them. They tell me that they have never received a release of authorization form from me, The one that I had filled out back in November 2020, and they asked that I sign a new one whenever is convenient for me.I express my concern that since they lost the paper once how do they expect me to trust them that they’re not gonna lose that paper again I’m not we’re not gonna waste more time. The reason why I was asking for my file was because I have a court case that I need to show that I was complying with the court order in order to get visitation with my daughter here in my residence in Nevada. I don’t have that information. I had filed that paperwork again in early February/March, and once again they said it could take 30 days.I expressed to them that I didn’t have 30 days to receive something other than the list of all the appointments that I never had I needed something else I had a court hearing the following day and I talk to Grace and Grace gave me a copy of that second assessment releasing me from therapy.It’s now been 30 days and I still have no information about when my file is it going to be ready how much is gonna cost and I have it’s now time sensitive because discovery is now over for my court case and I don’t have the information they need therefore they want to dismiss my case or they want me to pay more money to someone else to go get new assessments which I don’t have. This puts me in a financial mental and physical quandary.I am now being told by the court that I am non-compliant and that they will not proceed with my case because I don’t have the information that I asked. I have expressed to them as well as my lawyer that we have reached out via fax phone and email and nobody has gotten back to us therefore I am taking it that they are withholding my file from me and legally that is not OK. So I will be moving forward with contacting all the new stations, contacting the Better Business Bureau, leaving negative reviews on all of their social media platforms, as well as reaching out to local news stations and letting them be aware of the human behavioral institute that we have here in Las Vegas that refuses to take responsibility, accountability, or provide you with your file.I do not recommend this company, I highly recommend you go elsewhere especially if you’re a Medicaid patient.

Worst place to go. If you need any help do what you can not to go to this location, horribly run and managed. They are not hear to help they make it way worse. Best of luck with this place.

Awful, it’s a nightmare dealing with there management and they are super disorganized. I stopped see a therapist here because of it and only see my psychiatrist over the phone. However if you have an issue with insurance the completely cancel your appointment few days before and it already took a MONTH to even get seen. Also there medical assistant line sucks. You cant even get ahold of them, leave a voice mail and they then MAYBE answer in two weeks.

My therapist was great, loved her so much. But they were so, so disorganized. I only got to see my therapist ONCE a month. Which is ridiculous. Id made it clear that I needed to see my therapist more, but it never happened. And honestly, if my mental health was really cared for, theyd refer me to another institute that couldve better suit my needs. Id build up so many emotions and then only get to see her for an hour at the end of the month. Like what the hell! Anyway, the therapists are great, but dont be surprised when you barely see them. Youre better off going somewhere else.

Great place to start on the path of being healthy and living a fulfilled life. Vanessa was the first person I met who I will never forget because of my experience and conversation with her on that first day. However, I’ve had a great experience with Jon and Melinda individually as well as the front office ladies who I’ve become very close with as well and who have helped me through a lot over the year(s) since I’ve been attending this program. If anyone is trying to get themselves together this is a WONDERFUL PLACE TO BEGIN I STAND BY THAT 💯

Awful communication. Cant even get a response back from someone at the company when they say they will contact in 3 days, its been far far longer than that. Perhaps they are just ignoring people at this time. Why anyone would seek assistance from someone here, I dont know. They dont even have the most basic communication skills - responding to a question.

Every experience I’ve had with HBI so far has been great. Their Director Vanessa has been amazing, and is such a great help. She is always so thoughtful, and caring, and really takes the time to help everyone she meets. Follow up has been great, and everyone has been so nice. Nothing but great experiences so far.

Horrible company horrible experience. Supervisors are not held accountable for anything. They do not care. I have no mental health history and they gave me pchsofrenia mediation. Which mad me loose it. I think the goal of hbi is to is to even put the population. (Much like corona virus) not to help people. They do not answer they do not call back, and they misdiagnos. If I knew it was this easy, I would have went to school to be a doctor myself

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! After leaving 3 separate messages requesting to make an appointment because no one ever answers the phone, just to be told they do not accept my insurance, regardless of the referral. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The worse experience for a mental health office!!

Stay away from this place!!! I waited over a month for this appointment, on the day of the appointment came to find out that they called my appointment because they called me 2 times to confirm my appointment and I didnt answer i never heard such a thing!! I spoke to the manager Betsy she wasnt nice at all she just rescheduled my appointment said ok bye hung up on me! I called back because I wanted to explain that I wasnt aware of their rules,she said well u signed paperwork thats on it,I told her I didnt sign nothing you guys never told nothing about, I expressed to her that I was waiting for this appointment and I didnt appreciate that fact that she hunged up the phone on me,and once again they never explained to me that I had to answer the phone in order to keep my appointment,once again I never heard such a thing! Betsy the manager started talking (yelling) over me not acceptable!!! And once again she hunged up the phone on me smh! What a horrible experience im definitely going somewhere else.

Do not waste your time going to this place. I called to see if I could talk to someone about things that I am going through and the first appointment I had he was supposed to call me May 15-2020 at 12:00 and didnt call until 3:10pm. His name was John by the way. So I called and asked if I could reschedule because I had another appointment that I was at and missed his call. They schedule me again for May 27-2020 at 3:00 pm with Vanessa and she never called me at all. I will not waste my time with a place who does not value peoples mental health. They need to be shut down or investigated for their negligence.

This place is so unprofessional. I had and appointment scheduled a month ago and never received a call, text or email. When I called to see what was going on with my appointment the lady said it was canceled because the doctor was not in. I explained to her I was never informed that my appointment will be canceled. She offered to reschedule me for the next day and gave me the doctor name (John) and number. So I called and left a message introducing myself and the next day no one contacted me.

This place is awful. I had an appointment scheduled three months ago. I received a text message the day before that my appointment had been switched to telehealth. There were no directions and no link. When I called the lady on the phone said that my dr. was on vacation AND that they also stopped accepting my insurance. This office failed to tell me not only that my DR was on vacation but also that my insurance was no longer accepted. They ladys attitude was oh well, deal with it. They also failed to tell me that my other DR. had moved. This office fails to notify their patients on what is going on and make you feel like it is YOUR fault! Do not go here. It is especially stressful because they penalize you for not making your appointment. RIDICULOUS!

They have a team that truly cares and will go above and beyond for everyone!

I wrote this review to warn other mental health patients to stay far away from here. I came here when I first moved to Las Vegas in 2016. They are the worst mental health place I ever visited. They are very unorganized and its somewhat hard to find which specific building your appointment is at. The intern therapist (or therapist in training) was great. I wish I remembered her name. She was very nice, empathetic and sweet. That was the first and last time I ever saw her. The therapist they had me talk to was horrible. This was my first time in therapy so I was left wondering...hmm is this how therapy works?!? The therapist was so standoffish, spoke very few words, had no meaningful conversation with me. She was very old and kept looking at me in a very uncomfortable way. I would never return here. That therapist made more damage than good. I would never come here again and I havent. I found a different mental health facility. Please stay away from this facility they only care about money not your genuine well being.

I have been receiving care here for about a year. I have had no problems whatsoever. My old doctor moved out of State so I had to find a new one. The initial process of getting back on schedule was a pain. Fortunately my old doctor had given me an extra prescription for medicine and I made it through. Dr. Reed is awesome. I needed a letter from her for a court issue, and she was able to facilitate it without delay. If you think you need some professional help, I recommend H.B.I.

I read the other reviews before coming to this office and was hesitant. I have been going here now for about a year and the therapist, Tisa, is absolutely amazing. She has helped me in more ways than any therapist my whole life. The office staff is helpful and kind. No complaints. I have seen people unhappy with what was being said to them by the office staff but the staff remains respectful and professional.

Doctor Reed is great, love talking to her, improve myself after spoke to her. The staff doing there job, they dont smile much but when you talk to them they always smile and greeting you. I would recommend anyone to this facility. (just smile when door open!)

I asked for help fromHuman Behavior Institute and was matched with Tisa Garrison. She is not a good therapist. Any kind of help I may have received from her services was overshadowed by her insulting, aggressive communication.

Human Behavior Institute does not care about any of the patients that come in for help. I have to pay cash because they do not take my insurance, but my doctor I see there is one of the best. I tried to make an appointment last week, and they told me that billing said I couldnt because of the insurance I have. I have never used the insurance, and I pay 100 dollars out of pocket just to see my doctor.They gave me no warning. I didnt receive a call or a letter from them. I have major health issues going on for over 20 years, and they tell me suddenly that I CANT SEE MY DOCTOR! They would not even schedule me, and Im due for my regular checkup!This is how much they care about people with mental afflictions. HBI does not care about you even if you pay cash! I would look elsewhere for mental health care because this is one place that could care less about your state of mind or wellbeing!

This place is so unprofessional! These people have no idea what their patients are going through. They honestly could care less. They make everything so difficult and they are so rude. However the doctor Dr. Peprah,, is amazing and if I didn’t like him so much I would definitely find somewhere else to go. Every time I go to this office the ladies in the front make my day 100 times worse. And if you have any type of FMLA, ADA any accommodations for work it’s in possible for these ladies to help you whatsoever their medical records is a freaking joke . Something needs to be done because I know I am not the only one that has a problem with this place!!!!!!

The staff is ok, fairly nice. My therapist Kristen is great. The biggest problem is that theyre not organized at all and dont keep patients updated. I have rescheduled and when I go it turns out it wasnt updated on their system so I was taken as a walk in. If I knew of a different place to go thats better than this one Id do it.

I have had nothing but a good experience so far. I came in without appointment a was seen in a timely matter. Came in with a question the following week they made sure I was also seen then instead of weeks later. The girls in the front have been nothing but kind and sweet... yes maybe a tad unprofessional having normal conversations and laughing at each others jokes etc. But to me that just means they at least enjoy each others company. Ive worked in customer service and I know its difficult dealing with the public.Ive only seen my therapist once and really feel comfortable around her. I really have no idea why so many people have bad reviews. Thank you HBI for everything

Ive had no problems so far. The receptionist is very welcoming, and of course there is a wait time for your appointment, but that is to expected. The first time I went, I had to wait no longer than 25 minutes for my evaluation. The second time I went it was pretty much the same and I was lucky enough to get a psychologist (Dr. Sandra) who was very friendly and helpful. I am very sorry to those of you whove had a had experience.

Went there thinking they would help me within two months of going they had no therapist at all for me and my case manager decided to have me see someone else cause they scheduled two appointments even tho she was in the office laughing. They will give you numbers for slumlords if you ask for low income housing. Thanks to them I am fighting to get an apartment. Because they referred me to a slumlord who tried making me live in a roach infested apartment. Im glad I dont go here anymore. Id rather talk to someone who wont quit to go into a better job.

My experience with HBI has been life changing. My evaluation appointment was the longest I ever waited, about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Every appointment since has been on time. The front desk has always been polite and discreet. My counselor has never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. Since going here, I have made huge steps towards my goals. If people want the help then it will be a positive experience. If they walk in there negative, they should not waste their time or take it away from someone who would appreciate and actually get the help they are looking for.

Hbi-Tries to be a full Service mental health agency… I don’t think people understand what it takes to do what they do. I know that they do mobile crisis at the hospitals assessing suicide risk’s, they have Crisis programs for both adolescents and adults That’s Kinda like one of those intensive outpatient programs, I know they used to have parent training once a month as well as rehabilitation programs and therapy they have bilingual therapist which is sometimes very difficult to find I am very pleased with this company I am not with him anymore they were awesome when I was.

Started off on time and the therapist seemed nice. Then she very unprofessionally spoke about her issues with my childs psychiatrist IN FRONT OF MY CHILD. First off I think its highly inappropriate to speak bad about another medical office in town. You could leave it at weve had some issues or even just suggest a 2nd opinion on location about meds without slamming another doctor. Also a therapist claiming a psychiatrist misdiagnosed? Uhm pretty sure the psychiatrist with many more years experience, highly awarded by her peers in her field, and highly recommended by my pediatrician knows quite a bit more about the field. But then to go into details about what your issues are and bring it up twice in 1 appt that you dont like that doctor IN FRONT OF THE CHILD that is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. OH and then you cant even see the same therapist again you have to bounce between others a month at a time?? And then feeling like you are getting attitude if you ask for a referal elsewhere after you nicely explain what your multiple issues were with your appt today and why you dont want to come back?? No stinking way will my child step foot back in this facility and neither will I. It is REALLY screwed up that SmartChoice makes you go here for initial appt before you can get.referred elsewhere.

I wouldnt recommend going here to anyone. Basically today was my first experience here and it was terrible. I got evaluated by what I guess was a therapist and told her what my situation was. She directed me over to the H building which is the medication office and it was very busy and crowded. Not enough seats, so I had to stay outside in the cold. Now let me tell you what annoyed me. I went over there, signed in, and waited and waited and waited for almost and hour and THEN the front desk gave me a clipboard of papers to fill out. ONE HOUR AFTER I SIGNED IN. Then another 45 minutes I was brought back. I told them I had another appointment to go to and I even expressed that before. Then only to tell me I have to wait longer to talk to the nurse. It was a big waste of time. Dont go unless you are willing to wait. They treated me bad here and I never want to go back. The waiting rooms are not clean and are very compact. I feel like it is not professional. You may have your own opinion, but this is mine.

They just want your money. Want me to come to multiple visits for a medication I’ve been taking for 17 years. Couldn’t give me a estimate of when I would get back on my medication just wanted to keep scheduling appointments. Needless to say I kept my appointments. After three appointments I finally met the prescribing NP who tells me I have been misdiagnosed by a doctor and psychiatrist my entire life and I in fact have depression. Will contact The Board of Nursing

Terribly unprofessional! They dropped my insurance and I needed my records for a new dr., I called three times previously that week and nobody returned my calls! Finally, a very rude and quite dense (harsh, I know) Amy, answered the phone. She stated that I could not get my records for at least 30 days because nobody worked in that department. She had a hard time understanding me, that I needed them then, and was rude about it. I asked to speak with her supervisor, she got confused, im not sure what I.Q. level these people have to be to work in administration but obviously, the standards are low. So it looks like I have to wait 30 days. Which makes it much harder for my new doctor. Im considering contacting the board! Unfortunately, they wasted a lot of my time, and my new doctors! Extremely unprofessional!!!

This place has helped me so much. Ive gone almost every week for the last three months and I already feel much better. Everyone is so polite and understanding.

You call yourself a therapist but then laugh when Im upset because you tell me you have to reschedule me after I drove 45 min to see you because no one told me I was in the wrong building?!This is the 2nd time Ive been here with issues as the first therapist I saw had to read off the internet what my symptoms where. HBI personal aided in changing my life around, and I owe them much as to who I am today, and I say that with utmost confidence. I also know many people who have gained so much from HBI, and had their lives saved through their program. I utilize every facet of their organization, and I thank God for them. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, however, they take government insurance, and work extremely closely with Clark County Social Services. It is absolutely worth the wait. I cant say enough about them.

There should be a ZERO star box. I went for an appt at 11 am today and they had me come back at 2pm. I went back and the person I saw had no clue of who I was or why I was there. She stuttered for about 10 minutes and said the Dr I would need to see wouldnt be available until August. I will be out of meds June 15th! This is not a med that can be cold turkeyd. All I can say is if you go here, it is your fault. They are pieces of S***. DO NOT USE THIS DIVE AS A MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER!!! I WARNED YOU. The ball is in your court now.....

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE.My husband and i made a appointment 6 months ago for couples therapy to come in today and made us wait 2 hours pass my appointment time to say they had a staff meeting last minure and canceled without letting us know, knowing we were waiting outside for 2 Hours with my 1 year old baby.I wasnt the onky person waiting for 2 hours, another morher with a 2 years old baby was waiting until she ask the lady on front why they were taking so long to call her back and the front desk lady told her at thst point that they had canceled her appointment as well too without letting her know.Unprofessional all around, i can say that this has been the worst exerience ever!!!!!!!!Dont come here!!!!!

This place will be a giant waste of time and I feel awful for people whose only resort to mental health assistance is the Human Behavior Institute.This is the absolute WORST place to go if you are in need of any kind of help. Extremely unprofessional, they did not do ANYTHING I was told they would do for my son. You would think a place meant to help the most vulnerable would be much more professional and empathetic to peoples needs. Dan Cohen was also especially unprofessional, spoke to me out of line, and was a waste of time as well telling me they dont want to duplicate treatment...so why was I told to come here and waste gas and time coming from Henderson? I do not like for a company that is supposed to help people say one thing and then do completely another. I thank God we have other options to help my boy but good lord, BHI get it together! Its like you scrape the bottom of the barrell for mental health professionals to work here.

NICHOLE WAS TERRIBLE!!!!At the time she was seeing my son, I was sharing cusotdy with my ex. My son was getting bad grades in school and he had alot of absences. I spoke to my sons doctor about my sons behavior at home and his bad grades in school. We agreed that my son should speak to a therapist and maybe I could find out what the problem was. I knew part of the problem was my ex. He just wouldnt take him to school on his days and wouldnt do homework with him. Also, he would allow my son to see movies that were not age appropriate. My son was drawing pictures of blood and people with knives. I was beyond worried so I was desprate for help. Nichole was the therapist assigned for my son she saw him a hand full of times. I explained the situation to her. I was hopeful she would help but she made everything worse!!!! It all started when my son told me a boy was touching his private part in class. I called Nichole the very next day to tell her. I didnt know if I should call the school and make a big deal I was trying to stay calm. Nichole called my sons school and it was mentioned to her that my son had a mark on his face 6 months prior. The school was not concerned for my sons safety and the mark on his face was brought to my attention 6 months prior. Nichole made the decison to call CPS on me!!!! She caused hell for my son and I for no reason. Hiring this facility was the worse mistake! I had CPS coming to my house it was just awful!!Its been a year since that happen. My son is now living with me fulltime. His father went to jail for child neglect and DUI with a minor in the front seat. I was right the whole time. The problem was my ex. My son is now doing better in school and we are very happy. I will never forget the nighmare Nichole caused, she is too young for her job and her judgement skills are very poor.

Very unprofessional. Was told my appointment was for 9:30, I arrived 10 minutes early and of course was unable to park even remotely close to the office. Then the door was locked so I called the office only to have someone answer and direct me into another suite. Once in there I was told to wait until 10 to go back to the original office and wait there?! So unprofessional especially when I arrived early for my appointment and I will still be waiting at 10am?! Second visit and I should of been directed to go to a different suite prior to my appointment when they made it and knew I was going to be seen at 9:30 a.m.... I was referred here but if I continue to get the same service, I will not be back....

I had to go out of town for a few months to take care of mother in another state. I had left voicemails notifying the office of what was going on. Never once received a call back. When I got back into town I had called and left several messages trying to make my appts. I finally got ahold of a staff member after a month just for them to be rude and say they can no longer assist me. I will never recommend a soul to this place. I loved my drs and other staff but very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. I needed to find a therapist to help monitor my anxiety and depression. My initial appointment was scheduled almost Im from my referral. But my 2nd apt to do a more detailed evaluation was over a month away. Then i call to see if i can change the day from tues to Thursdays they are booked until mid may! I need help now not 3 month aftr i start the process! I told the girl cancel ill find a company who cares for its patients and she say with attitude ok fine and hung up on me! Mental health is an issue and yall doing NOTHING but make it worse.

I love this place, they got me in ASAP and have done nothing but accommodate me in every way possible. I have been to several clinics and this is the best one so far.

I had an appointment at 11:15am, wasnt seen until 12:10pm. A lady took me into a room and asked me a few questions about why I was there, and then told me that I had to schedule a follow up appointment. There was no reason given for why I waited almost an hour to be seen. Completely unprofessional and the staff does not seem to care about the patients.

The Human Behavior Institute is a place for people in need of help in many aspects of life.They are a counseling center, doctors office, group counseling, and all around place to help those in need of a listening ear/heart, and a nonjudgmental atmosphere.

This place really does help plan on going here more often

This office environment was very professional the staff is polite and helpful. My appointments are always on time, and Im graciously appreciative.

The staff is enclosed, and you can feel the cold air when they open the doors. Then they shut off the air in the reception area and open the door in the middle of summer during tripple digit heat. When I told tbem they turned the air, and after fifteen minutes they shut it off again. I had to go and tell them that the heat was unbearable abd they turned it on a second time.

Had my son went here once for his behavioral problem. The therapist told my son if he does what he told and does good he can get the program over early. What type of therapist tells a child that has a defiant disorder that. They do not take disorders seriously. I was suppose to have another appointment but this is a waste of time when they are not going to seriously help my child.

They have really bad timing. they set appointments and you literally wait a little over an hour or the person that you set up a schedule with is a no show.. this place is a waste of time.

Our son underwent a tragedy. The PTSD was ruling his life. He has been to tons of different therapies. HBI is the best that we have been to. They went above and beyond to help our family in every way possible. We see positive changes daily and can never say thank you enough to all of the staff at HBI. I came into their office crying like a baby asking for help with my sons PTSD. They wiped my tears and helped me to understand my son better after his tragedy. They took the time to teach us how to respond to his PTSD, while they were teaching our son how to work through his tragedy. I could write 100 pages of how much we appreciate them. To all the parents out there, if you are like us and have tried everything, try HBI now. Their programs actually work!

Im disgusted that Teachers Health Trust partners with them. Shows how little they care about their teaching staff.

I would give this place a ZERO!!!!! I had an appointment that was pushed out way to far & I needed my refill on my meds esp my anti depressants bc w/o those I could of went thru brain zaps & much worse !! I waited for a call back but never got a call back at all!! Thank god I had a refill at my pharmacy or things could of be worse !! But these people here @ HBI does NOT care about your health!! The man/woman (monster) who orchestrates this facility is all about money !!!!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I did have a great experience with Sara, the case manager & also Dr Leslie Feth!! Theyre probably the only ones who care about anyones mental health!! I worked in mental health before & its very serious to be concerned about a patients mental health status but Terry never called back nor did a nurse !!!! BAD FACILITY AND RAN BADLY!!!!

These idiots had me sign in for my appoinment, wait half a hour past my appointment time starts THEN let my Dr. know Im here, and switchs Drs like crazy.

Just got done with my psychiatric appointment and off to my therapist appointment with Andensen. I was an hour early explaining i work at 2 and cannot go over. She assured me all was fine. I waited until 1:05 and had to ask what was the hold up. i was answered with, we havent received your chart. We need you to fill out papers. I expressed annoyance that i had been here so why couldnt they have respected my time management? I was answered with the therapist explaining her room isnt kid friendly anyway and i should have another intake done. As if the problem was mine. Again, I asked why i wasnt notified before sitting here for an hour. She proceeded with well let me see what i can do, like i owe her a favor. For what? Paying you through my insurance? Lady, i am the customer. I immediately refuted my consent at the psych window in the back building before i left. If you want to be belittled by a condescending human whom should have retired twenty years ago, I highly recommend her. If you believe in integrity and have enough intelligence to define the difference between right and wrong, walk away. Sidenote, isnt it interesting the psych waiting room is always packed and psychology office always empty?Hm.

This place is the most unprofessional business ever!They have many times failed to help me including even making appointments. Unless you wanna wait every other month to see any type of therapist, doctor, pain management ect I suggest you go somewhere else! If you miss one appointment you will get rescheduled months later even if you cant be seen then. They dont care for people they care for the money and it doesnt matter how mentally handicap you are you will never get help from this place. There is a reason they have 3.0 star rating!Go somewhere else for help! This place is ridiculous...

Do NOT allow your child to see Valerie. After a second suicide attempt and sprecific requests to teach my daughter coping skills she has ignored my direction and over stepped her boundaries. My daughter has shown lack of respect ever since her session with Valerie and has not returned home. This behavior was NEVER an issue til Valeries manipulation and attempt to meddle with my daughters life. She is 16 years old and although mature in qays her mentality is still VERY MUCH a child. I regret the day I allowed an inexperienced ignorant woman into my daughters life and only hope we can find a skilled psychiatrist/counselor who can undo the damage Valerie has caused. If she is your childs therapist RUN.

Parents beware my 7 year old son who has a deffiency disorder was committed to a childrens psyc. Hospital for a week because he threw a tantrum and I was told not to calm him down they needed to observe him he kicked a dime size hole in the wall and the superviser called the police my son is scared for life

AVOID! They crank out meds with NO DIAGNOSTIC work. 6 week wait between appointments, and when you DO finally get an appointment you WILL wait in their office for 2 hours. During those two hours I watched patients go in and out and were in the drs office an average of 8-10min. My FIRST visit was 10 minutes TOTAL. So HBI are saying that they know EXACTLY what my diagnosis is and exactly what meds are needed after 10 minutes?!?!? Well based on the fact I am WORSE after 3 visits, proves they are wreckless. They should have their license taken away. Then when I confronted Dr Gupta he said Well there are other doctors out there you can try, if you dont like our care. Basically if you dont like it go somewhere else. HBI are setup to crank out patients faster than a McDonalds drivethrough.. they DO care.... about lining their own pockets.

The gent on the phone at reception is snooty and rude. Second time I have experienced this.

Been going here since i was 16 and have never improved. I hate this place and they have the worst employees ever. I took me months to get a new therapist because they kept canceling my appointments.

I was going to schedule an appointment for my child to be seen at this office but I literally hung up after sitting on hold for 15 minutes after reading all the reviews. Not even going to bother with this place!!

Avoid, I have called the insurance provider to report fraud. This place booked an appointment for me knowing that they had no more room for clients to only charge for the intake appointment and then tell me that there was no more room for clients. They asked me three questions and proceeded to bill me.

Really, held on the line forever, then I was hung up on because I did not have the recipient Number fast enough, Alejandro, bad service, On another Note Sister Company Was Amazing Courtney was very helpful

I went through the outpatient program. The case workers are all kind. My case worker would give the shoes off her feet to me. It was a relief to find this place during a difficult time.

This place is so unprofessional till you call your insurance or superior to complain then they try to fix it but the wait is horrible long I ended up in hospital for medication that gave rash over whole body for 4 days now she not there no more no excuses

This place of professionals do not have a hair, they told me when I called to get support for my son, who is 22 years old, that they could not attend my son or give me an appointment because I had to have a form of Gardian that they gard if I am his mother and He has Autism; Anyway, they never gave me the date, the Felipinas and the Mexicans are stupid
