I needed the heel tips replaced on my Guess bootie shoes and Claude did them in one afternoon! They look just like new and they are polished like brand new all just in time for New Years Eve! I’m so pleased🤗

Incredible detailed job on luxury handbags. Welded a piece perfectly to fix my purse. Cleaned it so that it looks like brand new. Highly talented people.

As far as quality goes these guys do incredibly well. I am serious I got my boots looking back new last time I was here. The soles were incredible and they were really quick. Sadly, prices went up and I couldnt justify the cost. But thats just my situation. The customer service is great, Claude really is a huge help. I know they are pricey, but trust me you will not be disappointed in the work they do.

Great place I have had many of my Louboutins repaired here and and just now went in to add two extra holes in my Gucci belt. Claude was so nice and did my belt right then and there and my belt looks perfect!!! He didn’t even charge me which couldn’t have been nicer of him. Great friendly service and great amazing work! I bought a pair of BEBE boots and after wearing them 4 times, both soles cracked. I was ready to toss them when I found this place. Omg. They did a great job and I would recommend to anyone. They look better than new

Had to get a full sole lift and they did a great job so I took in another brand new pair of my boots to get the one sole lifted .... great work fair price they will get all my shoe and furniture repairs in future

They charged me $100 to “clean and condition” the leather and it came back Looking EXACTLY the same as before. Still dirt all over the strap and absolutely no cleaner. When I expressed my displeasure she said “sorry no guarantees- he still did the work”. What work? This was NOT a $100 service. I will be brining my designer goods elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. Overpriced and underwhelming.

I have been coming to this place for the past 10 years plus. They do not have a uniformed price and they tell you whatever pice they feel that day. Horrible horrible ..... it’s a ripoff !!!!!! Stay away from this place.

I walked in for a boot repair, two gentleman behind the counter with one tending to a customer. After 5 minutes or so without even being acknowledged, a third customer comes in and is immediately greeted and taken care of while Im still standing behind the original customer with boots in hand.This place does not deserve the stars it has.

Shane and Claude are awesome!! I brought three pairs of shoes in to be reheeled, have a sole fixed, etc. I dropped them off four days ago and picked them up today. Completely reasonable prices and excellent work!! Will definitely be bringing all of my shoe repair needs to them!!

I brought a pair of shoes. I needed them cleaned and they charged $150, I paid and they said theyd be ready in 2 weeks. 2 months later, still hasnt heard from them so I called. They said they didnt know anything about my shoes and hopefully if I call some warehouse where they keep shoes they mightknow. Never heard from them again.

We read the reviews and do not agree. We have used them multiple times and had excellent customer service and perfect repairs. Most of the reviews are complaining about price. In Summerlin, your joking right. For the area and rent prices of a business located there they are about average. The customer service has been great. A special thanks to Laura.

I used to always throw out my shoes after they become old and worn - until I discovered Shoe Lab! A friend recommended that I go there and lets just say, Im delighted that I did! They do such a great job and any shoes of mine that they have worked on have been returned as good as new - at such reasonable prices!

Just got back with my Brand New Used Luggage :-)Two weeks ago i stopped by shoe lab to get my wifes shoes fixed among my other husband chores... Anyway, came across a very nice guy at the store, who told me their not just fixing shoes but also leather bags and luggages. I have an old Samsonite carry on that been sitting in my garage for 3 years because one of the wheels fell off. I really like this one so i asked if they can fix it for me, just picked it up a couple of hours ago and not only they replaced the wheel they also clean all of them so its just like new again! Thank you for the fast service guys, really nice job.

I needed my jimmy choos and my Loubies fixed I was staying at Aria Hotel and i still have no idea how he fixed my toes! I spend a fortune on my shoe collection and to find someone this talented to fix them is incredible. I’m sending more pairs directly to them from Toronto Canada. I needed straps shortened on 3 shoulder bags.Fairly straight forward, nothing out of the ordinary.They wanted $35.00 each. CRAZYI went down the street and got them done for$20.00 each and they are perfect.

This place charges unusually high prices.I needed to make 3 stitches about 14 inches each of leather-like material and they wanted to charge me 70.00. I refused.I immediately went to the Magic Shoe Repair at Rampart and Lake Mead and was politely quoted 30 USD for the same work. Why is it?

Met this Guy in their shoe lab van on the Las Vegas strip...rudest driver ive ever met!!! We are not from here...asked if we could merge over because we are missing our turn he told us no way makong all kinds of hand gestures at us. He was so rude and hateful while driving a company van...would never do business with such a hateful guy poorly representing Shoe Lab!

My husband bought a pair of boots on out trip last year to vegas. Kemo Sabe drove the boots over to have a lift put on. Their price was a little more than we pay a place in New Mexico, but the quality of the work was well worth the price! And, to make it even better we got the boots back the very next day! We now ship all of his boots here. Their work is beautiful.

I brought nine pairs if my most expensive heels that really needed heels, sole covers and some repair spots and he fixed all of them like brand new!!!!! I will bring every pair of shoes I have to this shop.

Thank God for this store. My boot broke they did amazing job repairing it they also shoeshine shoes.

I brought in my boots to get resoled. After 4 months the soles are coming apart. The downside is the warranty is for 1 month. The warranty peroid should of been a red flag.
