The best shoe cleaner in Las Vegas! I was deeply concerned about my Ferragamo dress shoes as they were completely mangled. I went to Mike thinking it was going to cost me hundred to fix and I was presently surprised. I picked up my shoes and they look brand new! Mike is incredible as his pricing is so fair and his results are unreal! Thank you Mike!!!

I took my boots there twice, my heal came off the claim it had nothing to do with what they fix the first time. I Had them fix it again now after wearing them again for the first time they are ripping off again. No more chances Im taking my shoes somewhere else.

My dog chewed a brand new pair of Naot $200 shoes. Luckily I went into Mikes and they repaired the one shoe for a very fair price in 2 days time. Another company tried to charge me three times the amount. Very honest and great job.

Mike did such an amazing job fixing my motorcycle boots. After driving to nearly every shoe repair shop in town, Mike was by far the friendliest. He fixed my motorcycle boots perfectly, and for the half the price of the other shops. I will definitely be returning to Mikes Shoe Repair.

Im coming out in a wedding on Sat (out of town) and as I was getting my thing ready I noticed the clip on one of my shoes was broken! So this was an emergency for me. Mike did amazing work on my brand new louboutins so I can wear them without fear! 😂 so what he did was a rubber layer on the sole in order the protect it and give the shoes some traction. He also applied the seal of the same color along the rims - which looks great and undetectable unless you take the shoes to your nose. This work takes meticulousness that only an experienced shoe maker would have. Also please know you get what you paid for - the technique takes time & practice to develop, so I’d happily pay mike and make my shoes last 10x longer & looks great. I’ll bring more new Louboutins to him so he can treat & protect them so I can finally wear them to the non-carpeted roads instead babying them in my closet. Highly recommend Mike!

MIRACLE WORKER - had a boot that had a lace anchor that ripped off straight from the leather. Sewed a patch, and anchored it. Can barely tell.

We have used this repair shop several times. I would highly recommend. The owner is very nice and does a great job. Hes always very quick at getting our items back to us.

Mikes amazing attention to detail. He reconditioned the leather on 2 Louis Vuitton purses. I had a pen explode inside one of them and he shampooed with a special product. I have to tell you it looked so good when I picked it up, also hand stitched the corner and side of the same purse. I would recommend Mikes for any leather or shoe repair you may need.

Even the COVID-19 crisis, Mike Shoe Repair is providing excellent customer service with honest pricing and the best quality work in Las Vegas. Their turnaround time is incredible (I always go in with no particular timeframe, and get a call a few days later for pickup). I have never had an issue with anything. My item is always in pristine Condition when they are finished.Mike fixed the lining in my purse instead of charging me for a new one. Saving me money during COVID-19. He is so talented.Now for my military bag. It means the world to. My sister had it made for me out of my sea bag. I was massive and needed to be made smaller. I took it to Mike praying there was something he could do with it. I couldn’t have asked for more. I was emotional when I saw the finished product. Mike called me while working the sea bag as he had questions. I am forever grateful to Mike for his suggestions and skills.

There are so many other “Professional Shoe Repair Stores that actually do great work and they have Higher Star Ratings for a Reason!!!” My shoes Looked Nice after he finished and then within the Next 2 days were stained and Severely Damaged... Beyond Repair!!!

All I can say is, my move from LA is complete here to Las Vegas knowing that Mike’s Shoe Repair is here in town! When I lived in LA, he was the only top shoe repair guy to go to...Mike is an artisan! He had the BEST reputation there and a HUGE following. And now, come to find out, he had moved here too, several years back. Thank you Lord above! 🙏. I had gone to other shoe repair shops, one in particular, in Boca Park and they were very expensive and at one point couldn’t find my expensive handbag that they had promised to fix. I am ecstatic that Mike’s Shoe Repair is here in Las Vegas! Honest, hardworking and professional. His work is incredible, he can repair what most cannot, and will give you the best friendly advice. I’ll never forget, I had a gorgeous crocodile Gucci sling back that my puppy thought was a chew toy (we do give them raw hide treats, so what could I expect, right?) and destroyed the back of the shoe. Mike literally remade the back of the shoe, and it’s undetectable. A genius in the world of shoe repair, I tell you. And, he is reasonable to boot! No pun intended...love this guy!

I was referred to Mikes Shoe Repair by SAS Shoes, to have an elastic replaced on my sandals. Im thankful to SAS for referring me to such a quality repair shop. I found the repair service to be professional, reasonably priced, quick turnaround, and helpful. I intend to use Mikes again, and will give them out a a referral to others who may need them.

I agree with Daisy. He is getting very greedy and prices have gone way up. He does good work -- no doubt about that. He is overpriced tho and has a bit of an attitude as well. Like hes doing you a favor. He is not doing me a favor --- I am paying for a service!

I had no idea too that he had another option instead of replacing my entire zipper. He also replaced the zipper thingy on the zipper of my jump suit jacket. Excellent prices and turn around time!

Had a bad tear on not just 1 but both of my shoes where the straps connect. They are all leather and a Mary Jane style. Took them in, picked up 1 week later as promised and for $25 they looked like they were never worn. Wish I had a before picture!Great service, great price and I highly recommend!

I have a leather toiletries case my father bought as a young man some eighty or ninety years ago. It is made by Swank and bears a silver tab with his initials. He used it during the time I was growing up and far into my later years. Whenever I saw it as a child on his return home, it had a bit of a special meaning for “Pop was home!” And on his last trip, it was at his hospital bedside when he died in the fall of 1989.I continued its use, even to this day. But the many years and use had taken their toll and I wanted to pass the case onto my grandson Alexander whose initials and name are the same (first and middle names being reversed) as my fathers.Mike and his crew were able to place the kit back in to first class shape -- perhaps better stated, it was a resurrection. For this I am most grateful. With their craftsmanship, experience coupled with a genuine concern, I certainly recommend their shop with great enthusiasm and confidence.

My shoe repair person passed away last year and I have tried several others to no avail. I found Mikes on the internet and tried him out on a new pair of boots that needed some cosmetic work. Not only did Mike do a great job but due to the fact that I have to travel from Pahrump, he stopped what he was doing and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. After seeing the level of craftsmanship on my new boots I had Mike repair a very expensive pair of dress boots. The quality of work done was amazing and the price was fair. I will never take my work to anyone else.

Went to several embroidery shops trying to get large patch sewn on my sons backpack and they all said impossible. Mikes did it 15min before close on a Saturday for a great price and top shelf craftsmanship!

Great service and excellent repair work

I had a pair of new shoes ($65) that I wanted to put a thin layer in the front of the soles, so that it can protect the shoes and also work as a slip-resistant. They were like robbing me, they wanted $45 for it, OMG! I didn’t do the business with them, because that Is ridiculous. I had my other shoes done before in other cities, it costs about $30-35. So I took my shoes to another shoe repair place, snd they only changed me $30.

Did really good went above and beyond when I was asking good leather back inside my boot now I can wear my boot 12 hour days with no problem Ill be going back to him thanks Mike

Well, back again for an update. i had well over 40 pair of shoes total that i needed to have lifts put on. i took one pair in to mike to see how he would do. LOVED his work! LOVED IT! then came the pressing question- can you give me ANY kind of deal on these shoes? if i am bringing in one or two pair here and there....i would never ask for a price break. HOWEVER.....i was talking about 30+ pair of shoes i needed to have done. mike would NOT give me ANY kind of break at all. NONE!!! he stood firm. so i went to Green Valley Shoe Repair on Wigwam and Pecos. Again, took one pair in to see how they would do. This guys work is JUST as good as mikes. HOWEVER!!!!! Green Valley Shoe Repair on Wigwam and Pecos gave me a HUGE price break because I TOOK ALL 42 PAIR OF SHOES TO HIM FOR LIFTS!!!! AND...this is the topper.....It took mikes two weeks to get two pair of shoes done for me....GREEN VALLEY SHOE REPAIR on Wigwam and Pecos had ALL 42 PAIR OF SHOES DONE WITHIN TWO WEEKS AND THE WORKMANSHIP IS SUPER. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. so, from here on out, I refer everyone to GREEN VALLEY SHOE REPAIR on Wigwam and Pecos. no more mikes for me or anyone I know for that matter.

Excellent WORK on my 3 PAIR of BOOTS

So after reading all the reviews about reasonable pricing and good turn around time, I called to see if they could make a pair of my husbands work shoes slip-resistant. Knowing we were bringing in a pair of shoes and not a human brain in for surgery, I sent my husband to drop them off, neglecting to ask how much it would cost beforehand (thinking $30 would be on the high end, but still okay). When my hubby informed me that he had to pay $55 in advance I about croaked. The shoes are due back late next week, which is not unreasonable. However, I expect them to be completely resoled, and hopefully encrusted with diamonds (or at the very least Swarovski crystals) for that price. I will be happy to change my rating from one star to five if they do more than use half a bottle of spray or tack on a couple of $5 grips. But for now, I am just wishing we had spent that money for a couple of cheap throw away pairs at Payless. Not sure yet if it was worth the $ or special trip to have it done. Lesson learned: always, always ask the price beforehand and shop around. Feeling cobbled. Will update this review upon pick-up.
