Did a great job. New vibram soles, cleaned the leather on my Rick Owens dunks, and stretched it half size up. Quick turn around, it was finished in under six days

I spent 120. on new work shoes that were tight and uncomfortable. It only costs 12. and took 4 days to have them stretched. Now they are super comfy.

Just got my resole boots with the vibram lug sole and a gold plated speed hook. They did an awesome job! Thorogood beloit boot.

Brought my designer bag with considerable wear for them to clean and restore. They were able to clean the edges and the cosmetic issues. Price was not bad at all!

I love this place!!! They replaced the worn out lining in my handbag and did an awesome job! Its like I have a brand new bag!!!! The attention to detail was excellent and they even put new lining in all the extra zip compartments and pockets inside the bag. The price was fair and I know Ill be going back to have more items repaired. Great work and excellent customer service. Your the best! I was so happy when I saw the work they had done. I would think that would be a painstakingly difficult job to replace the lining on a handbag. Take your bags here instead of buying a new one. I hope your as happy as I am with the exceptional quality of work they do.

Excellent service and reasonable prices!!

On my first visit my item was left exposed on the Counter where it was inadvertently knocked off on to the floor in the midst of business with other customers coming in and putting their own items on the counter. Although this was negligence of proper adherence to business ethics I am giving them the benefit of the doubt as they are conveniently only minutes away from me and is the reason I have come back for their services again. I am hoping this second time around yields my expectations and I fully intend on coming back to upgrade this review and add or deduct stars.

As you can see from my one star I was not impressed with this place and if I could give them no stars I would. I brought in 5 bags raging in price but over all approximately $700. Theyre all ruined and now I need to see if a reputable shop will even be able to fix them. I had read several review and though they must be but but what I got as you can see in the pictures was anything but good. They didnt even use the right color for the rivet replacement. I understand not having the exact size but come on nut even the right color. Just tape a look at the attached pictures and beware of this shop. They wouldnt dye my dyable shoes. They said the couldnt do them. But could if they were leather. Go figure

Took in my favorite sandals got new velcro put on hope theyll last another five years. All in one day. Easy to find and really nice people.

I retired to Las Vegas 13 years ago & since Ive been here Ive used 4 shoe repair shops mainly to replace souls & heals on my cowboy booths. Best shoeRepair is by far the best that Ive used in Las Vegas. The quality of materials used was so much higher than the other shops. This shoe repair store doesnt know how to order replacement part for boots. I ask for stainless steel eyelets and try to work with store for three months and they told me that their supplier wouldnt send them the right stock. Instead of trying to make the customer happy they put me off and told me straight out to find another shoe repair place.

They did an excellent job...im very please with their service. I recommend this place.

First impressions... The place was filthy but I thought they were renovating. I had just moved to Las Vegas and had 6 pairs of shoes needing TLC after being in storage for so long. He said it was going to be ready in 5 days, I gave him more. when i came to finally pick them up he went in the back for about 15minutes and returned with my shoes. He tried to pass it off as finished yet it all looked like it was just quickly brushed a paper was still stuck under one shoes. Worst of all a new suede shoe was brushed with a wet brush... they shouldnt even be in business!!!!

I brought in two pair of jeans to be hemmed at the bottom. First Red Light: the price and time I was quoted over the phone with what I was told at the store were different. Second Red Light: they hemmed the pants with a safety pin. Third Red Light: He asked me if I wanted them cuffed. Fourth Red Light: They didnt have any change in the cash drawer for change when I paid the bill and neither did anyone in the store. Needless to say when the jeans were picked up one pair of pants was uneven, the second pair were too short. What a nightmare. Each pair of jeans cost me about $178 each! DO NOT GO THERE...they will ruin your clothes and will not be able to pay you back.

Overpriced wouldn’t recommend

I took 2 pairs of shoes there to be dyed and while they did a beautiful job of dying them color wise. They lost 3 rhinestones off of my Mischka Badgley shoes 1 large one off 1 and 2 off another also a pearl. They kept the shoes over 3 weeks because I had asked for them to be stretched a tad and they had forgot. When you trust a $ 800+ pair of shoes to a cobbler you expect them to be taken well care of. Not so much here, there was dye all over them when I received them beck and I am STILL cleaning dye off the rhinestones off one of my shoes with a Q-tip. So sad.
